Hi Good Day Donated in March 2021. Briefing process fyki 1. Measure your hair length at the of my donation it was 15cm. Do check if any changes 2. If possible tie first then only cut your hair. Otherwise it'll be difficult to manage. 3. If it's long hair then either do hair plates or tie rubber band after every 7-8 cm so it stays in place and will be less messy to handle. 4. Call them and cross check with your free timings 5. Go to the place , say why you there , they ask to fill 2-3 small details in the register. Then handover the hair. It's done. Simple as that. They have a good social work team. If you want to make any good cause events, they are always happy to collaborate. I went there for hair donation. Cochin Cancer Research Centre (CCRC) must be quick in replying to the queries posted by patients or their relatives and friends. Cancer is a dreadful disease and can afflict anybody, and at anytime. I posted a question requesting for an information about consulting an Oncologist in CCRC four months ago. They don't care to provide with the information. What kind of an administration do they have in CCRC? Really pathetic and disgusting.

I didn't go through yet..but I call them twice..the customer relations seems very good so far..
