I went to Sand Castle Venue for a gala event. Boy oh boy is this place nice! The service was excellent as well. I loved it 😍❤. I already have a place where I plan to keeping my wedding, just waiting to get my husband 😌.

You cannot imagine the love I have for this place. When my husband and I started looking for venues, Sand Castle was on our radar but not our “main” pick. We toured about 4-5 places and when my husband asked to go back to see it again; I knew it was the one. I don’t think I have a single bad thing to say. During the pandemic, Moe, the banquet director was amazing in getting us a new date on a weekend like we originally wanted and honoring the rates we booked in 2017/2018. They were always happy to answer our questions and honestly never bothered us which I love. They are so good at what they do. They Day was so beautiful. The grounds were amazing, everything was clean and exactly how they described it. And the food 😍😋 oh my goodness. We still have friends and family still telling us the food was so good. We took some home to enjoy (since both my hubby and I didn’t eat much) and it was as delicious as when we had our tasting. The staff was all amazing including bridal attendants & maitre ds (Joanna and Patti & Ricky and Lucas). All of them were checking in with my husband and I, letting us eat eating even a little to enjoy it and making us laugh when we took a couple of minutes of quiet. At the end of the night we really didn't want to leave! They also were kind enough to pack all my things and let us pick up later in the afternoon the next day; so our families weren’t burdened with taking things out of the venue the night of the wedding. This venue was the least stress from this whole thing and I’d recommend to anyone!!!!!! I want to be a guest there soon.

When I first walked into the sand castle and took a tour with Loula, I called my then fiancé and said you’re coming with me to take a tour this weekend because this is the one. She was skeptical, but as soon as we walked out the door that weekend she turned to me and said I guess we found our wedding venue. Loula and the staff from day 1 made us feel like this was the biggest day of THEIR lives. The aesthetics and everything that comes with the venue is one thing, but the total professionalism and comfort we felt was equally as important and something we hadn’t felt anywhere else. June 30th 2022 was the most perfect day my wife and I could have asked for. Every vision we had for this night you all made come true for us. There wasn’t a single expectation that wasn’t exceeded - and we had high expectations. You made sure the whole day and night ran seamlessly and made sure neither of us felt an ounce of stress - and we didn’t. My family and friends couldn’t stop talking about the service. From the bridal attendants to the servers down to the cleaners - everyone was absolute first class. The food was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced at a wedding. There wasn’t a single thing - and there was a LOT to choose from - that wasn’t absolutely delicious. Loula, Jamie, Mohamed - by the time of our wedding you all felt like family to us. The best decision I ever made was to marry my wife; the second best decision I ever made was to do it at the Sand Castle.

My wedding was 9/23/22. It was BETTER than I could ever imagine! My guests are still raving about the food, the service, the place! Everyone was so friendly- I feel like I went it as a customer and left as family. They treated me like a princess and made my day PERFECT! Their recommended vendors were awesome as well. Deja Vu, Flowers by Brian, Kings Brass, Genesis … all top notch!

This place has one of the most delicious food i ever had , i am a videographer and i go to lots of wedding venues like this place and every dish is so good. i had the lamb chop yummy! my 2 other photographer had pork chop other steak they told me it was good.

Sand Castle Venue a 5 star and above fine dining restaurant. This place is beautiful, love their outdoor garden and fountains! Great for pictures. It's a venue turned restaurant due to the pandemic. Great idea! CDC, Covid-19 guidelines in place. Mask required to enter social distance in place. This place is superb, from great food to super professional and courteous friendly staff. The staff went above and beyond for a family member who has allergies and made sure our needs were being met. The ambiance and atmosphere are warm and inviting and feel right at home. It is clean and organized. The decor is fabolous! The food is absolutely delicious very close to home cooking, Mediterranean cuisine. Highly recommend Sand Castle, will dine there again!

Sand Castle has everything you need in a wedding venue, respectful staff, great food and a 5 star garden to photograph in. A lot of my clients have had an amazing time and I can't wait to photographer their again.

