Gokulam Park is good hotel to stay. The hospitality of their staff and manager is pleasant. The room rates are reasonable. Management needs to focus on food quality and little fine tuning with room Service. Pls do visit and share your feedback.

Hopeless is the word to describe my experience..checked in on 31st March evening. Was supposed to stay for 2 nights but checked out the next day morning itself. 1. Reception people didn't believe me even when i am quoting the day,time and phone number at which i spoke and finalised the room tariff. 2. No welcome drink served on arrival. 3. Ordered dinner from room and told we are three people.Only two plates were sent and one dish was also missing. Informed room service and gentleman is sending the plate after 25 minutes along with the misisng dish. 4. Had ordered for extra mattress at the time of booking. Night time housekeeping says they don't have extra mattress. Spoke to reception and then they arranged the extra mattress. 5. Morning 7 am called for an extra towel. Received the towel at 7:25 am. 6. Called the reception at 7:30 am and informed to keep the bill ready as i need to leave by 8 am. Person says only when u bring the keys we can make the bill.Reached recption at 7:45 am and my checkout got completed at 8:20am. God knows what issues they had in system. 7. They don't have change to tender to their customers. 8.Icing on the cake..i gave the car token to get my car. Waiter informs that hotel drivers are not available at this moment. So you need to go and get the car. It was a genuine mistake on my side to choose this hotel for family stay.

Rooms are very spacious and well lit and furnished and clean. However the reception and the room delivery staff could do well with more clarity. We had booking for 2 rooms and wanted early check-in . We were told that it would cost 1650 per room and they had only 1 room and if we could wait for 1.5 hrs it would not be chargeable. We waited for 2 hours and again the receptionist repeated the same thing that its paya le and we should wait. Finally we got 1 room early. For dinner we ordered clear soup 1/2 and veg pulav got only one small bowl and 1 plate and a very bland tasteless pulav. However the buffet breakfast was a good spread but there were no dishes which are Kerala specials.

The hotel staffs must have the courtesy to come forward and help in case of emergency. since i lost my mobile in the cab itself and requested the reception team to offer me their phone to make a call, i was really astonished by their reply, the reception staff went into their admin room and asked their superior and told me very politely that they cant give their mobile or even i cannot use their telephone in reception. "Sir, you can go to ur room and make a phone call from there. Its Chargeable" (with a smiling face)....!!! keep up the good work!!!

This hotel is an average hotel . Rooms are small in size . Old constructed, service was good . Worst part there swimming pool was not in operation . They need to inform this at time of booking . When we call to manager for couple of time he was not preset . You may get better options then this property .

It's a very good hotel to stay with the family and friends. The rooms are well organised, neat and clean. Located on the main road side and very near to the metro station and bus stand. The housekeeping staff are very cooperative. The quality of food is average, too oily I felt. They have a sports bar on the ground floor.

It totally feels like an 80s 5-star hotel. Though you might find that maintenance is required in some not-so-important things, it doesn't affect us...as the hygiene is maintained really well. Really yummy buffet spread... those who love authentic Indian food would definitely enjoy it. Courteous staff... we were given personal attention wherever required... they open the food pots for every guest and close it once done.. plates were cleared, glasses were filled with no delay.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the helpful and supportive nature of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. However, I must mention that I found the cleanliness of the amenities and the room to be lacking. There were noticeable cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience. I believe that better attention to cleanliness would significantly enhance the hotel's appeal.

Had to stay over for a short period, so negotiated the rates and could get a good last minute deal. Hotel is located bang on main road, but still was quiet and peaceful inside. Good restaurant and well designed bar. Lobby was tastefully done too. The staff was enthusiastic and welcoming. The hotel has a good Kerala Ayurvedic spa and it was a good indulgence. The masseur, Bijuwas experienced and got me going for the day by an excellent ayurvedic massage early morning. The jarring note was when I was rushing thereafter and didn't have time for buffet breakfast. I went to the restaurant and requested to quickly pack a sandwich and a cup of coffee, but forgot that this was still not a hotel in the big league. So the staff just refused and said that buffet food cannot be taken outside. I said I have paid for the buffet breakfast, but am running short on time so asked if I can at least carry coffee and a slice of cake in my hand and they said that I am not allowed that either. They were right, I agree, but the incident didn't leave a very pleasant taste (sic) with me. Some manager level person must be there to help out with reasonable requests. I skipped my breakfast!

The rooms are good. All the amenities are provided. The service is great. People are nice here. Buffet is so nice. Yummy food. Location is great. Metro is just near by.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location of the hotel is a real gem. It's conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to all the attractions and amenities. Whether it was exploring the local attractions or finding a great restaurant nearby, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, ensuring a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff was equally impressive.

