Don’t order or eat from this location. I found a bug in my food! On top of my chicken being cold. Check your food before you eat it. I can’t speak on other locations but this one is clearly not updated with their food handlers ,sanitation& pest control guidelines. I don’t trust ever ordering from this place and I’m disgusted.

Update 9-10-2022. This place is no longer what it used to be. Quality of food has gone down hill and the quantity served is now only a fraction of what it used to be. The cleanliness here has diminished. Place feels disgusting. The workers look unkempt and their uniforms are dirty. It is disgusting to watch them handle your food. The schnitzel is tasteless, no seasoning at all. The rice is dry and hard. The chicken is gooey and gross. My experience here was fair and the food was pretty good but the staff here needs improvement. Including the manager. While my family and I were eating we could here and see the manager arguing with a female customer. It appears that this particular customer requested sauce " on the side" and the manager wanted her to pay extra for it. The customer informed the manager that her take out order was enough for 5 people and that the one little 3 ounce cup of sauce would not be enough for 5 people. The manager continued his senseless rant about how the sauce would cost extra. The lady explained how she visits this location almost every week but that did not seem to matter to the manager. In my opinion, the manager should have handed this lady all the sauce she wanted and thanked her for her weekly patronage. Instead, the manager ranted about the cost of sauce and everybody in the restaurant could hear him I don't think the owners of this place would want to lose a customer like that over condiments.

Very delicious Mediterranean food! It's basically the "fast food" equivalence, similar to Chipotle, Panda Express, etc. ⚠️ WARNING⚠️ the spicy is actually spicy! Well it has a kick. Some will handle it better than others. The portions are okay and enough for a single meal. It is $10/bowl, so a little pricy when compared to other similar meals/portions. My only real complaint is that the fountain drinks were all diluted and flat. The tea was basically water, and soda's were flat.

pretty cool restaurant, only fast food shawarma place ive ever been to in the states. it's a little confusing walking into an arab food place and hearing taylor swift singing her heart out but i mean more power to you. pros: -clean looking, nice layout -about as authentic as you can expect from a fast food place -decent hummus -pick your own ingredients -grandpa says the falafel is better than it is in syria -free extra pickles cons: -employees can get a bit confused sometimes -more expensive than your average fast food place

Got the chicken shawarma/falafel dinner plate, the food was delicious, the only thing is that the chicken was cold and the service is never the best lately at any naf naf, which is sad since its one of my favorite Mediterranean food places. Hope they do better!

One of the cleanest and well run restaurants we have been in. Very clean restrooms. Our food was delicious and had a good variety of sides. I finished my plate clean and was full but not stuffed. They do go a bit shy on quantity. The meat was delicious but really not much of it for a $13 platter meal that is supposed to have more meat vs the cheaper bowl. I may try the bowl next time.

Definitely not middle eastern food. More American chain type food. Very bland and dry. Needs more flavor. Chicken was quite dry and looked like it been sitting a while too long. Fries were the only thing that was just ok very overpriced also

Food is still good but there's only about an ounce of steak in my bowl. It's been like this in the last few visits. It has gotten too expensive for what you pay. Employees doesn't seem so happy being there. Not crabby but definitely didn't want to be there.. Been a Nafnaf fan for years but I think it's time to go.

The food was good for the most part except the Naf fries I had were extremely salty to the point that I could not even eat them. And my falafel was overdone and tasted like it was sitting out. I also noticed the chicken tasted like it was sitting out. The service was decent and my rice was really good. Little pricey too for the quality.

The chicken shawarma I ordered was packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned, though the portion size left a bit to be desired. However, the quick service during peak hours was commendable, as the staff efficiently managed the flow of customers and ensured timely delivery of orders. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment to enjoy my meal. If you're in the mood for quick, tasty Mediterranean cuisine, Naf Naf Grill is definitely worth a visit.

This place made me giggle. Very basic Mediterranean food. If you are looking for kosher food this isn't the place. Buttt it wasn't bad for being a chain restaurant. Has a falafel pita. Rice was sad and garlic sauce. The drink selection was pop or water.

Good, quick chipotle style Middle Eastern food. Solid place to hit up when you want something different and fast.

Terrible experience. We arrived around 5 pm and the place was practically empty. The food looked like it had been sitting for a while. My chicken shwarma was very dry. Not going back. Chipotle is much better!

I love Naf Naf. Came to this location and watched the worker girl start making my order. Put a blob of hummus in the pita gingerly and didn’t spread it. Then put two pieces of lettuce. She then took a proper amount of chicken in the tongs and proceeded to lose ⅔ of it before putting a scant amount at the edge of the pita not even pushing it in. I told her to forget it and left. I would not pay $10+ for whatever she was about to make. Please train better to ensure quality.

First time visiting. Ordered the 2 protein platter, chicken schwarma and falafel with basmati, hummus, pita, med salad and cabbage. Service was pleasant but no one looked happy to be there. Food was decent, could have been hotter temp wise but not bad except you really should never serve hummus cold! I also found it strange that they have these little ice cream scoopers for measurement but refused to actually give you a full small scoop. Why? Sorry, forgot to take pic before I started eating.

I have been a fan of Naf Naf for years since I moved to the area. However, ever since COVID, everything has gotten smaller: portions, falafel, bowls, pitas—everything! I’ve tried many times hoping it would be better, but today may have been my last attempt. The bowls are now in to-go containers, not the big bowls we used to get. The pitas are much smaller than they used to be, probably by about 1.5” in diameter. Naf Naf used to have the best falafel to be a chain, now they’re not worth the money ($2/2). They’re literally the size of quarters…MAYBE half dollars, but definitely not big and round as they used to be. The only reason I didn’t cancel the whole order is because it was a free bday reward. Again, I am sorry to be disappointed, but I’ll take my money elsewhere.

My first time to Naf Naf. I will be back. 7pm visit. It was hard to hear the counter help and my partner at the table even though the restaurant was empty - Is there white noise pumped in? The food was good! The hummus was perfect. The pickles were pickled. The hot sauce was kickin'! The meats were good and meaty. We had 'plates' and were definitely stuffed afterwards. A typically good Israeli-type meal. :)

Poor customer service. A woman that works at this location gave me the new spicy hummus without me asking for it because the person I was with ordered it. She told me I was wrong and that I ordered it even though I made it a point to get the regular one. Go to any other Naf Naf (the one of 59 in aurora is incredible!!!)
