This is a Hotel/Lodge located in Hershey Philadelphia. It's a rustic and cozy environment with a beautiful atmosphere. The magnificent beauty of nature all around. There are different shops for food and knickknacks in the lobby area, with a cozy fireplace available. I love that there are 2 bathroom sinks available, I wish that a microwave was in the room also😏, but you have a coffee maker, mini cooler. All together cozy place to relax for a weekend.

The place is like a maze. The accommodation do not exist. Your are definitely not treated like a guest at an expensive hotel. Which its extremely overpriced for how small the rooms are, no snacks or drinks inside the room, no free breakfast or anything. You do not get anything extra like towels, pillow, sheet and they will never come to your room to even clean it before you get in. Oh ya THEY DON'T CLEAN THEIR ROOMS spots and stains everywhere the place should be contained off. Not a resort. Its a overpriced family vacation spot that has little to no accommodations with any kind of value. The places looks nice when you walk in then you get lost threw a maze of repeat areas tell you find someone to help. Wait 10 plus minutes at either of the two elevators. Do not.. I repeat. DO NOT GO THERE.

It was a wonderful experience ,yes. I enjoyed it just as much as the children! The whole surroundings of Hershey park is enchanting. Staying in the Hershey lodge was well worth every dime. The perks that you receive from staying as well worth the memories is a great package. Number one the experience was fantastic number 2 you may be a little hesitant because of the cost number 3 you may think that you individual hotel room ordinary inside, but the experience. the location the perks was worth every time. The Lodge when you go in is beautiful and STAFF OH MY were so kind! Loved The Chocolate Pantry on 🍫 Avenue the breakfast was mouth watering. It's chocolate everywhere! You real can't beat what ur getting. Once you park your car the fun begins 😉 Go people if you get a chance.

We recently stayed at the Lodge and overall it was a wonderful experience! We loved the Lodge (I will say I underestimated the size of this place…save yourself the trouble and let them take your bags to your room). I also highly recommend you do the express check in to avoid a long check in process. There was plenty to do including the water park area, outdoor pool, putt putt and arcades. We also ate dinner at the Bear Den and it was great and the prices were very reasonable. The cafe has pretty good for breakfast they had good coffee and pastries sadly we they closed before we were able to get there to try the ice-cream the night before. We only stayed one day but I wish we had stayed longer to experience everything there was to do. The only things we didn’t love was it took forever to get get anyone from housekeeping to bring toilet paper and we were completely out. I understand they were very busy so I went to the front desk but they didn’t have any and said they would send housekeeping up. Also I don’t recommend the pull out chair for teens, it would probably be fine for small kids but my son was super uncomfortable and didn’t sleep most of the night, he ended up sleeping on the floor it was so uncomfortable and the blanket in the closet for the pull out chair was either dirty or super stained next time we definitely won’t chose this room option. Overall the hotel was very clean and tidy so I think it just happened to be overlooked. The rooms also had cool features like Hershey kiss sheets and pillow cases and our king bed and pillows were comfy. I was very pleased with our visit and we will definitely return again and hopefully stay longer next time.

The park was a great time. The water park inside the hotel was cute for little kids. The hotel as a whole was not very clean and not worth the hype. I have such fond memories of coming here as a child and it has become a circus. They don’t have enough staff to accommodate the amount of people they house in the hotel. The sheets on one of the queen size beds were dirty so housekeeping had to come and change them. If you want a coffee on a Saturday morning in the lodge it’s a 30 minute wait. Don’t even think about using a gift card, the hotel staff has no idea how to process them. The customer service was terrible, senior staff that I was told could process a gift card never even came out of their office to acknowledge the problem. Our bill continues to be incorrect. You can have all the chocolate you want, but The LEAST sweetest place on earth in terms of friendliness. We will not be returning next year.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hershey Lodge. I was there for a women's conference with my church. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The Lodge design feels a bit like a maze, and sometimes it's hard to know where you are going, but every staff member stopped whatever they were doing to help my friends and I navigate their many halls. They were courteous and polite. One staff member offered to carry my suitcase up some stairs when she saw that I was having some difficulties doing it. To help with some costs, I brought some food with me, and I was encouraged that there was a small fridge in my room and a small microwave in the vending/ice room. It was so convenient. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars was because I wanted to go swimming during my stay and through the website pictures you see two places to swim. One looked like a lap pool, and the other was their fun center family pool. Well, on my weekend, there were many, many families at the hotel, and it seemed like they all had the same idea I had. Upon asking, this was the only place to swim, no second option. So no swimming for me during my stay. Other than that, my stay there was lovely. Like every where prices are high but my friends did not seem to complain about anything in particular so I would say that is a plus. Very nice place to stay.

