one of the best Appartment in kochin. it is situated near info park and smart city. good ambience nice balcony view and facilities. 24 hr security service. they have neatly maintained gym, and small playground for kids. overall a good place to stay. green vistas Prakrriti.

I live here as tenant with my family. For me this is the best place on the earth. In my block people are friendly. Being a non Malayali, language is not that of an issue. Our building caretaker is always ready to help. Overall I am extremely pleased with my decision to stay here.

Checked couple of flats in green vista.not that great construction. Their maintenance is too high and I have heard that 3300-3500 they ask and it’s very costly than nearby Olive and Skyline. These guys don’t have a child play area. Just put some running lights to attract crowd. highly polluted area where some black powder enters home from air. Heard from surrounding areas that due to this dust , kids and elderly people getting sick very often..High noise pollution and lots of echo comes from vehicle be it 12 th floor also..very poorly managed.traffic is jammed from 7.30 till 10.30 almost everyday.. area is too costly.

Very close to smart city and very far from heavy rush...good place to stay. We Diya Designz Kottayam done an interior job in prakurtti appartments.

Beautiful and well maintained society. Apartments are spacious and got all amenities one would need. The construction quality is also awesome and way batter than many builders out there. Maintenance charges are a bit high for the amenities provided which is a downside. On the other hand the association is very helpful and active. The main benefit of living here is that you get everything in a few mtr distance... From pharmacy to carwash, all are pretty close to the society.

Near to the Infopark..much more near to edachira.... decent residential building....parking is ok..maintainance not upto mark when compared to the fee they charge....flats are spacious

Parking lot of structure. 3 lifts. All time Security. Nice quality rooms. Near to info park and an school.

No kids play area,ambience from balcony is good,gym rooms are dusty Block 1 no painting,outerlook bad.
