It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained...homestay is very beautiful with nice ambience. Good hospitality by the host with very delicious food, Rooms were clean spacious and decent, comfortable beds and clean washrooms. Owners also stayed in the same property and they were always available for any help. The homestay was really homely. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you Aunty for being a nice host.

Excellent Hospitality.. Felt like home. Owners were so friendly they made us feel very comfortable from the beginning... Especially thanks to Aunty who gave us a nice breakfast on Arrival. Me my husband and Kids all four of us enjoyed it a lot. Above all atmosphere was too good. There were three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and all the bedrooms had ac and good space. We were able to cook food by ourself tht they provided Gas fridge utensils and many more..24/7 water was available and hot water also there. There is a near by park which is only for the residents in that particular area. We saw it from out since we didn't had enough time to go inside. They have maintained it so well. The Area itself is so clean and tidy.. it's worth every penny..

It is conveniently located in the central part of the city and is not too far from the airport either (30-40 mins). It is a peaceful place to stay and very well equipped. They have put together recommendations for things to do in the city and restaurants etc to try based on specific tastes. The hosts are extremely caring and considerate and even take out time to check up on you almost daily and to attend to the needs and queries of the guests. There is not a thing you need to worry about :) be it the stay, getting around the city, or places to go and things to to try etc.. Definitely recommend it.

We like athithi homes very much. The home is plesant and peaceful to stay. Very neat and much clean. The surrounding of the home is also good. Both owner of the home are very good human being. Our kids are enjoyed a lot over here. Thank u for sharing our thoughts about this home. Thank you George Sir. If we coming again to Kochin definitely we will stay in Athithi Homes only since this only gives a thought in mind that we are staying in our home.

It is a fabulous accommodation. Nikitha is such a friendly and helpful host. She recommended all the places as per our taste to eat and enjoy the town. Coming to the property its a beautiful 3bhk on the first floor in a peaceful area. It consists of three large bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a large kitchen and the attache with a washing machine. Availability of an RO, a toaster and a microwave helps you a great deal. Private and clean house you can enjoy with your family members without any interference always knowing that Nikitha is ever available in the background for any help. The house is very conveniently located near the railway station in Ernakulum to roam around Kochi. We were only there for a day as I had booked the place for a stopover in Kochi for a day before I move onto my vacation in the tranquil lands of Kerala. To my pleasant surprise, I found myself asking for more, much more as a day is just not enough to savour the delicious Kochi nor the comforts at Nikitha's home. Will definitely plan a longer trip the next time!!

I stayed at Athithi Homes for a day. I was quite pleased with the look & feel and the arrangements of the apartment. It was quite spacious too. Felt really relaxed staying here as it was very cozy. Everything was all neat and tidy. They had all the facilities we wanted. One of the things that attracted me was their wonderful neighbourhood and surroundings. Being in the middle of the city, the accessibility was another main attraction. I would definitely recommend this place to all.

My three friends and I booked Nikitha's home very last minute. We loved our one-night stay! Nikitha and her family were so accommodating. We were allowed to check in early. Nikitha also got us a driver that allowed us to explore Kochi and Ernakulam for the day. The place was so clean and in a quiet neighborhood. In the sweltering heat, the ACs in both rooms worked amazingly. It felt like 15 degrees. So perfect. They also provided menus of local restaurant so we can order in food. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We spent almost a month at Athithi homes. The host was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the house and the linens were done regularly. We are very much satisfied and also recommend the homestay.