Nice amenities, mini golf ,pools, and arcade. Confusion finding our way around. Elevators lobby restaurants were great. Rooms were small. Parking is horrible. Shuttle service to the park was great. The place was clean .A little outdated on the decor. While in your room, you couldn't hear anyone else. Convenient Stay visiting too Hershey Park.

I came to a 3-day convention just during the day (as all the rooms were booked up) and I could see the staff hard at work, they were always busy working and friendly. Beautifully elegant designs and large rooms. I think we had 1500 people for our gatherings. The large convention rooms had great lights for the stage and sound quality with large screen TVs for those in the back to watch. Too bad the floor doesn’t slant downwards so the people in the way back could see the stage better. The quality of everything was spectacular, the rooms, flooring, paintings/art work on the walls and especially the food. I was really impressed with the quality of food. They have a great team of staff members.

We were here for a convention and were completely blown away. We had never been to Hershey PA. For the convention, the staff and banquet rooms were top notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the full size hershey bar at check in. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfy beds. Only downside is we were in to 1663 and that was at the very end of 2 very long halls. An easy 7 minute walk from the room to the front desk. The indoor water park was fantastic and appropriate for all ages. Great arcade. If you stay, I highly suggest the chocolate martini and the bar staff were some of the best we have encountered ever. We can't wait to come back.

The service and employees are great. The lodge offers a ton of amenities. The sheets are so cute with little Hershey kisses. I didn’t give 5 stars because the hotel definitely needs some upgrades rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, curtains and bathrooms. The curtains I still don’t understand why anyone would pick them.

My wife and I attended a retreat here. We got a discounted rate.l for the room. The rooms are outdated though the TV was super modern with an integrated Chromecast. The best food is within walking distance off campus at a nearby shopping mall. However the lack of sidewalks meant walking down the driveway. Speaking of driveways, the parking is complicated and tight. The lobby is quite cozy next to the fire. The service staff are mostly excellent but there was some professional inconsistency with a few individuals. Bottom line: this place is not worth the full price. It's a great location and the activities on campus are nice for families, however the strange parking and navigation means the kids aren't going to be able to wander by themselves.

Great place for a family getaway. But there’s a few things that could use improvements. At the inside water park they need to clean a little more often because a few of the water drains had clumps of hairballs. And they weren’t small. So we got grossed out seeing that. Other than that kids had a great time there. As for the room we stayed in. I’m not sure if they all are the same but ours was very outdated. Old wall paper was peeling off wall. No exhaust fan in bathroom. And heating system wasn’t working.correctly. It wasn’t all the time. It seemed at times it wasn’t recognizing the temp we set it at. So we just turned it off. Beds were comfortable, and clean so housekeeping staff was great!! . But housekeeping not so much at water area. Overall a great stay but money should be invested in updating rooms,

I was so excited to stay here and after a stormy, rainy day at Hershey Park headed to the Lodge at 4:30 for what was supposed to be a 4pm check in. I had two of my young kids with me and we were all wet from the park and rain storm. I waited 45 minutes (cold since we were wet) in line to check in, just to be told my room wasn’t ready. I was told they would text me as soon as the room was ready so i left my luggage with the bellhop and I took my kids to grab some food. All cold and wet still. We went to a restaurant and waited another two hours for a text to arrive letting me know the room was ready. That text never came. My husband showed up with my other son (both also cold and wet from another storm, at this point 3.5 hours after check in time) and waited on line to check our room status. At this point he was told the room was ready but gave no explanation for why they hadn’t contacted me. They left us (3 young kids) cold and wet and waiting with nowhere to go for four hours. We finally made it to the room and our luggage wasn’t here. It’s been a very disappointing stay so far, and after hearing nothing but glowing reports from friends who have stayed here, I’m very disappointed. For the price I am paying this level of service is unacceptable.

