Accused me of selling fake gold coin 2 weeks after it had been sold. He threaten me to get his money back. So, I took the coin to another shop. They tested the gold right in front of me. And turned out the gold was very real. Big waste of time.

Took in some of late mother’s jewelry to sell. I was amazed at the price he gave me. I was there so long he even bought my daughter and I lunch! Honest dealer and very pleased with what I was paid. Will definitely go back and have recommended this place to many people. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Very good experience! My husband and I visited Naperville Jewelry and Coin Exchange because we had a few pieces of crystal and some gold jewelry to exchange for cash. We received a very fair dollar amount for these items all while getting a thorough explanation of how the value was calculated. The whole process was professional, easy, and honest. I had an awesome experience here on Saturday 4/12/19. I finally found a place that is 100% truthful. The scale is faced towards you so you can see the actual weight of your items, and the owner is very knowledgeable. I recommend this place for a fair price on your valuables.

Easily the worst shop in Naperville. Bad prices and very rude. There are 2 other shops on Ogden that are far better. Be advised.
