appears
to
be
rude,
hard
nose
and
totally
in
denial.
The
owner
should
meet
with
her
staff
and
go
over
what
needs
to
be
done
to
please
the
customers.
Customer
service
and
good
clean
food
is
very
important
these
days.

business
you
adjusted
your
prices
during

after

we
get
that
but
the
service
still
stink!!!The
problem
is
the
quality
and
customer

year

this
owner
continues
to
have
poor
customer
service
and
low
quality
food.
She
calls
people
out
negatively
and
state
names
in
her
responses.
The
owner
and
her
staff
desperately
need
traing
in
customer
service,
food
sanitation/presentation
and
by
law
overall
food
handling
sanitation.
MOST
OF
ALL
A
CLEAN
SANITARY
RESTAURANT!!!!
THE
OWNER
IS
HURTING
HER
OWN
BUSINESS
WITH
HER
ACID
RESPONSES.

WITH

TO
CORRECT
WHAT
NEEDS
TO
BE
