I have noticed that when I check out that the cashier had an open can of coke with a receipt at her station. This same cashier put my sponges to the side and not in a bag. I waited until the transaction was complete before pointing out my sponges were not in a bag. She said she was trying to organize but if the coke can was not in her way she would not have had to put it to the side. She did this before with a roll of yarn. So make sure you count your items and watch the cashiers carefully

Dollar tree stores are great to shop in. There is always something there to purchase.

Very, very nice professionals and helpful staff here. The store Managers/Supervisors are very kind professionals always! NOT UNTIL THE C'S COME ROLLING IN TO START TROUBLE...AGAIN & AGAIN. SO SAD UNHAPPY VINDICTIVE DANGEROUS CRAZY PEOPLE DON'T WANT PEACE. I SAY GO ON WITH YOUR C LIVES AND LEAVE US LAW ABIDING PLEASANT PEOPLE ALONE. ..ESPECIALLY THE STORE OWNERS WHO YOU INTIMIDATE TO TRY TO DIFFICULT WITH ME FOR YOUR EVIL MISERY. Still praying for Y'ALL. Peace of Mind:)

A large Dollar-and a-Quarter Tree. Shelves are stocked, and the aisles are clear. Checkout is fast. Plenty of parking, too.

The workers were friendly, I found what I was looking for and more. the store was clean and well stocked.i pass other dollar stores to come to this one. 😊

One of the larger stores. Most items I needed were temporarily out of stock, guess the smarter shoppers got there earlier. Store was clean, employees were doing their best to keep stock organized. Plenty of balloons, crafts, and spring party items in stock.

Dollar Tree Store #662 is Always Well Stocked Great place to shop & the employees are Always Nice I was Just there today 5/4/2021 & the Lady employees are oh So Helpful sweet & kind & I Thank God there is a place to Lock MY Bike out of the Rain in front of the store while I Shop for Great Deals & the temperature of the Inside of the Store was perfect though the Front entrance doors on the Right need to be serviced & programmed I was going to adjust the electronic control for the automatic doors though that's not my Job though I am sure their Service Company will take care of that : ) & the Lady EVELYN she One Good Looking Lady

I was able to find the items I needed for my DIY project. The lines were a bit long but the staff was friendly. Great store to go to if your local Dollar Tree is low on items you need.

If you live on the southwest side of Chicagoland, I feel like this is a flagship store. They have an incredible variety and a lot of items that I have not seen at my local Dollar Tree stores.

Do you like waiting in line for upwards of 20 minutes? Well, this is the place for you. There are only two employees in the entire store and only one of them is at the register. The other one just sits in the office doing God knows what. The single line was all the way to the back of the store. Shame. I used to shop at this location every week. Now, I won't return until they fix this huge problem

I really like Dollar tree I'm a crafter

I was very disappointed to see all of the African American Christmas elfs piled in the back of the store out of site of customers while the Caucasian elfs where in plain site in the front of the store.I tried speaking to management about this and she was very rude and dismissive. Just mix the dolls up and be more mindful when setting up merchandise

well unsure why I'm reviewing but it's nice to have a place you can swing in & out of quickly & get what you need at the best possible price. Sometimes you can get things that are vastly higher at other stores after holidays. And yes, I can understand it might be frustrating to wait in line weekends. I avoid then. And yes, the lines are totally random. Like most stores they can be really long lines or none at all. I'm not sure they flow with that here.. it's true,.you can wait far too long (as they don't bother to open up a new lane when they should) but overall, it's convenient & works for me. As for workers too, some are amaaaazing & one or two, pitiful. But really folks, it's the DOLLAR store. Surely they aren't making much dough, so be KIND, it's not fun work!

Some employees much nicer than others. I met a wonderful lady but forgot to get her name!!! She went into the back of the store to get me something I needed. I've never had anyone at Dollar tree do that before!!

Dollar tree.....cheap trinkets. Store was pretty clean, but there were only two cashiers so there was a bit of a line, but moved rather quickly.

Today, I visited 2 Dollar Trees. One was ok and the other looked dingy and dirty.

Didn't have all the things that I usually buy @ other dollar store as, I mostly shop @ the tinley park store. The always have what I need on my dollar store list. & I was abit miffed that all of the items were $1.25 not $1.00, cashier told me the change just happened 3 days ago. I usually make 2 buying visits per month. But now that all items are $1.25, I can get a few of those items for .99 or $1.00 @ walmart. So... I will probably just come into the so called MISNAMED DOLLAR STORE, for the greeting cards 2 for $1.00. You have lost a good customer, most x's shopping I spent between $30.00 - $ 100.00. But I still will make m @ least 1 monthly stop for your 2 for $1.00 greeting cards. U greeting people the things in your store are worth $1.00 but ur sneaky push up to $1.25, caught me off guard. Spoke with several friends who shop @ dollar store, and they feel the same way $1.25 ,is too much for most items. You have lost quite a few handfuls of my friends & I.

This dollar tree’s customers service is terrible, the appearance is clean and organized. It was one line that was moving extremely slow. Another line opened and the cashier ( which was the manager the whole time) said register #1 open. Immediately a lady at the very end of the line I was in, rushed over. It was three ppl ahead of me, and three ppl behind me. I simply asked “Kartiva” ( Supposedly manager ) why wouldn’t she call over the next person in line? We have been standing here for a long period of time. It would’ve be only right to call the next person up. She looked at me, didn’t say anything and began ringing up the customer that rushed over. All of a sudden, the line I was in, “Faith” the cashier ( which doesn’t have any professionalism at all and who isn’t even a manager) rudely started speaking to me, saying “that’s not how we do it in here”. First off; I wasn’t even speaking to her, and secondly she isn’t even a manager. She was literally debated with me. She is not properly trained to deal with the public. SHE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINING OR FIND A JOB WHERE SHE IS NOT WORKING WITH PAYING CONSUMERS. “Kartiva” which is the manager and don’t say anything or intervene and speak to her employee about speaking rudely or being debatable. She told me I was banned for ever coming there again, as if it isn’t a dollar tree on every corner lol but she Needs to be demoted because clearly the cashiers can do and say anything. RESTAFF AND GET ALL NEW PPL!

Mornings are the worst in this store early am, there is always a line almost to the back of there store: one cashier who never calls for back up unless asked to. Several employees are on the floor and I have to and ask someone to come up. This has happened more than I care to endure weekly. Come on! They have to do better, people are trying to get to work.
