First of all, it's next to the airport, so know that going in. It's not too bad on the sound levels and I slept fine. When I booked the room, the property was advertised as having a fitness center. I was excited for this as I need lots of exercise. In reality it was a locked, dirty room with no equipment. When I inquired, I got shrugged shoulders and was told it's now a storage room. Fine. After settling into my room, as this is a multi-day stay for me, I turned on the TV. Volume control worked, but that was it, no changing channels. Fast forward an hour and a half after the front desk person tried four different remotes I was able to change channels but no volume or ability to even turn the TV off. I had to unplug it to turn it off. The hotel staff seems to think that's an acceptable solution. Think about that, having to crawl on the floor to unplug your TV so you can go to bed. Didn't matter anyway, couldn't hear the darn thing. When I asked if I could have the first remote back and have two remotes, one for volume and power, one to change channels, I was told no, they checked someone into the room where the remote was swapped from. This place was a joke. It smelled like a urinal (ya know-piss) in the area where you check in. The moral of the story is stay somewhere else! If I hadn't prepaid through a website and hadn't already unpacked for a multi- night stay, I would have gone somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE, THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Not bad, half the price of the surrounding hotels. Old and in need of repairs, but very clean, breakfast was great! Good coffee and juices. Carpets in rooms could be cleaner and couch was not clean but blankets and bedding were very clean and fresh. Bathroom was extremely clean water was hot. Good value and very close to the airport. Shuttle runs every 30 min. Driver is amazing. Front desk staff are positive and happy very helpful.

I’m giving these guys a 1 for a couple different reasons. First things first, if you’re reading this review, I never ever write negative reviews, for anyone, if I had mediocre experiences, I tend to just leave it be. I felt I needed to write a review for this hotel. The only thing I’ll say that’s good about this place, is the convenience of where the location is in reference to the airport, and the price. If you want a cheap place, with little to no expectations, book here. When we arrived the first night, we were given a room that we did NOT pay for, we specifically wanted a 2 bed room, and got a 1 bed room, that was an easy fix, just more of an annoyance to have to go back to the front and fix that. So double check before you trust what key they give you that it’s actually the room you paid for. Also the room we were in was very very sad. The sheets were stained, the entire room smelt like mold, as if the air filters in the AC hadn’t been changed or cleaned, ever. The shower…didn’t work. Let me repeat that, the tub, the shower, where people clean themselves before or after a trip? Didn’t work. I went downstairs to ask about the showers not working, their response “that happens sometimes” I was not offered another bedroom, I didn’t ask for one either, I just was completely devastated by that. To make matters better after our trip, we called a shuttle to collect our car from the parking lot, where we were forgotten by the driver, what should have been a 10-15 minute wait tops, ended up being just over an hour wait. Again. Im very dissatisfied and dissapointed.

At first , the staff was very nice, and we had no problems with the late check-in. It's really hard to get something to eat when you fly in late, but they have a little area they sell stuff for the microwave , and that's pretty good. The rooms are just okay. The most ridiculous spots for outlets, like on top of a closet ( which was dirty and full of dead mosquito) room could have a little more decoration. It looked sad, but the bathroom was pretty clean . Breakfast was pretty good but make sure you are there before 8.30

Believe me when I say your dog is going absolutely love the room. They only allow you to be in the pet friendly rooms. It smells like a dog shelter. My dog could not stop smelling the carpet. I would give this place a negative star if I could. And your asking yourself “well why did stay there”? My company is cheap and paid for the microtel. I can’t speak on the other rooms but I think it’s a 60s vibe through out the whole place. Good luck

terrible experience… the week/weekend of 27th- the 31st: when we got into our room the bathroom was filthy, the bathtub still had dirt and some black specks of something on the ledges. for breakfast (it’s self serve) a worker stayed out there the whole time, which would’ve been fine if she would’ve stayed off her phone and actually helped. our room didn’t get cleaned the whole 5 days we were there, we had to take our own trash out and clean up our own room. on top of all of this, they charged us $125 and kept the $50 deposit for towels because 1 was ruined with makeup. When trying to understand why we got so charged they said you’ll have to email the manger as she doesn’t take phone calls… very poor costumer service, very poor service over all. will never been staying her again or be telling anyone i know to stay here. absolutely ridiculous.

We will never stay here again. The rooms while clean, it is clear that they’ve been patched up and put back together. The floor in the bathroom had cracked tile and the floor bounced, making you think that you might go through the floor at any minute. The staff were very nice and very accommodating, but that was about the only good. That’s what this place has going for them is their staff. The hotel itself is clean, but the smell of Fabuloso is everywhere. And it seems to mask the smell of the underlying whatever is there. The real treat, though was the absolute meltdown that we heard next-door. The woman next door to our room screamed and yelled and threw things, and it went on and on and on and then at 3 AM was giggling. Fun times. Fair warning: you can hear everything thru these walls.

