Very friendly and professional staff. Facility is amazing,easy to get to your proper station. Also, very clean! Went in after physician had left, they set me up and had me talking directly to a physician within 30 minutes. That was a great and easy process. Great service and they listened! I will utilize this facility again and highly recommend it.

Did not really listen to me and my concerns. Kept following some prompts on her iPad and recommending extra things when I was just there for a 3mo blood pressure check. Wanted to refer me to a therapist because of my white coat syndrome. Made me uneasy and very nervous!! LABS took forever … luckily a friend who experienced the same thing told me to log in to the QUEST portal and I got my results there. Everything was fine. Wouldn’t you think Northshore would call and tell me that? Going to a nurse practitioner should be a positive, reassuring experience. I won’t be going back to the Schererville location.

NorthShore has a very caring staff and they always make time for a telehealth phone visit. They are professional and friendly.
