Wow, the customer service really sucks here. They talked to me in the most condescending way possible. It's like they're too young to give good customer service. I will never ever shop here again. Absolutely horrible experience. It sucks cause I like their shoes. Absolutely too uncomfortable to buy anything there. Deplorable.

I am a freebird addict! Great quality and even better customer service. Kiley is the best!!! Always welcoming and accommodating. These girls go above and beyond to assist their customers! Once you are a part of the flock you won’t go anywhere else!

Kylie is an absolute gem!! I worked with her today and can't sing enough praises over how wonderful she was. It is increasingly more difficult to find spectacular customer service anywhere these days, but this girl was truly phenomenal and your entire company in general is. Anytime I have needed anything at all or had any issues whatsoever I've been taken care of and addressed in record time, nights weekends and holidays these girls listen and help out. I was dying for more Freebird booties, so I made my way to Fashion Place Mall from St George!!! Let me tell you, I knew I was going to get a great quality of shoes but not just that, I had an amazing experience with the girls there, wonderful staff and specially Kiley who was sooo patient with me and my daughter bringing and going back and forth to make sure we were happy with the size and color of our shoes, what a hard worker girl!!! She was so sweet and enthusiastic to help us that I bought more shoes than I wanted!! I hope the owner of the store takes great care of his staff because they run the store like is their. Thank you for the great experience!!!!

Walked in to get a gift card. Whoever was working there just by the way she talked to me as if I wasn't good enough to buy anything at this over priced shoe store. Which is probably true, however I saved up money so I was going to buy a 250 dollar gift card but they ran out and was told "but you can do it online" which I am old school and rather have the physical item you know so I can to someone for, I dont know... CHRISTMAS. But yeah turned off by these Hi-De-Ho's that think they are better than every one since they work at this store. Its not for me bye.

Maddie at your fashion place mall, UT store gave me such amazing customer service! There isn't anything she wouldn't do to help make the sale. I had her bring out at least 6 different boots to try on. I felt bad, so I was tidying up my area where I was sitting and trying on boots and shoes. She told me, that's her job and I'm not supposed to do anything that's her job. She just pampered me. She took her time. Totally pressure free Experience! I honestly was just stopping by to pickup some boots I had ordered the day prior. Her service was so amazing, I ended up walking out with another pair of boots I wasn't planning on purchasing. Walked out with 2 amazing, polished and waterproofed boots that were neatly boxed. What an amazing boot experience. Service like this...you just don't get anymore. Thank you Maddie! I'm a customer for life.

I just got off the phone with Allie at the Fashion Place Mall store. She was darling and so helpful! She was able to take my order over the phone and is having my new boots shipped to me. I so appreciate her excellent level of customer service and look forward to shopping with her again soon!

had a great first experience at Freebirds! Never heard of them before but was thrilled find the gem at the mall. I took advantage of their 30% off sale for Memorial Day and felt no pressure to buy initially when I came in, and then came back the next day to purchase the BRAEDEN in the brown leather. They are beautiful and SO comfortable. I sized down to keep the tightness around my ankles and am so relieved with how easy it has been to break them in. My dogs also love them 🤦🏽‍♀️ keep all furry friends away! My experience at the Fashion Plan location was great! All the ladies I met were super helpful and gave some great advice in helping me choose between the Braeden and the Bella. I will be back their next sale to snag the Bellas and maybe try on some funky print 🦒🐆🦓

Taeryn and Reagan are such great sales persons. Don’t even think about going to a different Freebird store. These ladies are so helpful and so nice.. not only are the free Bird shoes. Wonderful, but the staff is too at fashion place.

I go into the store often with my wife and it's always such a great experience. The women that work there are incredibly nice and so good at customer service. My wife has high end taste in shoes and they're worth every penny. They are very well made with great craftsmanship. I've even bought myself a few pairs because of the great quality and how good they are at representing their brand. It's always a pleasure to go in there.

I'm so excited! I bought a pair of red Grace, such a gorgeous color! They were so easy to break in! Kiley is amazing at helping me find just the right pair of boots! I loved them so much, I had to go back and get them in black too. I always have such a wonderful experience at this store. I shop online for everything else, but I ❤️ going to this store. Can't beat the scent of new shoes and the helpful staff!

Aspen made my day today. I was desperate to get the Ramones in black that are sold out online and they didn’t have my size. She went above and beyond to find a store that had them so I could get the boots sent to me!! She was so sweet and this is why I continue to buy Freebirds their staff is amazing! This store is amazing, Demi helped us and she was hands down AMAZING! She was fun, extremely helpful and honestly just a total badass! Of course left with more freebirds!

If I could give the store and the ladies a 10 star I would. The boots are unbelievably nice and most of all comfortable. I have 2 pairs and plan on getting a 3rd pair. The ladies in the store are so sweet and so professional.

Kylie at the Fashion Place location is the best! I was waiting for a gift card in the mail and knew that once it arrived I was buying me some boots! Perfect timing because online was having a 20% off everything sale! Well, my gift card came in, I went online to purchase the boots and the ones I wanted were sold out in my size! Since I live 4 hours away, I called Fashion Place to see if they had them. I explained I was going to purchase them online with the sale, but they were gone. I asked if I could purchase them and have someone else pick them up to ship to me. Kylie said she would honor the sale AND ship them to me!! I may just do all my future purchases through Fashion Place since she was so awesome!!

I ordered a pair of shoes that took over a month to get delivered. When I tried them on they were super loos around the ankle. I went in today to exchange them and the sales associate explained since I already had the smallest size I should pick out a different style to exchange them for because all the sizes in the style I originally purchased are looser than normal to the point most people are having to go down 2 sizes. When I went to be rung up she said they do not do any exchanges or returns after 30 days of the purchase. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET THEM IN THE MAIL. How am I expected to make an exchange on a product within 30 days of purchasing them when I didn't even get them in that amount of time?! They were in brand new condition with all the original packaging. I literally only put one of them and then right back in the box. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: Between my mom and I we have purchased over 50 pairs of shoes from your stores and not once have we ever been told we had to make exchanges or returns within 30 days. I live far from my mother and even further from one of your stores. If I had known there was a time limit to make the exchange I would have done so. I have contacted your corporate office and was asked to send the receipt for purchase by email, which I have done and I have not received any type of follow up. I appreciate that you say my concerns aren't going un-noticed but that does not resolve the problem at hand.

I absolutely love both the shoes, and the store!!! The girls are so sweet and helpful, and really make sure you have a great experience. The shoes speak for themselves. High quality handmade leather shoes, that are so amazingly cute and artistic that you really can't go wrong.

Allie was so helpful in picking out a cute set of tall boots! She so nice and patient with me even though I had come in close to their closing time. I did not feel rushed at all and she gave me her full attention. This is my third pair of shoes from this location.

This store is one of my favorite places! All the gals are absolutely amazing, and the customer service is top-notch. They've always been honest with me on what pairs match my style and when a pair isn't right for me. I'm always at ease whenever I go there!

My boots heel cap wore out after six months, and I had to replace the heel cap, after 11 months my leather sole wore out. I would expect with the price to last me more than one year. Dang it, they are cute boots. ☹️