This is a great place to stay if you are near the airport. The little sweet had a nice little sink and refrigerator. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Small little hotel as the name says, it was clean, price effective and really nice for a little trip. It's right next to the airport and an on/off ramp to the freeway so great location. Tiny lil room perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Nice staff. I look forward to staying here again.

Alex at the front desk is THE BEST. He was great on the phone and checked in a line of customers all at once without losing his cool. It was irritating to hear the landscapers and their leafblowers right outside our window before 7 am. Our cat loved the room! Breakfast is not good.

Awful! I had a late flight and called to make sure my room was still available, no answer on the phone over 30 minutes and 8 calls! The entire place reeked of pinesol. So much that I barely slept. I had a hard time breathing. The room was surface cleaned but felt very dirty. The guy at checkin offered to “keep me company” if I got lonely! Will never stay here again. Pay the extra $40 and stay at the hotel walking distance away. I have stayed there before and it’s a 5star experience there. The only pro with this hotel was the location. The morning clerk and the morning shuttle driver were very nice and friendly. Would still not stay here again.

This is a not luxury hotel but if you need a clean bed and room to get sleep for the night it will do. What they need to work on is properly organizing the hotel shuttle. I checked in at 5pm the night before and signed up for 4am shuttle the next day to the airport. I arrive down to the lobby and it's filled with people and their skiing equipment. The hotel only had one shuttle leaving at 4am so after they loaded all of the bags and equipment of this one family there was no room for any other guest to get on the shuttle. I ended up paying from uber to the airport.

We loved Ramon at check out. He was great. Nice professional and helpful. The room was ok. Pillows were small and hard. Hot water???? Not in the morning.

We booked a "2 Queen Beds, Deluxe Room" for 4 adults, and when we arrived around 9:30pm on July 12, the front desk staff told us that the reservation was no longer available because we were late. There was only one room left with only one bed, and he was able to provide us with an additional folding crib, leaving the four of us crammed into a tiny room with a spring-loaded single folding bed that almost didn't fit. Moreover, the staff kept insisting that there was no room and only this one was left. However, customers who arrived later than us checked into the twin room. It wasn't that there was no room. There was a problem with the staff. After that, we found the manager and after explaining what happened, he changed our room. There was "2 Queen Beds, Deluxe Room" available, but the front desk staff wouldn't let us check in the "2 Queen Beds, Deluxe Room" .

Great place close to the airport and highway. The room was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and decent variety. Certain times can be very busy. Overall good.

I called asking for the airport shuttle service and they said it would be there in 3min, 15 minutes later I called again and they said it would be there in 5min, 20min later they said the driver had to go pick up someone and blamed the bad weather and it would take between 20min to 50min longer. After an hour I took a taxi, the drive there was 8min with no trouble. Carpet in the room was nasty, I didn't even want to take my shoes off. The bedding was clean and the morning shuttle was on time.

Was pretty disappointed with this hotel. The room seemed a but run down. The carpet was dingy and the bed was a squishy spring mattress. The linens were clean and the room seemed generally clean. The person who checked us in was really nice. There is a lot of noise from the highway and planes. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again. Also we couldn’t get hot water in the shower!!!! It was awful!

There was a few food on the floor from the previous tenant. Apparently they were also worried about security so they put plastic bags over the smoke detector and jammed toilet paper in the hall to look through the door. We checked out two minutes early meeting their guideline, but they still charge does a $30 fee for checking out late

A super cute and budget friendly option by the airport. The staff is lovely, the rooms are very clean and it’s a great no frills option for a night or two while traveling. Lots of attention to detail for such an affordable spot!

The room was clean. My room didn't have a microwave or fridge, so I had to eat out every meal. Breakfast is waffles, cereal, biscuits, lukewarm sausage, and watered-down gravy. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay for the money. Just plan accordingly.

Complete cheaters at this hotel. The managers are useless. They WILL have overcharge you, then argue with you, then hang up on you. We booked a pet friendly room through Expedia, paid through Expedia, and then the next day they charged us an unauthorized per fee of $235!!!!!! We didn't even stay a full stay, checked out early, and left the room clean, and they still cheated us and then hung up on us when we tried to talk to them about it. This hotel needs to be shut down. Extremely poor business practices and terrible terrible terrible management.

Stayed here twice using credit card reward points and a good stopping point in the middle of our road trip. They charged us the first night even though it was supposed to be free. It took two separate calls to get it removed from my credit card but it got completed. Room was clean. AC worked great. Some scuffed up and taped bits in the room and a dent in the door but...it's a microtel so not concerning. Noise level was moderate to high depending on how lucky you are with neighboring rooms. Located close to airport and highway. Bed was surprisingly comfortable which is why we came back.

