I got my pizza and it was really bad it was really thin and the crust was all messed up and it was badly made.

Did online order for the quick pick up. Still had to wait in line because they hadn't put it in the kiosk. Then I get home and find my one topping pizza to be 3/4 topping... If that.

I ordered the “ExtraMostBestest®” pepperoni pizza, but instead I got the ExtraMostWorstest® pizza. The dough tasted like it was frozen, and the side of the pizza was burnt. This is the pizza that has the most pepperoni but instead it just looks like the regular pepperoni pizza. I also ordered the Crazy Bread, and those are freaking delicious! But the crazy sauce must of been in the loony bin because I never received it. Never coming back to this location. The locations in Paramount and in South Gate are legit. This place really doesn’t care about quality.

I don't understand if you do not like to work with customers why are you here? This child (worker) gave me a spilled dirty marinara sauce container, I asked if he could please clean the container, he did not like it one bit, then I asked for napkins and he just threw them on the box. How rude!! Did not get a receipt, he was wearing headphones so I don't even know if he heard all I said. What a "great customer service" to top it off, the bottom of my pizza was soggy, like if it was wet. What a wonderful way to ruin someone's only meal of the day 👍🏼

Always like to order online, makes it easier and more convenient for me! Order a couple of times a week, for personal and for the kids school (RITTER ELEMANTERY SCHOOL) Bread sticks are just my personal favorite 🤤

the pizza is good, but the customer service at this location sucks. It is really bad. I went in to get a 'hot-n-ready' but I literally was the 1st in line and still stood there for 15 minutes until someone took my order. The employees were in the back not paying attention, i made eye contact with one of them and they still didn't take my order. There was a line behind me of 5 people once I left.

No idea why anyone would think it would be a okay to give a disgustingly burnt pizza to a customer. It tasted old, I even found a piece of jalapeño in the box. So I feel like they gave me an old pizza. At least I got my refund. Reminds me why I don’t come to this location. This was a pick up order by the way. I had to drive back to get me refund. What an inconvenience. Close this location down!!! The reviews are horrible.
