(Lulu Mall), Kalamassery, 2 KM to Medical College, Near to Wonderla Theme Park, 6 KM to Infopark/SmartCity, Near to Metro Rail, etc. The society has common Amenities like; 24hrs Security and CCTV cameras, GYM, Indoor games, Guest Parking, Water, Generator Backup, Kids Play area, Covered Parking for Owners, Compound Wall, etc. Very well Maintained Apartments with calm surroundings. If you are looking for a peaceful stay/Life and loves to access all the metro features, I would recommend this property.

I'm a Zomato delivery boy, and it's so sad that this appartments does not allow delivery vehicles into their compound . We mostly work 12+ hour a day and have to carry chargers, helmets and other essentials in our delivery bag, we can't leave it o the roadside. We are workers registered to a company, and so please allow us to safe park our vehicle just inside the gate. 😊

Worst flat regards it numbering ,image there there multiple flat with same number and you have knock each one to get the right flat And even there no display board of name at entrance And security guard are not training to handle there crazy number If in 9 floor there there aleast 3 or more "9AB " in the same floor Same is with all the flats
