Julie is great , she cut me once and I come from Chicago (Lincoln park) just for Julie services. I am African American (Black/with thick hair )and has never met a stylist like Julie ,Julie is patient takes her time to make sure you get exactly what you want :)!!

I went to my regular haircut place and they had a two hour wait and they closed in two hours. So I went to super cuts and I got my haircut right away and they did a good job.

The staff here is upbeat and lively. Perfect atmosphere for a salon in my opinion.

Yes 5 stars 🤩 💯% I was greeted by a sweet young gal with super customer service. Then JULIA a skilled hairdresser gave me an impressive cut. I will keep going back. I was scared but, they made my experience so delightful 🙂. 🙋😸👌👏💇

Heather, Carlene and the rest of the staff are amazing. This salon has a small local business feel although it is part of a chain. I get my hair colored by Heather. My husband and daughter go there too!

I scheduled with Julia and Martha but 2 of my sons ended with someone else because Julia called in sick from what I I think I heard. I wanna cry and my teenager is very upset. We asked to cut just a tiny bit more and she ended cutting more than half his hair. Then my little one, she cut the whole back of his head one number and a patchy job at the top. So upset. Martha does a good job. But the other peron was terrible at cutting boy hair and needs more training or stick to other hair services!

We recently moved to the area and this Supercuts was far and beyond better than any other place that my family has gotten their hair cut at. Not only were the staff knowledgeable about different hair types and what works and what doesn't, the girl who rang us up played with my kids while my wife and I were getting our hair cut. This provided some relief because we didn't have to worry about what they were doing because someone was there interacting with them. We gave her a tip just for entertaining our kids because of how nice she was to them. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning for the next one.