Leave it to Sand Castle for the best night of your life! My husband and I are so happy that we picked Sand Castle and it was an easy choice. We felt welcomed from the moment we contacted Sand Castle. Loula was very helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. Then we met Mohamed three weeks prior to the big day. He assisted us with the planning and made sure we had everything together. Thankfully, he was also very responsive via email. He actually surprised us on our wedding day with a refund for a few people who couldn't show up last minute, so we were super appreciative of that! We actually had a very hectic morning/afternoon on our wedding day, getting ready and celebrating with all the Chinese traditions. But once we entered Sand Castle, it was like all our worries withered away! As a matter of fact, my mom, dad, and brother actually got into a fender bender on their way to the venue and the driver didn't want to continue driving them to the venue. When Mohamed heard about it, he offered his car and said we can use it to go pick them up. We didn't use his car and two of our groomsmen went to get them, but I was so appreciative of the gesture. Once we walked into the bridal suite, I was approached by the bridal attendant, Pattie. She helped me relax and calmed my nerves. She helped me position my dress and veil for the photographer and my dress looked amazing in the photos! Everyone was super attentive and detail-oriented. We definitely felt pampered. They did their absolute best to make sure we were fed and drinking!! That brings me to the food. Although, I wasn't able to eat a lot of it, my guests all told us that the food at the venue was AMAZING. I actually got my dinner to-go and ate it the next day. It was still super delicious! We also had so much dessert left over from the Viennese and they packed it all for us. Our guests were also able to pack some home. The bar was also top-shelf and they served tasty cocktails! I have gone to a number of weddings/galas where the food was mediocre because the food were made in batches, but you will not have that experience at Sand Castle! Your guests will be well fed with an abundance of food during the cocktail hour and reception. They will most definitely enjoy their food! Lastly, I want to mention that we were offered a honeymoon package for Crete. Jamie helped us every step of the way with that process! :) Everyone there were so kind and helpful. They truly know how to make you feel like royalty! Highly recommend you check out Sand Castle! :) I was already recommending it to other couples at my wedding!! I wish I can give them more than five stars. Every single person that works here is respectful, understanding, willing to work with us, and more importantly didn't make me feel like I owe them anything. Every other venue we went to, the people there were rude or just used classic sales tactics on us. It was getting VERY frustrating especially when other venues didn't have as much as Sand Castle did. Initially talking to Lula, she was willing to work around all of our needs and cultural values as well. She made sure that we got everything we wanted, and more, within our budget. In fact we ended up spending less per person than we expected to. We wanted as much food as possible on the tables in the reception and she was able to essentially double everything that we wanted. The tables were packed with food, exactly what I wanted. We had to accommodate people who were strictly kosher and sand castle offered us to use their caterer or cater the tables ourselves, very flexible. Planning the wedding after signing the contract was easy, Moe answers emails almost instantly and is always helpful and understanding. The food was AMAZING, truly did not expect this quality of food from a wedding venue. The venue itself is magnificent, the reception area is beautiful, and the indoor and outdoor ceremony areas are perfect. I truly can go on all day about how everything was so well taken care of during the wedding. We highly suggest considering them for your wedding.

