Not the same anymore. Perfect classy decor but it feel uninviting and not welcoming. Even Post-Pandemic it has a really uptight vibe. Tried to give another try 2 weeks ago because they said the lounge was back open. We drove up the 9pm on a Friday and it was closed. 😔 Went to another nearby Lounge and it was packed, vibrant and busy. Not sure what going on at T.P. now. However their quality of cigars are top notch in the area.

Went there Saturday night for a relatives birthday celebration. Great place great selection of smokes. I support local.The house cigar's are great and pretty descent hand rolled. My only downside would be they don't interact with the customers we all knew well in advance of the two stick minimum. That's not a problem. It was just like a machine two smoke's no conversation or interaction one of my cousins are familiar with the shop that's how we found this hidden gem. But they tended to him as if he was the only one actually worth relating to. I entered my phone number at checkout. I'll definitely give it another try. I just prefer the old school attention to the customer. It was quite a few of us so they were probably overwhelmed a little. Not a negative review just expressing the way I saw it.

THE BEST CIGAR SHOP ON THIS END OF TOWN, They have a great variety of cigars. The house brand 708 Barber Pole is very smooth and highly recommended. It’s always a family like atmosphere and women are more than Welcome. Always a clean and neat environment. They often have Live Jazz or a DJ on weekends in addition to free coffee and tea daily.

Place was outstanding, Cigar selection was great.Now the young lady serving bourbon, classy and fun.The men running the place were very knowledgeable about the business. My hat off to Sharkey one off the gentleman on the floor.I really enjoyed my evening and experience with your staff.Thank you.

I first came to Tobacco Plus in 2000. I was drawn to their wide range of cigars and pleasant atmosphere. Throughout the years I did support other local cigar shops and even purchased online through other companies. I keep finding myself drawn back to this establishment time and time again. The quality of the cigars is always top notch. They stand behind their products and are always quick to please their customers. I have referred several people here and I received positive feedback and thanks from them. I find the atmosphere very inviting and pleasant. Over the past several years this establishment has been my exclusive cigar shop. The staffs over all knowledge of cigars is unmatched. Time and time again they have asked me about my cigar purchases and how well they performed. They have enlightened me to other brands of similar cigars to try out. On several occasions even giving me a free one to try. They are very proactive in knowing their customers and what they like. Any cigar suggestion made to me was not an upsell to make more money. I was impressed that the suggestions made were well within my price range. Very professional and considerate with dealing with customers. Over all, this isn't just some tobacco shop. This is one of the best Cigar Shops / Lounges in the state of Illinois and maybe the entire United States of America, they produce their own 708 Cigar Brand and it is a top rated Cigar in the country. The staff are amazing and friendly and the product you find here you don't really get anywhere else, the team is connected to the best vendors in the country and have been in the business for almost 30 years, nothing can beat this place.

Elly was very helpful and polite today. It was a wonderful experience talking to her and learning about the store and her experience working there. So came to town and bought a cigar, person behind the counter recommend their in house cigar that is made for them. COMPLETELY FAILED TO TELL ME IT WAS FLAVORED. Basic cigar edict, if you are recommending an exclusive unbranded cigar, you inform the customer that it is flavored, because alot of people hate flavored cigars.

Originally from Chicago and when I recently traveled back home I found this place! Its above par finest cigars and the restroom is spotless clean as they have disinfecting wipes and soap all the necessary admintites I would recommend !!!

The cigar lounge listed closing hours at midnight on the internet. However, we arrived at 10:56 pm and they said they're going to close early and we can't smoke or cigars there. I thought that's why it was called a cigar lounge. I asked the manager if we could stay just to smoke a cigar for my cousin's birthday and he said no you guys have to leave. This was my first time coming to the establishment. I won't go back because you never put out a paying customer. If your business hours fluctuate that's a way to stop future business. Poor business ethics..

I moved away from this neighborhood a little over a year ago. Came back today to visit family, and had to come here again. This place is a cut above the rest. I've loved and lost and this place is almost worth moving back for. I might have to consider driving the 40 miles back when I need a quality selection. The selection, the atmosphere, the service. No place like it anywhere around.

This visit would have been 2 stars or less if not a Sam he made it okay. I stopped going there a while back because counter staff members failed on several occasions to even ask if I needed help or greet me. I met Faruq the owner many yrs ago and wondered why the place was so different well I found out he was very sick and passed this past October 😢 he was a great guy. Might stop by again but I can beat their prices in so many places and as a Boomer several places have Senior discounts. Will go back to check in with Sam!!!

Came all the way out to this spot to find out the lounge is only open Thursday thru Sunday. It doesn’t say that online. Or at least I didn’t see it! Wow!!! Attendant was nice though. So disappointed. I also could’ve been told before I purchased cigars that I wasn’t going to be able to smoke them in the lounge.

I've been going here for over 5 years. Wonderful atmosphere and staff. They literally treat you like family and remember you by name. This establishment is one of the best in it's field in the South suburbs. The owners are top knotch. They make everyone feel at home. They are very knowledgeable about there products. As well as cigars themselves. They have made their shop a home away from home feel. And I give it 1000 stars.

This is my new go to spot! My wife recently had a bad experience at a place I used to buy my cigars from and they lost my business because of it. I stopped by TP just to check it out and ended up buying a few sticks at the managers suggestion. I told him of my wife's experience at the other place and he assured me that that would never happen at TP. I just wanna say thanks to the staff, you guys really knocked it out of the park today.

Very nice atmosphere. Comfortable seating, low lighting. The bartender Zaiid was so attentive and personable. I went with my cousins from out of town and we all had a very nice time. I have added this to one of my top get away places when I just need time to relax.

Great place to unwind. Full bar stock with every kind of libation you'd dream of, huge selection of cigars and best of all friendly staff. This has become our weekly tradition!

I visit Tp plus a least 3-4 times a week the 708 Robusto Connecticut is my favorite, it house brand and I just love it and the staff is wonderful in particular the beautiful young lady Elly is always laughing and joking she’s the best, the whole atmosphere is so calming I highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed
