Nice place to conduct meetings or conferences the place has an ample parking facility. We had a nice meeting in the hall. This place is good to host meetings and events. All facilities are best. The staff and security side is very nice and friendly to all the guest. The food was served by Nila group for the event i went. It was good and well arranged.

It was our second visit within 3 years , stayed for almost 1 week, and noticed renovation having more facilities, ambiance, car parking and open space. More than a Hotel it was an Apartment best suited for a family having enough amenities like Kitchenette, extra toilet, sitting room, balcony bottled water etc.. The charges for room, meals and other facilities were comparatively less. Rooms were spacious. Restaurant was having enough ambiance.The menu items having varieties of Kerala dishes were very tasty.Auditorium with Balcony, Exhibition, Banquet Hall, Lagoon Spa, Swimming Pool, and other facilities were there. The staffs were very co operative and the environment was very peaceful. There were many wedding and conferences sucessfully held in the IMA Hall..

Please do not stay here. The bathroom was very dirty it looks like it is under construction, it is only studio apartments owned by doctors and has been provided to the guests. There is no AC or not working in reception area and totally disatisfied, The rooms here is not for couple, rooms are like hospitals rooms and you are welcomed by some insects like lizard etc. If you are coming here for your honeymoon please do not accept the booking for this hotel or do not book this hotel ohh sorry apartments more specifically studio apartments. Not suitable for couple.... Please avoid staying this hotel.

The IMA House team provides a great service. They wear a positive smile all the time and are polite. The Nila's Restaurant service is also fast and the team is quick and nice. I would definitely like to stay again whenever I will visit Cochin.

Booked a 1BHK Service apartment. Provided with facilities like spacious rooms, neat bathroom, sofa, freezer, coffee maker and ingredients for tea/coffee, TV, newspaper, A/c"s in hall and bedroom etc. The night view from balcony is great.

The property and the room is big. Smelly bathroom. Room had a smell as if it has been closed and not used for ages. It's an average property. There are better ones around for the same price

Sheets are having stains, not clean. Also i think they are cultivating bedbugs. Worst experience in Ernakulam. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel with nice amenities. Services are also very good. Rooms have living and bedroom area, a spacious balcony, with a kitchen utility section and two bathrooms (one in the bedroom and another in common to living space). It's actually at the back side of JLN cricket stadium. Only thing is there is no much restaurants or market place in nearby walkable distance. You have to walk atleast 1km for the nearest metro or main road where you get all sort of things, but If you love jogging then it's perfect for you.

One of the most horrible experience I have ever had. Staying in four star hotel you'd have some decent expectations, don't keep that expectation here. If you book a room for two they will just give you two bottles of water and then charge you for the new ones. Somedays they won't even give the water. There's no wifi in any of the room areas. Their TV hardly has any channels. Don't pay for breakfast because it's less than what you call it limited. They will charge you for even making an omlette, imagine a 4 star hotel like this.

IMA was a total disappointment. The apartment was not bright enough. Furniture broken. No security cameras. Construction work going on outside the apartment building. Seperate entrance to the apartments and not from the main building. Very inconvenient with luggage. Swimming pool was under repair. However food was decent. Definitely need to maintain the place.

Very pathetic experience we had. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Both staff and Manager is inefficient. You order food, they will keep u waiting and serve food after 45 minutes

Neat and tidy 👌 place with very close vicinity from the JLN stadium and metro station Stayed overnight and found room to be clean and service prompt Good part is rooms are like studio apartments with an additional toilet . This if u have a small family staying u get to get ready sooner :)

The place is simply awesome. We used it as a venue for our Annual Conference. But the behaviour of one of the staffs, Mr. Vipin, ruined the whole experience...Stay in the facility, but avoid this person...

Fully furnished, 1bhk apartments at a nominal rent. There is a good fitness centre, swimming pool, indoor badminton court, a multi cuisine restaurant ( managed by Nila caterers) and lots of conference room/ halls of various seating capacity. The buffet breakfast is included in the package and food is tasty hut the choices are limited. It is easily accessible and has ample parking space.

I stayed here for 4 days from 22nd to 26th march for attending a conference. Location is very good. Its a one bedroom and one hall apartment type. Rooms are more like a guest house than a plushy star hotel. But rooms are neat and tidy. For family vacation it will be more suited. Indoor swimming pool is well maintained. One spa is there. Also the gym is having good facility. Breakfast is good but not much menu as expected in a 4 star hotel. But it was tasty. Reception and all the staffs are very humble and professional.

IMA house is close to Jawaharlal Nehru international stadium Kaloor. They have rooms, conference halls and roof top space for functions and wedding reception