We thought an inclusive package would be a great experience, but that was not our experience. Our package included breakfast, but the check-in person failed to tell or give use the required tokens, and the bus to the park was overrun...we waited 45 minutes in line - 2 buses ahead of us - and the sat in traffic. On the last day, we just drive to the park and paid for parking and skipped the package included bus. Not the value and convenience we expected, especially for the price we paid. Do not recommend.

Our family of four had a great time visiting in November. The package offered was definitely worth the price. We ate well, slept well, and had so much fun. The best part was exploring the different amenities of the lodge. Our room was super clean and comfy too. We ate at four different restaurants, played in the arcades, went to the indoor water park, went shopping and I even squeezed in a workout in the fitness center. We loved every moment of our short stay. Oh and the whole place smelled like chocolate!

We had a great time with our 2 year old at the Waterpark. It's close to several great restaurants and has good options on site too (just pricey). They also have a number to text for simple questions during your stay (like we were curious where we could find a microwave since our room didn't have one). We went during off season so the price was very reasonable.

Our family went here for vacation and stayed at the Lodge (not the hotel). This was the most disappointing stay we have had. The pros: the staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was pretty good as well. I can't recall the name of the one we went to but it was conveniently inside the lodge. Cons: the lodge is so outdated and in great need of renovations. I've never written a review describing a place as outdated but boy it just stuck out the moment we arrived in our room. The room had so many bugs to the point where we had two spiders coming down from the ceiling that we killed. It was just really old, dated and not worth the price. We met someone who was staying next to us and also using the electric chargers for an EV. They shared that they found dirty razors behind the chair/ottoman and had requested a different room. We bonded over our surprise at how disappointed we were with the hotel. We will never stay here again and would prefer any other hotel over here.

I sent this letter to the lodge with proof of our stay that cost over $1,700 for 4 nights. I never even received a reply. This was in room 1808. The first problem that we noticed was the floor. It had not been cleaned in a long time. When we took off our socks, all sorts of grossness were on the bottom of our feet. It was disgusting. The amount of grime on the carpet was gross and unsanitary. The second problem was the humidity in the room. It was unbearable. We were uncomfortable the entire time. Either it was humid and comfortable or freezing to keep the humidity down. The towels never dried between showers. We asked for new towels and they were never delivered. This was brought to the attention of the front desk and we were told all rooms were like that. Since the towels were never delivered, we asked for our room to be cleaned. We were told that you do not clean the rooms at all. We were there for four nights. Our room needed to be cleaned desperately. Our trash was completely covering the floor since we were receiving so much from the show. I’ve never heard of a hotel refusing to straighten and take out the trash. We also needed a place to keep our luggage. You do not provide a luggage rack. I asked if there were any that could be provided, and the answer was no. Another needed item in the room would be a microwave. Again, standard in most hotels but not yours. We had leftovers from your restaurants and had no way to heat them up. Another item that I’ve not had to ask for before were hangers. We had 3 hangers for 2 girls with 4 days of clothing. When I asked for more, we were told that was all that came in each room. Another inconvenience was that the shower did not have a liner. This allowed all the shower water to go down the linen liner and when we showered, the water made a huge mess on the bathroom floor. Since we were never given towels, we were not equipped to handle extra water on the floor. This was a safety hazard since the floors are slippery. Another issue with not cleaning the room would be that we ran out of toilet paper. For two girls staying in a room, toilet paper is needed. My final and biggest complaint is that your hotel cost a fortune. I was quoted a much cheaper rate than I had to pay. I brought this to the front desks attention, and they said there was not anything they could do.

