Worst customer service experience ever both girls were so rude to me and I was just trying to buy my dog a bone they ganged up on me and started yelling at me to leave just cause I asked if they were alright cause she I noticed alot of attitude SMH don't go to this place

My hands are clapping for Paula!!!!😀 great customer service and organizational skills!!!! Much much needed in my community Pet store. There's been an INCREDIBLE CHANGE in the store. It's now organized!!! And cleaner!!waaaay cleaner than before. I use to absolutely HATE coming in here due to the filth. Paula i love all the improvements. I'm sure I'm not the only regular customer who noticed all your hard work young lady. You need a raise or at least a bonus for your efforts.... And a few company t shirts wouldn't hurt.😉

They do house delivery they come and clean your tank for $120 come clean your tank, and all that you have good information

They didn't have a variety of fish that I was looking for but they have a good choice

I like the pet shop. But let me tell you about the grooming lady Leticia. She left my dogs hair all an even. She left nothing or her paws, looks like a boy dog and her claws were long when I took her and when I picked her up they were almost the same size like she only cut the tip. I couldn't even say anything because she had left and just left my dog there. The girl from the pet shot said that the lady said she called me a couple of time but she never did, she even told me that she be lying that she calls. I wouldn't recommend her at all. Also, she left all the hair didn't even blow them off. My clothing and my car was full of hairs plus no accessories al all. Not on tiny bow at all.

Love the girls , may be young but carry great knowledge about their animals. Bought tropical fish , I was carefully w/ great patience explained how to maintain them and care for them. So far my pets are doing great + w every purchase you gain points that deduct on ur next purchase. Love the store and the workers.