THE BEST VENUE ON LONG ISLAND! BY FAR! I toured about 12 venues on Long Island and truth be told no venue comes close to what Sand Castle provides. I’m a very over the top person and this venue is over the top in the most incredible way possible! You don’t have to spend a penny on decor here because the venue is so beautifully decorated as is! The food! The drinks! The cocktail bar coming down from the ceiling for cocktail hour, the turning stage for our grand entrance and the Viennese insane multiple station desert carts ( which is all included in their packages) I’m sorry not one other venue on Long Island came close to blowing me away the way Sand Castle did! It’s 1 wedding at a time ! The space is enormous, the outdoor grounds are picture perfect beautiful! The Service ! Oh my GOD! Amazing! I can go on and on! You just get so much for your money! I worked with Loula and Frank for the entire year of planning my wedding and they are both just so amazing, warm, responsive (most important) and caring! They went above and above and beyond for us! They both calmed all my crazy anxiety when I would reach out with a crazy question or request and would get back to me so quickly either via text or email which now a day especially in the wedding industry is RARE! My wedding day was perfect! The staff treats you like family! Patti was my bridal attendant who was just the sweetest soul, such a calming energy to have next to me all day! I’m so grateful to everything she did for me & Ricky was my husbands Maitre D! We absolutely loved them both! They were so attentive , caring , warm and helpful throughout our day! We can’t thank them enough! We had about a 230 person firehouse aka wild wedding and just about everyone reached out to us afterwards to tell us it was the best the wedding they had ever been to in their life! Our friends are still raving about our wedding day! Loula, Frank, Patty, Ricky, and the entire Sand Castle Crew! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dreams come true, and for bringing my winter white wonderland to life! I am obsessed with this venue! Having our wedding at Sand Castle was the best decision we could have made. From the beginning, Loula and Jamie were there every step of the way to help answer questions as we started planning. We never went more than a few hours before hearing back from them, which was refreshing! We were able to go a few times to bring family and friends to tour, and every time we were treated like family, with desserts and drinks provided. Once we got closer to our wedding day, Frank took over, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. About a month out, I was asking him questions almost every day, and he was always happy to help. We had a few last minute changes that needed to happen, and he did them with absolutely no problem at all. You can tell these 3 have been in the industry for so long just by the way they are able to ease your mind with the stress of planning. On our wedding day, we had Martin and Lucas as our maitred’s, and Emily and Justin as our bridal attendants. These 4 were amazing!!! Martin and Lucas made sure our vision came to life, guests were taken care of, and everything ran on schedule. Emily and Justin were our right-hand’s, and we couldn’t have had such an incredible night without them. They made sure we ate, had a drink in hand, eased our nerves, bustled my dress, made sure my train was fixed for pictures, and packed everything up at the end of the night. The service between these 4 was truly amazing, and they knew what we needed before we even asked for it. The venue itself is gorgeous, with many places for pictures. Our guests were raving about it as well, and everyone had an incredible time. THANK YOU Sand Castle team!!

Absolutely Stunning and wonderful wedding venue, we had our wedding on 5/28/23 here and it was the best experience one can hope to have! From the planning process to the day of, the team was professional, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs as we wanted to incorporate events to celebrate our Indian/Chinese/American cultures. There were so many factors we weren't prepared for but didn't have to worry about since the team was so informative and helpful. Put all your trust in them they know what they are doing! On the day of our wedding, the entire staff was so welcoming and caring for us and our bridal party, all of our guests were well taken care of and enjoyed the cocktail hour and reception so much. The team worked very well with all of our vendors as well. HUGE thank you to Jamie and Sand Castle again for making our special day so wonderful!

We attended an evening wedding. The scenery where the wedding took place was beautiful despite it was raining right before the ceremony. The food was good. No complaints. We had a nice time. The staff was excellent 👌

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Sand Castle in July 2022 & I cant stop talking about how amazing this venue is. We had our initial meeting with Loula who was so kind and patient with us. We had a lot of requests and Loula ensured that all of our requests were going to be taken care of. Also, she was not pushy at all and made us feel very comfortable. After signing with Sand Castle, we were in contact on a monthly basis with Loula and Mohamed to discuss menu options, drink options, entertainment, lighting & more. Within the last 3 months before our reception we worked closely with Mohamed and I cant thank him enough for making our dream reception come to life. He ensured every detail was perfect. On the day of our reception, Mohamed and the rest of the Sand Castle staff checked in on us frequently and also kept the drinks and food flowing. We are so happy we chose Sand Castle! The service, the decor, the scenery, the food, the drinks.....everything was absolutely PERFECT!

What a beautiful place to visit! I participated in a wedding that recently occurred there. Don't let the exterior fool you. The back and interior is absolutely beautiful! I was able to access upstairs where the cocktail hour and bridal party room was. They both were very nice. The staff there also seemed pleasant and happy to help. I'm very happy with how things went at this venue and I'm sure the couple who got married here was too.

