I’m not sure why this particular AFC Urgent care doesn’t have more 5⭐️ reviews. I had an emergency that required X-rays on a Saturday morning and no other Urgent Care facility nearby could accommodate this. Regardless of the fact that I found this odd, I was happy to find this AFC in Little Ferry did have a radiology staff to assist me. I went down there immediately and was lucky enough to get right in. From the lovely young lady at reception, to all the medical staff who attended to my needs - of which there were at least 3 who saw me - I was equally pleased and grateful for the kind, competent, professional and efficient care. I do hope this was not the exception but rather the norm at this facility because if I do require emergency care in the future - although I hope I do not - I will take the 15 minute drive here instead of to the one right in my own town.

Front desk lady, nurse Vanessa and the doctor were exceptional, going beyond expectations. They create a wonderfully positive experience, ensuring you feel truly valued and welcomed. They address all inquiries diligently, and the greatest benefit is their ability to swiftly provide effective solutions for your discomfort. Expressing gratitude for their assistance, thank you.

Very positive and clean atmosphere. The physician and nurse takes appropriate time to discuss your issue and explain measures that must be taken to get your health back on track.

AFC Urgent Care in Little Ferry is great. It is conveniently located on the corner of Rt-46 and Liberty Street. There's plenty of underground parking with an elevator to the ground floor. The office itself is always spotless - upfront and in all the patient rooms. Check in is easy and front desk staff is polite and helpful. The medical assistants are efficient and kind. The NP Ms. Anna Wolfson is thorough and takes her time to explain what is going on and all medications and always encourages you to follow up, come back, and call with any questions. She always calls back with any and all lab results. I couldn't be happier with care I have received. This is my go to office for any and all medical issues. Highly recommend!

Everything went great when I went to AFC Urgent Care Little Ferry branch. All the staff were nice, including the front desk. The RN/NP who saw me listened to all my concerns and provided me with detailed explanations. Overall, if I could give this facility more than 5 stars, I would. 😊🙌🏼

Np Lane was very knowledgeable. She was able to get my pain under control in no time. I expressed my concerns and she did a good job listening. She treated me in a timely manner. It's always a pleasure coming to AFC.

The entire staff is great! My mom was seen very quickly and Anna, the APN took such good care of her. Anna is very caring, thorough, knowledgeable, goes through everything in detail and has great bedside manner. I highly recommend AFC!

I'm from out of town and unfortunately was not feeling good. Our Doctor was so nice! And even recommended what to pick up over the counter. He actually seemed so genuine to how I was feeling.

I found the abundance of positive reviews quite surprising, unless my visit coincided with an off day. Firstly, the demeanor of the staff left much to be desired in terms of friendliness. Secondly, during my consultation with the attending physician on that particular day (a tall foreign gentleman with a black beard and receding hairline), he barely casted a glance at my allergic reaction, let alone advising me to consult my specialist. Unfortunately, securing an appointment with a specialist within just two days, let alone a month, is highly improbable. Seeking further assistance for my severe allergic reaction, I was disheartened when he prescribed a treatment that proved ineffective. Moreover, he seemed to imply that I was at fault for not promptly visiting my dermatologist, despite having already scheduled an appointment. In the midst of considerable discomfort, I had sought aid until my dermatologist appointment, but his approach lacked empathy. Notably, he didn't even take a proper look at my condition and criticized my visit to multiple urgent care centers. This experience was characterized by disrespect and unprofessionalism, leading me to the decision that I will not be returning to this establishment.

Friday, December 29,3023 Poor customer treatment and refused medical care to be rendered. They refused my daughters care because she has no insurance and could not pay $200 upfront! Receptionist at desk, was a kid, whispered behind her mask and gave us no information! She would not give us her name or the Office Manager we spoke to. Very rude and unprofessional. Office manager did not care if my daughter was sick. It’s all about the money. Sad, cannot be sick and get the proper care.

this visit was amazing!! nurse, to front desk, to the doctor—everything was top notch. i was unable to hear properly for weeks and i came here to check out my ear. they listened to me and got me back to normal very quickly. paperwork was very easy and i was able to get a good price compared to other places given that i paid out of pocket without insurance. the doctor was so kind and i’m very happy to be hearing in HD once again.

Pretty disappointed with my visit. I had every flu symptom imaginable and was only tested for Covid & Strep. Then they said I had a migraine and they sent in a prescription for cough drops. Makes no sense! She said “everything looked fine” as I was sitting there unable to see straight with severe congestion. I went to another urgent care and tested positive for the flu. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service has dropped a lot, 20 minutes waiting outside, now they don't let you in until the doctor arrives. And slow despite being registered
