Great service from unbox. They thoroughly explain what is best for me without pressuring me into doing exactly that. They are all very warm and welcoming. I went to colour my hair and left feeling very satisfied. Will be coming back!

I did hair smoothing in this saloon a few days ago. The guy who did it was a newcomer to this saloon. There was lots of confusion before starting the job. I keep asking whether he knows the job or not. They said yes. But the result was really bad. My hair became frizzy after smoothing. So I consulted another saloon, and they said I had to wait a few months to get the treatment washed out first, then do hair smoothing again. So guys, please make sure you get smoothing from a salon with an experienced person. They interact with customers well, but the service is really bad.

Got a bad razor burn on the back of my neck and still burns many hours after shower🤬😤🤬 also noticed staff switching tools amongst each other while cutting customers without sanitizing tools. Saw a number of other unsanitary practices occur! it’s either lack of proper training or gross negligence on behalf of their company 👨🏽‍⚖️📖🧼

Last day I visit here for beard shaping unfortunately very disappointing experience I get from staff I explain every thing clearly but done the shaping as he like and the shape of beard very uncomfortable .(UNSATISFIED )