The rooms were clean, the price was affordable, the food was decent, the beds were comfortable, and most importantly, they had a room at 1am when we got in on a delayed flight from Atlanta. It's a perfectly fine, middle of the road experience. Excellent if you just need a place to lay your head before or after a long flight.

I want to be clear - not a 4 star hotel but I had an excellent stay. I just needed somewhere to stay overnight for my morning flight and this was perfect - I am a single female traveler and didn’t feel the least bit unsafe. They have a shuttle to and from the airport, free breakfast, and a VERY nice staff. Yeah the rooms are a bit outdated but they are still nice and the bed was comfortable. If you’re worried about the bad reviews I was too but if you’re just needing somewhere to stay this place was great :)

I only stayed one night as I arrived into salt lake city fairly late, so my stay was decent/good. Planes weren't too noisy. Nothing extraordinary, but cheap prices only gets you so far. One recommendation I have is to add some beside lamps to the rooms, some people are sensitive to overhead/LED lighting, and a lamp can create a much more relaxing experience. I travel for work so i've seen my share of hotels and this one isn't bad. I'd stay here again... but only if you add lamps :)

A typical budget hotel/ motel near the airport. They have their own shuttle, so you don’t have to think about getting a cab or something. We had our own vehicle, so we were fine. We checked in night, and checked out the next day. The hotel was pretty decent, clean, and met all the requirements. Surprisingly, it was very quiet inspire of its location ( close to the airport). The bed, and the bathroom was basic but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good too. Overall, it was worth the money and good. I will return here.

Nice, fairly up to date hotel, friendly staff and breakfast was ok. The location is not bad, there was no noise from the nearby airport. A tourist may find getting to the hotel a bit tricky due to the road overpass and underpass type stuff, but show me an easy drive in any city. I really enjoyed the young night attendant with the ukulele, very nice stay.

Very clean, not many restaurants around, however, the property did offer a good variety of quick meals (frozen/microwave). Rooms were clean and sheets did not have rips in them. The staff was very kind. Super close to the airport and they have a free shuttle. You have to make sure that you sign up for the shuttle when you check in.

For a budget hotel, this surpassed most of my expectations. Ramon (front desk) was very nice and helpful. Would stay there again. Room was clean, and loved the option of being able to purchase a frozen dinner to heat and eat in my room. Good breakfast selection as well. For the price of the room, very pleasantly surprised.

Room was over priced. The air conditioner didn't work very well and there was a huge gap you could see outside behind it. There were a lot of bugs coming in from it. The bathtub was stained yellow and cracked. There was food on the carpet. Honestly, we should've just gone to a Super 8. The young woman that checked is in was great!

The rooms were pretty clean, it was all pretty basic. The location of the hotel was not too bad. It's next to the airport, I did not hear any airplanes at night so that was a plus. There aren't many restaurants or gas stations near by, that's the negative, overall it was still good. The service was okay, the free breakfast in the morning was basic as well, the people serving breakfast could be a little nicer. It would be better if we were able to serve ourselves at breakfast.

Convenient for a night near the airport with shuttle included, but they don't seem to pick up until you call. We tried several times to call, but no one would pick up the phone for a long time. We finally got there an hour later. In the morning, they were quick to get us to the airport. Breakfast was surprising good with real food like hot scrambled eggs and saugages, cook your own waffles. The place is a little worn, but you can tell they do general Maintence and upkeep. It was quiet and we slept well.

This is a below average hotel. It’s in an convenient location and it’s very inexpensive but those two points don’t change the fact this hotel is run down, dirty and just not worth the stay. The beds were clean but the floors and surfaces of the desks, counter and bathrooms were stained and dirty. There were holes in the wall from here I guess artwork was hung, chipped paint and there were stains that were engraved into the surfaces-It just felt icky. I would have much rather paid a bit more and stayed elsewhere!

Dislikes: Cleaning and maintenance could use some review. Hair in bathroom floor, air conditioning face falling off, splattered paint on bathroom door, common areas could be cleaner, air freshener so strong could be hazardous to asthmatic. Likes: Close to the airport, yet not loud. Super comfortable bed, clean sheets, tons of comfy pillows. If available, beautiful view of mountains on one side. Potential to be a favorite, just needs a little cleaning and maintenance review. .

If you have a pet or pets make sure whomever checks you in knows what they're doing. I did not know that they had designated rooms for you and your pets and we were placed in a non-pet room at check-in. We stayed two days in the same room and at checkout they tried making me pay an extra $250 to have room cleaned. It didn't happen but just be cautious. I was very pleased with our room and the beds were very comfortable.

This is possibly the most average hotel I have ever stayed in. It's not bad, there wasn't anything wrong -- it was just so incredibly basic. No effort had been made to decorate (other than some odd blue and yellow stripes painted on the walls). The room furniture was very OfficeMax. The towels were not plush. The breakfast was basically cereal and toast. If you need nothing more than a bed to sleep in and a shower to use, I suppose this would be a good option.
