The perfume section is extreme! Tone it down. I try to avoid walking past it because it's non stop with the employees. I've even pretended to be on my phone to walk through in peace. The sales people aren't rude, that's not the issue. It really seems like they are so desperate to make a sell. Are they only paid commission? Is their manager pushing them too hard? No need to bombard people who walk through Macy's to get to the mall.

This place is huge! They have everything. I came here for clothes but I realized that I might be back for Christmas decorations and furniture for my new apartment once I saw how much they had in stock. Even though it was big I didn't have any problem finding help from a sales representative who was very nice and helped me find what I wanted. I got some really cool dress pants and shoes.

Staff not so friendly here! The clothes selection too small! The women working at the shoe section not polite at all! The restrooms so dirty and smell so bad! The Starbucks in there took forever for my drink! Except that the girl at Starbucks got me my free birthday drink , which was so nice but other than that the actual macys itself not so good!

Needles to say, I miss the old mall employees. It seemed like only one person worked here and she was busy putting make up on a client. When we asked for a particular brand or something close to it. The representative seemed to be just as confused as myself. She didn't know how to match the skin color or recommend a product that could do the job, after what seemed an eternity we left and just drove farther to find the product. You should really consider hiring older women who actually know about make up and not some recent beauty school grad. Nothing and I mean nothing beats experience. Sorry.

Today I had a horrible experience at Macy’s. I selected my items while at the register trying to use my gift card to apply to my balance it kept being denied so I paid for some items and stepped to the side to call the card services for the remaining items. Once I got card services on the line to help out they made me continue to wait on the side and kept taking new costumers and told me I needed to wait. After a few customers received help they continued to ignore me, so of course now I’m heated and said why do I need to keep waiting while you take new customers. Now they telling me to calm down and to stop getting loud. However when I was shopping teens was yelling and pushing each other in the store near the register and costumers appeared nervous and nothing was said to them. But as soon as a black women got loud they were ready to call security and Mr. Ralph refused to help me. He pretended to start cleaning. I’m not happy with my purchase at all and will not return to this store. When I got home I said I should have return my other items. Gift Card services were really patient holding on with me for about 15 minutes as I stood on the side and decided to replace my gift card.

Terrible service in the women's department no one wants to help they we're speaking Spanish to me when I don't speak Spanish then she got upset at me when I said I'm sorry I only speak English. This department definitely needs retraing.

Macy's has amazing products to offer, always impressed. Never disappointed, Love this Department Store !

I don't do much shopping at Macy's because I'm basically a value shopper guy but I go there for the Starbucks inside. It's nice to get a Starbucks and sit minus the homeless guys and no life loners. The atmosphere is nice.

Macys has amazing perfumes to offer, always impressed never disappointed, love this department store. The lady’s work there they made me feel welcome.🤗

Very limited on plus size options (sizes plus styles). Clothing for pre-teen (sizing) are also limited in which you need to look in the womens adult size large section. However the styles are not always approprite for the age.

It was the first time I was in the Macy's Home Store, right down the way from the Macy's store. I went to get a multi-cooker called Instant Pot. Oscar helped me. He is so thorough and professional that I had to write to tell you. The small pot size had sold out at a wonderful sale price. I ended up getting the large Instant Pot which was not on sale. That's how good Oscar is! Thanks for your time. Please say hello to Oscar for me.

Been coming here since I was a baby. Love the outfits and the variety of shoes. Some things are pricey but they are good material and worth the buy. Just had an awesome makeover at Lancome, really recommend their products for sensitive skin like mines.

I went to macys makeup department July 3rd and was having a hard time deciding which brand and which makeup face products will be useful for my dry skin. Juliana helped me out so much!!! We finally found the right product and correct match for my skin tone!! She will literally go ABOVE and BEYOND for you! Such a kind soul.

I bought a Michael Koors bag online came to return it the guy who was at the counter said you can't returned is a final sale. I told him my receipt said 90 days ,he was unprofessional and rude the system was not working for returns he said came some other day...I appreciate the job that everyone does However if you are not professional do not expect me to be professional and educated to you. I will speak your same language..

No one offered to help in the perfume or the cologne department. Ended up ordering online on the Macy’s app. More choices and better deals than in person service

What can I say they spend a lot of money to make it clean and lively but customer service is not very sufficient.. If you can find a person to help you they will direct you but they will not go up there and physically show you... It's more of a point in shoot not directly customer to customer contact..

1/29/23 @ 1700 hrs was shopping for new running shoes at finish line at macys. Young girl was very interested in conversation with a friend then selling me a $200 pair of shoes. Got tired of waiting on her so i left to spend my money at at store that values customers like foot locker across the street from the mall. Its super big and staff will to sell you shoes.

Good deals but people don't need to make miss ,there was a white blouse had black stains cone on people be kind pick up after yourself ....

Haven't been in a Macy's in a while, but the ladies in the make up department were very helpful finding a gift for my friend. Affordable options and alot of parking available.

Overall the store is good but the people in women's fragrance practically pounce on you the moment you walk in. Once we made our selection we had to wait for her to sell fragrance to someone else instead of having her ring us up. Beware if you're shopping for fragrance you're better off shopping online

While I was waiting in line for StarBucks a lady came in and grabbed a womans coffee while she was paying and ran away. Obviously everyone in the line was shocked and I honestly was too, except the lady that got her coffee stolen, started running straight for the robber! She was still holding her items she picked up from Macy's earlier so the security siren went off as she ran out. The security people started running straight for the woman chasing the coffee stealer, since she still had her items and the security didn't know what happened moments before, so they thought the place was getting robbed. I finally got my coffee and drank it with glee after witnessing the situation. It was indeed my BEST shopping experience!

Went with my daughter to find some make up. Stopped at a few counters, then we met Omar at the Lancome counter. What an experience! He was so kind, professional, helpful, patient, an expert on their skin care products, color matched our foundation and concealer precisely. We walked away with products that we love! Thank you Omar! Lancome should be very proud Omar represents your brand!

Like the store, lots of good stuff. Just hate it that you can't go by the perfume counter because you are ambushed by at least 5 people wanting you to try the latest and greatest that THEY want you to buy. Not what you want........
