I ordered a Hummus Bowl for pickup..the bowl looked like it was taken straight out of the fridge..Cold and tasteless...tahini was not provided with the order which I added as extra..disappointed as I heard good reviews from others

Went there on the first day looking for some Mediterranean food and ended here. Never looked back. Awesome food , great choices , and spot on customer service.

I think the quality of the meat has gone down quite a bit since covid lockdown. I think their business is picking back up again but the chicken seems to be all dark meat and it is fatty and full of gristle. As a man who's worried about his prostate I find that dark chicken seems to give me problems.

Amazing place overall, loved the food, staff was helpful and generous. Highly reccomend if you're coming from union Station

I live in PT so I go to this location quite often. All the staff and late super friendly but I would like to highlight my experience with Seneca today; he was exceptional, super friendly. It’s refreshing to see because in my experience, service around the city is usually terrible. Great job to the management of this location for their hiring and training.

Great service, fresh food. Chicken shawarma was delicious. Came with a warm pita which made the bowl even better. Plentiful toppings and customizations. Restaurant is clean and well taken care of. Good place to eat near Ogilvie.

Naf Naf is very good. Super healthy style, basmati was tasty, but could use a dash more flavor in other things. A little over-priced and light quantity. Their hours are convenient.

Went here for lunch while in the office. The food was great. Went in around noon and it was super packed, thankfully we ordered ahead. The restaurant isn't much to rave about. The only thing is that the tables were somewhat dirty. We had to wipe down the table and chairs. Will definitely order again, but maybe for takeout.

Good good but too cold in there! Can’t enjoy my food unless I’m bundled up and my chicken always gets cold fast because of how cold it is in there.

Good food but has gotten pricey over the years! Lines are longer during weekday lunch time so plan accordingly. They used to have the best potato chips/fries (soft on the inside and crispy on the outside) but they changed to a different version during the pandemic years that I didn't care much for.. but now they introduced a new version which is good (but not as good as the original)

Delicious food, it was my first time there and the guy who served me was very attentive, I ordered a bowl with falafel and it was the first time I had eaten a falafel without it being dry, it was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and very well seasoned, I also ordered a very delicious dessert. Definitely when I think about eating falafel, that's where I'll go.

So glad we found this, tried to go to a place we read about online and it didn't work... Twice so we happened to see a naf naf never been and it was great. Wish we had these back home: service was wonderful and the food was delicious and really hit the spot made with love.

So I ordered for delivery and the food was damn near frozen. Nothing was missing tho I really appreciate that. But on the other hand the fries I ordered were both raw I had other issues with the food. Me and my wife chose to not eat it and we called to speak to supervisor Jordan and thanks man he dealt with the issue like a champ. Customers are not always rite. I did offer to return the food he said no problem and gave me a refund. I really appreciate that. I will definitely be returning because the way the supervisor handled this situation next time for pick up.

Damn, this was some good shawarma in Chicago! Definitely have to get the chicken. The baba ganoush and hummus are amazing. And I really liked their homemade extra spicy hot sauce. Not a huge fan of chips with Mediterranean food. Would prefer fries. But still an awesome meal.

The employees here are absolutely wonderful. Even though the selection of food is limited the quality was Top Notch.

This is a nice place and great food. The people working here are friendly and helpful in offering suggestions if asked. The place is very clean. It has a nice layout, great for either eating on your own or with a group. The food is delicious. In a world of "customize your dish by choosing your toppings/sides" like Chipotle, Blaze Pizza, roti, etc. Naf Naf Grill is definitely a serious contender for top spot. Stop in, grab a bite. You'll love it.

I typically find this place to be pretty good, but just had an extremely unpleasant experience that ultimately forced both me and my friend to throw away our food rather than risk eating it. One of the people prepping our food was either sick, or had some food in their mouth, and while asking us about our order spit MULTIPLE TIMES all over both our meals, and the food in the bins that they scoop out of (double yuck). I should not have gone through with paying for a meal that i was too disgusted to eat, but was too uncomfortable to say anything. What a waste of $12 and a disgusting way to serve food

Naf naf is always a safe choice for food when not sure what to get. Most things are easy to make gluten free which is nice. The garlic sauce was extra potent when we went.

I came in with a friend and ordered, then the person at the counter refused to take the order of my friend because he had to ‘teach us how to order’ (he asked if my friend wanted a pita too, he said no, and then he just skipped my friend and asked the next person in line what he wanted to order because me and my friend did not order together). This must be by far the worst customer experience I had in a very long time. The demeanour of this person is absolutely unacceptable and I will be spreading the word to my friends that this place is to be avoided at all costs. Food was good though.
