Authentic
is
the
correct
term
to
use
when
describing
La
Hacienda
Azteca.
The
smells
and
tastes
are
all
there,
as
well
as
the
ambiance.
While
sipping
on
my
agua
de
Jamaica
(habiscus)
and
enjoying
my
chips
and
chunky
molcajete
style
salsa
and
chips,
I
enjoyed
watching
the
way
the
family
works.
I
say
the
family
because
this
is
exactly
what
I
would
expect
in
a
visit
to
a
dear
family
members'
home.
When
an
employee
is
in
the
need
to
leave
a
task
they
are
working
on
because
their
attention
has
to
be
diverted
to
a
more
urgent
matter;
somone
arrives
and
continues
and
finshes
the
task
for
that
person.
It's
such
a
beautiful
synchronized
but
normal
flow
of
a
the
way
we
are
accustomed
to
work.
My
daughter
ordered
corn
tortilla
quesadillas
with
steak.
I
ordered
a
Tarimoro
combination;
it
is
a
chicken
flauta,
a
pork
gordita
and
an
enchilada.
Oh
to
my
pleasant
surprise
when
I
realized
the
tortilla
from
the
flauta
and
the
enchilada
is
handmade.
The
guac
that
came
as
a
side
was
so
creamy,
the
cheese
was
so
fresh.
I
always
have
an
issue
with
the
rice
and
beans
in
Mexican
restaurants,
because
they
are
so
tasteless,
many
times
undeecooked
or
over
cooked.
Truthfully
both
were
so
good.
Once
again
was
such
a
good
surprise.
Absolutely
enjoyed
the
meal.
My
server
was
Anna,
she
was
pleasant,
respectful
and
welcoming.
She
made
sure
along
with
all
the
other
many
employees
that
were
busy
working
around
the
restaurant
that
we
were
satisfied
and
that
we
didn't
need
anything.
Will
absolutely
visit
again
when
I'm
in
town.
