1. Traditional wings means bone in... not sauceless. 1.5 Where's the sauce/flavor 2. Where's the meat? 3. Dry.... sooooooo dry 4. Clearly frozen to fried. The only decent part of this meal were the cheese bites. Another craving unsatisfied. I could have gotten better wings at Walmart... Mmmmm, that sounds like a good idea. I may do that tonight.

This place is great! I’ve always enjoyed it every time I’ve eaten here. The chicken is so good, it’s crispy and juicy. Their Zax sauce is delicious to dip your chicken and fries in.

This place is so good. They have a fam pack with fries for 25.00 dollars, can't beat the price and the chicken is fresh and so tasty. I would recommend this spot to anyone in Midvale, Utah!!!!! I will be coming back over and over again.

We've eaten here many times. Food quality is declining. Chicken wings were ice cold on my plate within 5 minutes of sitting down. Had to return all our fries because they were so chewy and cold. Will not return to this location for at least a year. See if they will make their food fresh again. Spend $53 for 3 people . Very unsatisfied for the amount of $ spent. Will go to another restaurant where I get hot food

Zaxbys really does have the best wings around. And yes I have tried them at plenty of other places. The salads are great too and before you think I should hand in my ‘man card’ I just point out that they have grilled or fried chicken pieces added too. Plenty of sauces to choose from. Never super busy and always easy to get a table. A good location as well.

Just went through the drive up for a 10 piece fingers, and some white cheddar bites. Asked the employee at the window to make sure I had plenty of dipping sauce. Ended up with 2 small cups of Zaxbys sauce for 10 straps, and no ranch for the cheddar bites. No wonder there was only two cars in the parking lot, that must have been the incompetent employees. No one but me in the drive through. I guess bad on me for thinking that would work out well!! That's the last 18 bucks they will ever get from me!!

I enjoy Zaxby's but was very disappointed they're coleslaw besides are very very small had to order 3 to make do

We ordered the #2 with 6 pieces, a signature sandwich and chicken bacon ranch fries. And 10-piece chicken fingers with Buffalo sauce. The #2 was fresh and hot The signature sandwich meat was dry The chicken bacon rack fries were good. The 10-piece chicken fingers were cold and tough. Not sure how, but they were. The seagrams ginger ale was too syrupy.

Didn't know there was anything I could eat here. There are 2 diabetic friendly salads! I had the Cobb salad. My daughters in law had the other one. We both liked them.

Whoever is calling the shots for zaxbys is an absolute fool. The food used to be really good. Now everything is cheaper and disgusting. I always got the signature club sandwich which used to come on Texas toast. Now it comes on hamburger buns with barely anything on it and literally half the size. The chicken is different and disgusting. They also must not pay the employees very well because you could just tell that they didn't care. The lady making my food was literally stuffing her face while making it and they forgot my drink. The box was covered in grease and sauce and the place seemed dirty. Definitely not coming back. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to make these changes, is so dumb and it's going to ruin the entire business. The portions and quality was worse than Wendy's and I could have gotten it there for way cheaper.

Seasoned chicken and fries, good sauce choices and delicious sweet tea. Personally I prefer Zaxby’s even over Cane’s. But the service was good, line was quick and establishment looked clean

Using the app for the first time went smoothly. The service was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Many food options were over priced but they did have some inexpensive items.

Just went on Feb 1st at 3:19pm and the chicken tenders were dry and old tasting and the fries were burnt crispy no seasoning on them no big deal but to top it off there was hair in the drink that I drank out of that just made me sick. But it was 15.35 spent and they won't answer the phone just rings then stops, I want a refund I should have just went to the Taylorsville location.

This is the best Zaxby’s in Utah. I’ve been to pretty much all of them in Utah because I love Zaxby’s and this one is so best managed! The workers are so nice and knowledgeable, the restaurant is so clean and really presentable. Trust me this is the Zaxby’s you want to go to!

Well I did not eat here because I found many other interesting choices in the parking lot, the folks that did eat here were happy with what they had and thought the service was good.

I love zaxbys’s, but honestly this location keeps messing up my order over and over lately. The past three visits i have ordered the exact same thing and i they keep messing it up. The first time they messed it up was fine with me no big deal, then again I came back for the second time ordered the exact same thing and they messed it up again….. you would think that maybe third times the charm right? Nope they messed it up again…. Exact same thing ordered by the way.

My wife bought the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. Just amazing. I was a little shocked at first that it was almost 11 dollars (for a salad 😳) but it turned out pretty large and super tasty. Highly recommended

First time here, great customer service. Took awhile to get my food and it wasn’t that good.

I've gone to this location multiple times over the last couple of years and it's always been an excellent experience. They have great customer service and are usually pretty quick, no matter what time of day we go. I've tried a variety of items here and they've all been delicious!

Tried this place twice with higher hopes on the second go around. Location is easy to spot from the road but a bit difficult to navigate into the parking lot to get to it. Food is decent not bad but never seems to come out “hot”. Both times I went through the drive through service was meh. Both times things were forgotten as I sat at the window and had to remind them of my order.

Today was my first experience here. The taste of the food was ok. However, the service was garbage. I waited 30 min in the lobby. When I finally asked about my order they grabbed it from the back counter. Why didn't they put it on the online order rack? Isn't that what it's there for? They knew I was waiting. I ordered a Cobb salad. They gave me a garden salad. I ordered wings with 3 different sauces. They were all covered in only 1 sauce. For a fast food place that has a 6 page application you would think they could hire staff that can get your order right. I'll be going to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on.

Went on my own journey to test the various chicken sandwiches in the area since apparently that's an argument society has and with my personal taste, Zaxby's is my place. Their signature sauce is delicious and even the ranch is better than other places. Love the fries. Not just limited to the sandwich, the strips are good as well and the nibblers are a great quick snack

Everything tasted amazing! The food was brought out super fast! I loved the drink selection!!