Initially the management had promised a deal which includes extra bed. However we didn't need the extra bed during our stay. But during checkout, they stated that they charge for extra person and they don't charge for the bed. Basically there was no clarity in their dealings. The property is quite old but they have maintained it in an average way. There used to be a lot of delay for room service. Food quality and taste was average. Plus food and beverages are quite expensive and lack taste. House keeping service was good. Overall it's an average hotel with basic facilities.

There was miscommunication on the part of the management regarding the room rate, which was discussed through phone. If booking directly through phone insist on getting a written quote. Stay was average. Rooms were well appointed and house keeping staff are polite, but breakfast buffet was below average in terms of spread and quality. Dinner buffet was worth it. We had an average stay, to sum it up. Do not expect top notch professionalism from the staff.

Would have given 1 star but the location makes it deserve an additional one. We had specifically booked a room with kingsize bed but during check-in they said that option is not available. The beds are small and you can fall off them. Matress is not good quality and can give you backpain. Staff are friendly and go beyond their means to assit but they are limited by the facilities. Rooms are spacious while the washrooms are uncomfortably designed. Location is great as it is near metro, train station as well as uber and ola are readily available. Overall no issue with connectivity.

Good Hotel. Good Food. In d city centre so no issues to go anywhere in city. But Rooms old fashioned. Have only one charging point near bed. If u wanna charge 2 mobiles, laptop, Bluetooth not possible. U hv to do one by one

I recently had the pleasure of attending a business meeting at Gokulam Park Kochi and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The hotel provided an ideal setting for our meeting, with spacious and well-equipped conference rooms that were perfect for our needs.

The room is big but it has no carpet.. it is a tile floor . The electrical connections are old to accommodate the latest chargers. The bathroom is way too uncomfortable for a bath even though the toilet room is big and useful. Breakfast is good..book with breakfast as it is worth the price. Have good car parking too.

My stay at Gokulam Park Hotel Kochi was truly exceptional. The hotel's warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and impeccable service made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for a delightful stay in Kochi

We stayed in Gokulam Park Hotel and convention center and Gkulam Park is a separate building. Room was very good and large with a sofa corner writing desk besides other usual  amenities However it has only one socket for charging. Bell behaved and courteous staff. Breakfast was too good with variety of items.For the first time enjoyed Puttu, a South indian dish made of  steamed cylinders of ground rice layered with shredded coconut.

We had buffet dinner two times with coluges and the total experience was nice. From welcome drink to desserts everything was good and the price point around Rs.800 per head (after corporate discount).

Very poor customer service. Didn’t feel it’s a four star hotel. They don’t even have a proper card reader for making payments. TV doesn’t work, poorly lit rooms. Only advantage is the proximity to Metro and Ernakulam Town railway station. It’s highly overrated and not at all worth the high price they charge!!

Good 4 Star Hotel. On the Main road few meters from Kaloor Metro Station. Adjacent building to Pothys. Very near to Ernakulam Town (North) Railway Station. Sufficient Parking Available. Rooms are neat. Little Old. Space Ok. Food varieties not much, But Tastes Good. People Good.

Just okay doesnt live up to its name, they have to improve their service, Express checkin not available, made me wait while checkin, just one dental kit for two person, wifi not good, old telivison without any ott. The room was super good, also charged me 47 rupees for a 10 rupee lays

The hotel is located in a prime spot but their rooms and services are not upto the mark. The furniture are old and started wearing off. The extra bed provided was not clean. The Security was also rude/ignorant when we asked about Valet Parking. Informed the same to the Manager at the time of Check Out

It's a great business hotel. Had a pleasant stay here for two days. Breakfast spread is limited but food is good. Overall would surely recommend.

Attended an event at that place, perfect for official programs. Top-notch services but food didn't meet expectations. Overall, a good choice for official gatherings, just consider dining elsewhere.

There are two divisions within the hotel with separate ownership thus causing the fall in quality of services provided. Their tourist assistance desk is non-responsive and overall response was below average. Better hotels r available within the same rate list.

The stay was excellent. The staff was very cooperative and well mannered being trained well. Highly recommended for cleanliness n hygiene.

Good place to eat and best function facility, yes specialy North Indian and South Indian food was superb Chef Vikram Rana one of the best chef in Cochin city , Chef Akash Anna also Well done 👏

Room was quite good but not for the rate also the washroom tap was damaged main door locking system also not worked once overall not a good experiance.

Excellent place for stay as well as buffet lunch or dinner. Great location and reasonable pricing. Staffs are really friendly and very supportive. They deserve a special appreciation for that.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Just few time i face service delay. Otherwise all good there.

