with a sense of regret i am writing this review. i have visited this place for a couple of times. the people i met in the office (who claimed they were yoga gurus/teachers) and the interaction with them made me to think twice and finally to decide not to join their courses. teachers whom i met were basically not at all ready for clarifying my doubts and were totally unaware of science and scientific methods. all they new was by-hearted/beliefs of yoga, with no rational explanations to the claims they made during the interaction. they claimed they are professional yoga teachers and i saw right in front of me they getting angry and shouting at staff when their printer got stuck. i wonder do they really understand the yama-niyama and concept of ahimsa or santhosha. later i also came to knew that the teachers i met , one among them had done a YIC course (that too in distance mode, like postal course in swimming) last year and he claims he is a professional yoga teacher. overall quality of the institution i analyzed with such interactions and visits , but i also admit that i haven't met the teachers like nambudiri sir and i haven't attended their courses. the attitude of the staff and so called teachers are horrible. they claim they are affiliated to SVYASA but the UGC regulations clearly indicates that deemed or private universities cannot open centers outside respective states. either they are operating illegally or it shows the ingenuity of the institution.

Now since 2010, we are associated with S-Vyasa university of Bangalore (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana). We are conducting YIC, YogaTTC, B.Sc. and M.Sc. courses of S-Vyasa. Morarji Desai National Institute of yoga, Delhi, an institution under MHRD has centers in the districts all over India .The centre in yoga Ernakulam District, Swami Vivekananda District Yoga wellness centre (SVDYWC) is also under the supervision of Patanjali Yoga Peetham. They conduct various courses for the general public. They are involved in the activities for improving health and wellness of the common people.

I have completed Yoga Instructor course from this institute. This year I have celebrated yoga day with PYTRC Patanjali Yoga Training and Research Center, Kochi, Kerala, India.

A lot of university certification courses are conducted here. Feel the difference in learning from the authentic yoga gurus here. There are a lot of specialized yoga practicing courses like Yoga for ladies, yoga for students, yoga for senior citizens etc. Professionals also are served by specialized courses like yoga for teachers, yoga for doctors, yoga for nurses, yoga for IT professionals, yoga for businessmen etc. Those who are suffering from diseases like arthritis, diabetes, back pain, heart diseases, asthma, spondylitis, obesity, stress, endocrinology disorder, eyesight problems, hearing problems etc can learn customized yoga packages for their problems.

Attended YIC and love the the way PYTRC introduced Yoga to me. Teachers are having extensive knowledge in Yoga and related topics and are capable to clarify doubts. Recommended.

Simple advice: you should ask for a free class under the so called yoga gurus before joining🙏

It is all putting ourselves into experience here. The lectures are from great people who voice from their soul. The insight for awareness towards body and mind synchronized beautifully is my experience in this dedicated institute. My pranams for the Masters🙏

I have taken YIC from this Institute. When I asked some other students in other institution I came to know that, they haven't taught them like this institute teach their students. So, this is one of the best institute for yoga in Kerala.
