So Starbucks is Starbucks and the coffee is quick, convenience in 98% sugar at any of the locations that you go to, so this isn't a review of the coffee or drinks. I've been to this location now a few times and each time has presented a new issue, they are unique and don't SEEM to be a result of incompetence but...a pattern has emerge that makes me doubt that it's just coincidence. So, weather the fates, chance, or just bad luck the result is the same. This is a location to avoid.

Went on May 28th, 2023 in the morning. Girl was being informative. Then a guy gets on and tells me they don't carry all things on the menu because of their vendor. Mentioned that Starbucks Corporate should know, since they can only change the menus) so they can reflect the menu correctly for that location. He coughed up an attitude. I did the rest of my order and the girl was still nice. Then the guy finished it up for her and continued to stare and glare at me saying " Have a nice day" in a demeaning way. Then I left without saying a word. I'm not sure what his issue is but this is the 3rd time I dealt with him and he always has an attitude with me. But I won't be going there anymore and I will steer everyone I know to not go to that location anymore. We will go to Redwood location from now on.

Great service at this location. It's a smaller store and location keeps it from ever being too busy when I've gone which is nice. Normally lots of open seating inside when I've been there and the drive thru never seems overly busy. Staff is very nice and helpful. Great atmosphere and everything. My favorite Starbucks in the area - I drive 15 minutes just to go to this one - especially when I need to sit and get some work done.

I’m making a point to come on here and tell y’all that this location makes the best London Fog of any Starbucks. It is perfect, literally every time. (London Fog HOT. I’m not a psycho)

Great coffee, got myself the Vente Pistachio Mocha hot and my son the cold coffee, great price, not a long wait in line, could have been just a little more personable at the window. My question is, why when you pay does it now ask for tips? Honestly, I believe that they are hired, they get their hourly wages, a tip jar...ok but not on the pos key pad, I think that's a bit much.

Upon arriving first they are out of pretty much every flavor of syrup. Then they refused my money because all I had was a $50 bill. Terrible, the guy at the window asked me “ well ma’am no one really pays with cash anymore, why don’t you have a debit card? “ lol it’s just what I had on me. Two weeks later my husband goes for a quick cup, same issue with syrups then he got a half of a cup of coffee! Waste of time and energy at this awful location.

The store is always clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure my order is perfect. Thank You for keeping me caffeinated, so I can survive my day.

I mean it's a Starbucks the quality is comparable to any of em but man are the young ladies working the morning shift snappy!

Ordered an Americano with a splash of cream. They charged 70 cents for the splash of cream. I guess that's a thing now. Coffee was tepid temperature.
