Stayed over during Republic day 2018. The apartment was in a perfect shape with fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, air condition and fly screen. Everything was new and exceptional clean. Our host was a real nice gentleman who lives in proximity with his family. The area is absolutely quiet and still you find small shops, the Grand Mall, the Lulu mall, the Oberon mall and the Metro station in walking distance. Coming from Bangalore as Europeans we found it very welcoming to experience cleanliness in the streets and not piles of garbage as in other cities. Congrats to the Kochi council who seem to manage to give a part of the tax money back to the people. Definitely recommend it and we will come back if possible.

Very congested location and appartment is not clean as advertised. The provider also could not guide us to reach to location. Misguided us by giving wrong location. Lost money as we were late to find another place and even after paying for one day rent the host behaved rude and did not provide a receipt for payment. Overall very bad experience

It is very near to edapally junction. Lulu is in walkable distance. Metro is also at walkable distance. Really well maintained, and super clean. There was a staff at service for anything and everything. I traveled with 3 other friends of mine. We all are super satisfied

Had an absolute blast with my friends here for 3 days. Awesome location, great hosts and a very neat and clean place. Spacious apartments and airy rooms. Will definitely come back here again!!

Good stay only place. Neat, clean, comfortable and peaceful with all amenities including basic cooking items. Food for local will have few option by walk. However for outsider it will be a bit of problem. Moreover there is malls and KFC at 1Km from the property for an option. if you are manage to cook at premises or manage to have something from outside, Stay will be 💯% satisfactory.

Very quiet and Calm place to stay. If you are coming for work on Kochi do stay here, also Karikalan is an amazing caretaker. You want anything ask him.

We had a very pleasant 5 days stay here..the rooms are very well maintained with premium amenities at an affordable price..The hosts were very helpful.. Location wise as well it is very convenient as it is near Lulu Mall...the area is very peaceful and safe..