Bar attender was seated at desk always. Had to walk to him to place orders. Credit card machine was not working had to pay via Google pay. Lemon and chilli was given in very small quantities had to walk up to counter to request again

Disastrous stay. The property is not at all maintained. The bed is hard as a rock. We booked a suite room with tub, I am attaching the condition of the washroom and the tub. Stains everywhere and the room was not cleaned. Unprofessional staff. For this price there is a tonne of options..

We booked 2 Deluxe suite room. Room was great with a living/dining room and a separate Bed room with bathroom attached. There is another small restroom as well which was very useful. Room has wide 567sq ft area. Only problem was with the water connection in the bathrooms. Water flow was on and off. Hope they will fix it!

Very bad service and most of the amenities in the room is either not working or of bad condition. Not worth it. There better options around ernakulam.

We were in Gokulam park for a break fast and cake cutting ceremony of mom's bday. It was a very pleasent experience. All breakfast items were very tasty, all cuisines were available and pleased with their service team

All the crew members required training and must have presence of a director in the hotel. Or you can lease to Holiday in , Ibris like World Chain Hotels. Your rooms are excellent.

The hotel is located just opposite to the metro station. The food was decent and the hotel atmosphere is good. Though the rooms are good, looks bit small. You have amenities like gym, steam bath and swimming pool and the view is also good. There is also a convention hall behind the hotel and is a ideal location to stay.

Decent place with a good ambience. Cricket lovers will like this place and I've been told that there is screening of almost every cricket match. Some paintings are good

Great room and excellent service. Once we called up the manager at 7 PM and asked for a room. He arranged it very soon, even though there were 3 events going on in the hotel. Check in was quick. Room and bathroom was very clean. They had already arranged for an extra bed at no cost (though we did not ask for it) since the manager had initially asked for the number of kids in the family. Highly recommend the facility due to its location, service, helpful staff, delicious food. Pool was also neat with a staff always on duty.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location near Kaloor Junction and within 20 m of the Kaloor metro junction, 700 m from Ernakulam North/Town railway station. The hotel has all required facilities like a gym , swimming pool and offers buffet breakfast and dinner. The hotel gives an antique feel with wooden finished lobby and rooms. The rooms are a little old compared to newly furnished hotels. The service offered by the staff is good and cordial. The buffet dinner is good with a good variety of tasty veg & non veg dishes. The buffet breakfast is standard stuff as in a 3/4 star hotel.

Visited to have lunch with a friend. The buffet lunch was good. There was no waiting for a seat even with no advance reservations. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Buffet spread was average. Considering the cost (Rs 699/- only), I will term it value for money.

I had visited the conference hall. Wouldn't suggest this because of their unprofessional service. Parking facility was not up to the mark, We should park the vehicle under the sun through out the day, Staffs were not friendly. There were no signboards made available to the meeting hall. And the available staffs were not even aware about the program too. And the worst part was, they switched-off the lights and fans without even intimating the guests. The reason being, scheduled time was over. At least they should have a courtesy to tell the guests that 'It's time to close the hall'. Finally, we came out from the hall with the support of our mobile flash lights. Bitter experience ever !!!

The place has got some good vibes but the outdated design and interiors were underwhelming. The buffet was amazing I mean the actual quality of food is really good. Even the vegetarian options are outstanding. Rooms are okay and the service is good.

The staff here are so helpful and have given me life again. I was feeling uneasy at around 1 pm Night and requested them for Doctor's Assistance. They took me to Hospital and stayed with me till I leave my hometown. They were with me as if I was their family Member and took care of me, until I am handed over to my office staff. I bow down to the Hotel management and the staff who helped me beyond their limits. My family and everybody else were amazed to their excellent support and Services rendered 🙏🏿

Stayed overnight at this hotel. They have two separate buildings,one attached to convention centre, where I stayed. Rooms are well maintained though the property is ageing. I had specifically requested for king size bed but they allotted twin bed room, the front office guy asked me to read the fine print which supposedly says that the hotel has got the right to change the room allotment as per their discretion. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Room was dark even on inserting the key card into the power socket, since lights were being controlled from bedside control unit. Took me a while to get it sorted. They do not send anyone to the room to assist while checking in. Morning buffet breakfast spread was limited and delayed. I asked for tea or coffee but was informed that it would take time to prepare so skipped. Again unhelpful and indifferent staff.

Had a pleasant stay here. It is easily accessible from metro. The rooms need a bit more maintenance though. They have two blocks. We stayed at the convention centre block. We are happy with the services and staffs. Lunch was also good. There are other facilities too like gym and swimming pool. The pool area also needs a little maintenance. There are restaurants in both the blocks.
