Wow this location changed as it skimped on ingredients in my sandwich ...ask for lettuce no lettuce ask for tomato only one half tiny piece ask for Italian seasoning get none..ask for mushrooms get tiny bit ...what did I pay for mainly bread😥

Food was good, per usual. But they didn’t put my cheese in my salad. And the employee said the driver stole my cookie butter shake… it was my first day back to work(16hr shift) off a month medical leave… I had to go pick it up myself and the didn’t want to comp me for paying for delivery thru their website nor Compton the shake…. I was kind about it but Evelyn was very dismissive. Haven’t been back.

Terrible texted a simple 3 sandwich order screwed up 1 sand didn't have proper ingredients...2 outta 3 chips received...1 outta 3 shakes missing and no cookies received from the shakes...potbelly wouldn't fixed order unless reordered through food app delivery.

Love this place. Soup wad hot. Veggie sandwich was very good. Employees were friendly.

Great place for a quick, warm bite. Service is always speedy and the food never disappoints. Similar interior to Portillo's if you're into that vintage-style theming.

They didn’t put no mayonnaise mustard or anything wet on my sandwich it was just meat and dry bread .. The girls are to busy standing around gossiping!!

Food was delicious and the workers were so friendly! The sisters dayany and victoria were the best I loved them. I will be returning and hoping to see them again…should consider this a family business!!!! 🔥

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordered through Grubhub (there’s no way to add custom notes) contacted restaurant immediately after placing my order to give specific instructions. Tried calling at least 9 times, with no answer. Finally spoke to a manager who told me there was nothing she could do and to place a new order. She was not empathetic, nor did she care to help me. Spoke with GM got the same response. Never had a bad experience with potbelly until dealing with this specific location. Never again!

Beware ,ordering online as I got less than when I dined in for big order will not return here.

I orders turkey sub but got tuna, gm said she confirmed order but she didn’t she was sitting there talking. Tried to return it but it was a problem. $13 down the drain.

I have been to this Potbelly several times. They have messed up my order, overcharged for the wrong size sandwich, and their meal deal is not a deal. Don't fall for it. I went to another Potbelly, and it was $2 to $4 cheaper than this facility. That is a big difference. Crestwood Potbelly has to do better.

Disappointed in the food and service at this location. I normally go on 95th west of Cicero, but I was getting car service near this location. I didn't finish eating the food.

If I had one word to describe this store it would be Apathetic. They made a mistake on my order, ignored my request for roasted red peppers on the ring of fire sandwich, and did not show initiative to fix the problem (i.e. make a new sandwich). It felt like I was a person holding cash and did not care about the rest.

I made the mistake of ordering Potbelly from another location different from this one. Never again. This spot is always consistent.

Great sandwiches! Love their Wreck sandwich and their Grilled Chicken and Cheddar. Great place to sit and eat at too! Never crowded.

Their prices on their menu are not the same when they ring you up. Another lousy Potbelly establishment did the same. Don't misadvertise. I don't like surprise bills, infuriates me. One of the reasons why I don't come to Potbelly much anymore. And their food was not as fresh as usual. Won't be back.

Horrible experience. This is the local potbelly in my town and I usually order online without a problem.. NOT this time, I ordered 3 subs in the evening, approximately 6pm.. I arrive and the store is closed. I was in complete shock because the website says they close at 10pm. there was no one in the store and all lights were off. I understand things happen but if that was the case, as a business owner you should put up signs for the customers who come to your shop. I then call back again the next day and STILL no answer from potbelly. RIDICULOUS. and online it says they updated their hours TWO WEEKS AGO. not accurate AT ALL

Jeanie and her staff are amazing. Their warmth and professionalism make me feel right at home. My food is always good, and they always compensate my families request. We order here often, always satisfied.

It doesn't fail that every single time that I order thru Potbelly app, something is wrong with my order. Today it was delivered to the wrong house and over an hour late. I called the store and they basically don't offer any helping! I get it its their third company but they need to do something about it I just paid $30 for cold food. Do NOT use their app to order!!!

Worker at the register was SO RUDE she should not be dealing with people....Order soup and sandwich ask for crackers...they don't have any...but no im sorry or anything just rudely says NO. Had to go to SUBWAY and BUY crackers for 15 cents..TERRIBLE SERVICE

Loved it! I've never had a bad experience at Potbelly's.

My husband went tonight to get me soup and a sandwich since I have been really sick. The employee was saving the last bowl of broccoli cheddar for themselves (I don't blame the employee, it's delicious) and when they heard my husband call me to tell me they were out of the broccoli cheddar, the employee told my husband you can have it for your wife. When my husband got home I pulled my sandwich out and on the bag was a hand written note saying get well soon :)". It was such kind gesture, in a world that's not very kind anymore.

First off, I just had a major surgery on my foot so that is why I ordered grub hub and from this location. I had really wanted soup, and my stomach has been messed up and I figured “ehhh I’ll try some soup I need to eat something.” Anyway, the food irrived bags sealed so I know this was not on the grub hub driver. Anyway, neither of the soups were there. Which I had done the soup and salad. I have also put photos below. I paid extra for Avocado in my farmhouse salad did not get it. I asked for no tomatoes and tomatoes were on there. I managed restaurants for a little over ten years and I bet money the employees were lazy, already had the soup put away and did not want to take it out so said “just forget it, it’s a grub hub order.” Also, the tiny cup of dressing for a large salad is ridiculous. Everyone has something going on… I really wanted some soup. Make every order a priority. I’m giving two stars because the chicken salad sandwich was amazing.

I have been going to this potbelly since they opened. Never had a bad experience but lately they have become the worst potbelly of them all! I ordered two apple walnut salads. They usually put the walnuts on the side and I asked to make sure they will be on the side. Once I got home they were in the salad and my daughter was not able to eat her salad because of allergies. I paid for extra apples, grapes and cranberries did not receive any. It was only like a tablespoon of chicken crumbs that was left in the bottom of the pan. To make it worse I was literally eating lettuce. The lady was skimpy on everything. They should let you see your food before paying! Worst experience ever!

Yeah they were Ight, my sandwich was kinda cold and the bro with a blue shirt got my order wrong on baby.

Staff is usually quick and friendly and I love the salads but the last time or 2 I got a sandwich there was barely any meat on it. I used to get a wreck every time without fail but the last one I got only had 1 piece of each meat on the whole sandwich and the bread was underdone.

I ordered a BLTA (bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado) at this location at 8:30pm tonight. The worker who made my sandwich put bacon on white bread...thats it! They thought I wouldn't notice but that is not something hard to miss. I work in the food industry as well and understand the struggles after a long shift, but there is still an hour and a half until they close so laziness should not be an issue. I wont be going there again!

Worst potbelly I’ve ever been too. The morning crew needs re-training on how to make sandwiches.

Don't go here unless u wanna spend 33 dollars on 2 sandwiches and a soup.....prices went way up here.....two thumbs down....
