I will keep on stepping. Nothing is for free not even with the come with orders. By the end of the day, no one wants to calculate a loss. The color of the skin has nothing to do with business transactions and the service a person receives. Stop using the race card. Everyone is not jealous of your establishment. I am proud you are in the neighborhood but don't take the blessing and gifts for granted. I was asked a question and I recalled the incident at your place. This should help you see what changes are needed to become a better fast-food establishment. You are not saying it but I will. Maybe I will try again and remember to have cash before coming in to make a purchase but you must remember the rule of thumb is " the customer is always right". You Can be very arrogant. The sandwich was nice.

Nice Kozy place. A little hard to find but just left of the grocery store that why it's called Kozy Korner..the sandwich was good. Will be back. Check it out.

Prices went up dramatically, Horrible Customer Service and Very Bad Attitude, Not Patient, always giving the wrong time to pick up an order, The Bread was molded and I didn't even bother to want another sandwhich from here again. The city will definitely be called out to check because after seeing a insect in the window I thought it was a ant but im starting to wonder what's behind the counter. This place and others should have to definitely be made public to how they are handling your food because you just never know. I Rather go to a Mr.Sub or Subway where I can see them preparing my food

I read reviews before visiting restaurants and the responses from the owner are disheartening, dismissive and defensive. I love supporting a Black Owned Business; however, the responses from the owner make me think differently about supporting this establishment. When we get the same messages from different folks, we have to look within. Everybody (else) is not the problem. We often look in the mirror at the problem and turn away.

This owner appears to be rude, hard nose and totally in denial. The owner should meet with her staff and go over what needs to be done to please the customers. Sandwich Wheat Bread was Hard and Dry full of oil and still hard n Dry Contacted the Restaurant and they said they lost the Records of the sales WOW and no Refund Bogus

There subs are excellent!! Very delicious! In a very small, inconspicuous spot that can be missed if you are not looking closely. Takes a bit for them to make your sandwich, but it's worth it! 😋

Very expensive for a Hoagie Sandwich. Always fresh & I will definitely continue to my business to the establishment regardless of the price as I understand the overhead for a small business.

This shop has excellent taste. Everyone should patronize this shop. Its a small place in a big area that's hard to miss, but worth the trip. Enjoy the food and the wonderful service!

Went to a friends house last night and she had subs from this restaurant OMG!!!! are they so delicious I can wait to visit them I’m so excited to go there and get my own. I can still taste it lol

I called last minute an hour before they closed. They said they could make a pan but cash only. While going to the bank not sure if I would make it in time. They called me and said they would go ahead and make it so it would be ready once I got there. For nine of us for our Great America trip for the next day.

My family loves her sandwiches. So much that everything I go visit my family in Ohio, I have to bring a couple of trays! They used to want Garrett's popcorn, for the past couple of years, it's been Kozy Korner Deli sandwiches