We decided to take a quick overnight to the Hershey lodge for Presidents weekend. First, the room. It’s just so outdated and doesn’t feel clean. One or two of the towels in our bathroom looked old/dirty. The other big point for me was the waterworks pool. For reference our boys are 12 and 10. The pool is NOT for kids over the age of 7/8. I think the pictures are deceiving so I wanted to let people know. Plus it’s a big hotel and the pool area is small, so the pool was jam packed with kids and adults. I’m sure it might feel more spacious in the summer with the outdoor pool.

Me, my daughter, and my niece stayed here for two nights. Rooms were great, staff was top of the line in the restaurants and during check in. The pools were great! They had a small arcade in it as well and you are welcomed with chocolate bars as well as compliment tickets to other attractions. The shuttle was also cool-although we did not use it, it was still a great option given at the property. I walked through this entire resort and it was phenomenal! Highly recommend!

Top notch. Had a dairy business meeting here for a few days with Penn State. Staff were very professional and nice. Food was very good. Everything was very clean. It's a big place and they had multiple events going but you didn't even notice the others.

This hotel is a very nice place, went for a convention. This place is huge and the main lobby is amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Seems like a more casual place than the Hotel Hershey. The ice cream shop is great and the made to order drinks are delightful. I am local and did not require a room, but I probably would've enjoyed a stay here.

The check in was very easy and helpful navigating to our spot since the place is understandably enormous. The on site coffee shop has delicious fall flavor options and there’s plenty of restaurants on the premises to please anyone. The water park was well kept and offered a lot of options and my wife and I had a blast in the arcade as well. The bed was heavenly, the bottles of cocoa infused toiletries were delightful and overall it was as close to a perfect experience as I’ve had yet. Will return.

What a large hotel!!!! Plan to be walking a good deal. Sometimes challenging to find where to go even with a paper map and posted signs. Nice store, restaurants available inside. Great place for a conference as there is plenty of rooms with varied sizes for different groups. Thin walls made it too easy to hear others, but still not too noisy. Staff did well with getting out bag lunches, simple breakfast for the large numbers of attendees. Staff also did well keeping up with the bathrooms (didn't run out of toilet paper or towels and were clean). Tech support was present for the sessions and helped out presenters as needed. Desk staff were friendly and quick to process check in and out. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Towels were big and white, though not as soft as I would have liked. The candy set out in halls was great in-between snack. Many stations for water available in rooms or halls during conference.

We stayed at Hershey Lodge over Halloween weekend. The hotel was nice, clean, beds and pillows we’re comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a short stay and didn’t get around to many of the kids activities the hotel offered, the fire place on the lobby looked like a nice place to sit and have a drink but hard to find a seat as it was a popular place to unwind. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. The service is amazing. The rooms need to be updated. There is a distinct smell... could be mold, could be mildew... all I know is the rooms smelled very badly. I had a lavender spray, and that covered it a little, but when you would leave and come back, the odor would smack you in the face. The price you pay for the room is not worth it. I will not stay there in the future unless the rooms have been updated and the odor has been addressed.

Everything is first class. Kisses & chocolate everywhere, including the hallways smell like chocolate. Wings/towers are named after the candies. Super easy to get lost. Conveniently located for all the different attractions in the area. Totally worth staying.

Amazing lodge!! We were so impressed. Multiple really nice restaurants conveniently inside. We tried 4 of them and loved each one. Very family friendly. Bus always present to bring you to and from the park and chocolate world. We loved our room, very clean. Not a negative thing I can say about this resort. It is very large so can be far from the lobby but once you learn the best route with your map it's easy. The water park was impressive, warm and clear clean water! After reading many negative reviews I was anxious I made the wrong decision on this lodge but my family had the best time and we will be coming back each year now!

