My son has been attending swimming lessons at the British swim school since he's 7 months, he's now 1 year and 7 months and we're grateful to have found them. The pool at xchange is my favorite pool of all their locations because it's extremely clean and relaxing. The instructors and staff are all nice, professional and most importantly caring for my son and all the other swimmers. Miss Jaritza is very patient and knowledgeable which has made my son have a smooth experience in the water. Swimming is the only activity I have been able to take my son after the pandemic started and I always feel safe due to the cleanliness and precautions taken at the BSS pools.

I can’t tell you how annoying this particular location is… they cancel classes like an hour before the scheduled time. It was closed for over a month n then the classes resumed for 2 weeks and today they call an hour before class to say that they r cancelling again… annoying as it can get.. as the kids begin learning, it gets cancelled n then the learning chain is broken because we have to schedule a makeup at another location with an x Y Z instructor which disrupts the child’s learning phase n moreover if ur kid is ready to graduate, they do not even let them at a diff location… we are asked to wait till our location opens… n it could be months…

My daughter has been taking swimming lessons at this location for the past year and she has improved so much! The staff at Xchange are so welcoming and they truly care for their students. Masha and Jason are the BEST instructors--they are so patient, kind and love how they discipline the kids! Jennifer (staff) always goes out of her way to make sure the kids are safe, and that they’re progressing. Xchange is also the cleanest, relaxing, and overall most pleasant location. If you’re looking to get your kids in swimming lessons, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I’ve been with this location ( Exchange Secaucus) for over a year and I would not change it to any other. The staff here are very nice and very patient and they try to accommodate me which ever way they can. Masha and Jason are very kind and patient. My girls love taking classes with them. Jennifer is a sweet girl and is always making sure the pool and everything around it is clean and dry, she’s always greeting us with a smile. Thank you

5 stars for the instructors – Masha & Jason. My daughter really likes having classes with Masha. She is really amazing instructor 1 star for management of this location as they keep cancelling classes and don’t give you any credits. They just mention to do the makeup class at your convenience, so you end up having more makeup classes then regular ones. Also due to constant cancellations my daughter’s progress was hampered. But thanks to wonderful instructor Masha who helped my daughter come to that par.

As a newcomer, the British Swim School has been really great for our toddler. The staff (Jennifer P.) and instructor (Emily C.) have been very hands on throughout the whole process and my daughter is enjoying each and every class. 😍 If you’re a parent looking to enroll your child into swimming, I highly recommend this location!

We’ve had the worst experience this past few months. Classes got cancelled for heater issues for more than a month and now from today it’s another one, chemical imbalance. Cancelling a class an hour before is annoying. My kid’s r losing their practice consistency and they r not willing to do a refund. Make ups r always at a different location with an unknown instructor. I would give it a zero if there was any. They just want our money. Ridiculously annoying location.

Jason L had been a wonderful instructor for our granddaughter. He is patient and kind and works to allay her fears. He remembers the toys she likesand uses them to help her focus. Jen P also makes her experience better with her kind encouragement and special stickers and toys. Great team!