The staff is by far some of the best well trained service folks that I have had the pleasure of working with as a contractor.I have been to sand castle many times as a photographer and a lighting technician. And each time my experience is the same. well placed well trained staff willing to help willing to go to extra mile to up keep a very very clean very professional environment. With the absolute most prisine garden plaza for hosting events or photoshoots that I have ever seen in New York City. If you can imagine being in the middle of a forest inside of a storybook surrounded by stone and well manicured greenery. This this is the venue that must pop into your head. Because it is absolutely gorgeous. The one feature of this venue that troubles me is traffic and parking but that is a New York problem not a sancastle problem. Very impressed with everything that I have seen and heard about this place and I will continue to support.. please enjoy my photos of the venue and the prom.

We wish we could give them more than 5 stars!! We got married in October of 2022 and choosing sand castle as our venue was by far the best choice. The entire process was made extremely stress free and easy thanks to Jamie! When we arrived at the food tasting, we were so taken back by how amazing the service was! We kept saying we hope that the service would be this great on the wedding day.. and it sure was! All of our guests were wowed by the service, the food, the atmosphere! Mohammad was so helpful the day of the wedding and made sure everything turned out great and ran smooth. Pattie and Lukas were also the best!! Pattie literally tied my shoes, ill never forget that! The service we received was out of this world! Each of the people I named were so sweet and helpful! By far the best venue for a wedding, if you're debating on booking THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO BOOK IT. What is there not to like about Sand Castle? My wife and I went to several prospected venues and because of the prices and packages we had given up and decided to do a “court/ town hall” wedding. After several days of seeing her not being too happy, I started my search again only to come across Sand Castle. It’s a castle alright, only without the sand… it’s amazingly breathtaking.; it exudes warmth ; it’s strikingly different .. the staff, a few names remembered ( Patti, Manny, Ricky, Mohammed and Jamie), were extremely attentive, guiding and facilitating!!! Mohammed assured us that on the day of the wedding we would have nothing to worry about as it would be all in their hands.. that was the whole truth and nothing but the truth!!! The food and drinks were first class/ top shelf and our guests were served with elegance.. All in all, the experience at Sand Castle was MAJESTIC !!

Wow! Sand Castle was amazing. A beautiful place to have an event whether it is a wedding, anniversary, what have you, I really enjoyed myself there, and the staff was outstanding! I give it a 1000 thumbs up! The wedding I attend took place in an outside area. After the wedding appetizers and drinks were served in the upper level dinning room. Moments later the dinner reception was held in the Ball Room on the lower level. The parking Valley, the kitchen staff, the waiters, and the bathroom attendant were all amazing! Also the food and dessert bar were wonderful. If you want to go all out, I recommend sand castle!

My niece chose the Sand Castle as the venue for her wedding and reception. This place was spectacular. The outside- landscaping had beautiful flowers and plants in an array of colors. The inside, from the flooring, to the most luxurious seating area, the ballroom, lighting, just the entire area. It was immaculate. This was by far, the best location I have ever had the honor of being a guest. I would highly recommend this location.

Sandscatle just opened for outdoor dining since they can't cater to weddings now, my husband and I decided to go back to the place we got married. We just had dinner there and the food was delicious as usual. The picturesque views of the garden area with flowers, waterfall and lampposts were amazing. The staffs, all in "black Sandcastle masks", were friendly and professional. While it lasts I recommend this place for a great dining experience.

My Husband and I married 8/2021 at Sand Castle. This venue is amazing!!! It was everything I expected and more. The food and the service was outstanding. The staff brought all my ideas into fruition. They treated us our family and friends like royalty. I’m so grateful to them all. The Director Mohamed is a true gem, he was patient considered and made it happen! The staff here was very pleasant and Mohammad and Jamie were superb. Me and my husband really enjoyed hosting our wedding here at this venue. Everyone was super courteous and also did an amazing job with serving our guest and the food was delicious!