Hershey lodge is a fantastic place to stay while visiting Hershey! There was nothing we found lacking during our 3 day stay. They text you periodically if you need anything & promptly fulfill any and all requests! I had an unusual request for salt I needed due to a dental issue I was having and they even were able to accommodate that! The rooms were clean and cutely decorated with Hershey kisses on bedding and wallpaper, along with cocoa infused shampoo, conditioner & lotions that all smell so good! They also were able to put us & our other family members rooms (that we met there) in close proximity to each other. Our room had an inside plus an outside entrance which was super convenient for getting to our car & water park and then for going into the lodge for meals etc. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. Was really convenient having multiple restaurants in building, especially on our first day of arrival when it was rainy and just wanted to stay put. Thank you to everyone there for a wonderful little family get together/vacation!

5 stars but I have to deduct 1 star simply because of the number of people and children that stay here. It can get chaotic, but it's handled as well as it can be. On site restaurants fill up fast. Hallways can be crammed. Elevators are slow. Now for the positive: staff are terrific and will go out of their way to assist you. Shuttle service to Hershey Park is excellent and efficient. Way better than waiting to park on your own. Rooms are clean and standard sized. Lots of things to do to have a relaxing day with family away from Hershey Park or wind down after the park. Great experience all around.

Took a two day trip via Yankee Trails everything and everyone was wonderful. Clean rooms friendly staff the restaurants were wonderful and the staff very friendly and willing to help. My only negative remarks is the bathtubs are slippery and there is no handle bars to grab onto to get in or out of the tub. Hopefully this will change because it's scary for older people like myself who worry about a slip fall problem.

Was only there for one night but will return for a longer stay. Beautiful decorations are everywhere. Christmas themed presently. Had dinner in the Sports restaurant while watching football on the huge screens. Best part of my stay was that once we checked in we never had to leave the resort. Multiple restaurants and activities all enclosed in the lodge!

Pretty good. Almost 5 stars. Facilities are in very good condition. Need some more staff and better coordination and communication between staff that are there. Like they have everything you want or need, it's just a guessing game trying to figure it all out.

We spent a 3 day weekend at the Hershey Lodge with our 16 month old. The lodge is extremely child friendly. Everyone working there went above and beyond with kindness and helpfulness. The water park was nice for our little, but had other activities for bigger kids as well. The Bear’s Den was typical bar food, but it’s a nice, cool space. Fire and Grain was less casual, but still welcoming to little ones. The food was excellent and the drinks were strong. The rooms were a bit outdated, but comfortable, excluding when the hot water stopped working for several hours. My only complaints could be the layout is a bit confusing and the lobby area becomes less kid-friendly after 8 pm. There were some pretty sloppy drunks wandering around and we watched a lady almost fall down the stairs backwards. Not much the lodge can do about that, but more of a “heads up” for anyone checking out reviews. I would definitely recommend staying here to family or friends!

We love the Hershey Lodge! We've stayed several times and know it'll be a go-to place for our family. The staff at checkin was super friendly and checked me in very quickly! My kids loved the free chocolate! The rooms are nice but I wouldn't say they're anything special. The outdoor pool was not open when we stayed. My boys loved water works and enjoyed the indoor splash pad and pools. The arcade is limited, so that's a bummer for them. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants on site to get a good meal. Stacks would probably be my favorite for breakfast! We also had breakfast one day at fire and grain. Not so good, I asked for eggs fried hard, and they were runny. My husband asked for eggs medium, and they looked like they weren't even cooked. Yuck! We dined at Revelry for dinner one night, and it was EXCELLENT! The wait staff was on top of everything, the food was terrific, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Also kid friendly, which is a plus! Also dined at the Bears Den one night, and that's good for burgers and fries and drinks! The restaurants don't take reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day, so the wait time can be a bit much, especially when you have small children in the group. The gift shop is lovely but I wish it had more of a selection. Love that there is a bus from the lodge to the park.

First time staying and I will 100% be coming back!! Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. Easy check in and check out. Loved all the resort activities for the kids. Very responsive when we needed something sent to our room. I'm already looking forward to returning.
