It's definitely more than just a bubble tea shop! In addition to serving authentic traditional bubble milk tea, they also offer a variety of tea and fruit combinations. We tried the Matcha Coconut milk tea, and it was incredibly good. It had a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors! The Torches Brown sugar bubble tea was also super delicious!

After a fun day of shopping it was great to enjoy some delicious bubble tea from both Pablo and Mo! They have excellent teamwork, and were very entertaining I will surely come again!

This is the second time we’ve had to wait 15 mins just to have no employee show up. Really disappointing to leave empty-handed.

It was okay… the boba was hard to sip out the straw. Come to find out it was stick together when I pulled out :( not a good boba? They have flavors that I’ve never had before so, that’s awesome so I’d like to try something different next time in the hope their boba is better. Customer service was great!!

We visited the American Dream mall for second year in a row. Spent three days doing various activities. Tried Cozy Tea Loft day one and instantly got hooked. We visited every day including twice on the second day. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Mo helped us both nights and was a great help in explaining things to us on our first trip. We will definitely be back!

Had the golden diamond pineapple green tea, supposedly the third best flavor tea. It's basically green tea with dry diced up pineapple. My wife was online and witnessed some poor customer service...2 customers ordering 5 drinks and requested a drink tray, server had bad attitudes and didn't want to give them the tray at first and didn't help them bagging the drinks.

Amazing tea and bubble tea. They won an award in NYC in 2023. I ordered the mango green tea and a holiday special drink and to my surprise the drink came in a gingerbread man with a scarf and a tiny hat. So adorable 🥰

Very nice employees! I tried the diamond pineapple green tea and it taste wonderful! Very traditional bubble tea. Would recommend.
