    It is too hard to get a flat here because the flat union is very strict and selective. The persons who living here is very decent and professional only. The union will always ensure this things when giving a flat to the families

    Calm and quiet location with sufficient parking. There is a lot of place around the flat for the kids to play around. A small garden taken care by the inmates.

    First thing I like about the place is that it's really calm and quiet. There is no pollution. I don't know much about the rent amount here but I think it's not that much high. Around 10k-15k for 2 BHK

    It's a nice flat in vattekunnam. Vattekunnam is a developing area very near to Edapally. Access towards amritha hospitals ,lulu,MARRIOT all are at ease from vattekunnam.thats mainly builders are making flats in this area
