BEST SERVICE: my sister and her daughters got admitted in the hospital for 15 days due to dengue and the support and service from hospital authority was remarkable. Good service 24 hours. One among the best hospitals in Cochin for gynaecology and paediatrics. When my son had an accident and blood from his teeth at night. But i can't get dentist at that time. So i went to lakshmi hospital casualty my son got good treatment from there and our worries got less.

Myself and my wife had visited the hospital back on 2022 at gynaecology Dept but had a negative experience. I was not allowed to meet the doctor and the doctor was bit harsh at my wife & suggested some tests and scans without any further word. I know that the hospital has a long history and a good name however myself and my family & friends had some negative experiences here. Following suggestions are highly recommended. 1. We wish the doctor should answer all the queries of patients and accompanying people as they might be tensed about their health / background. 2. The medical & scan results, and the reason why these tests are being done can be shared to the patients. 3. More importantly it will be better if the doctor could meet atleast one accompanying person along with the patients. Sometimes the patient may be too shy / introvert to speak up the reason for visiting the doctor. It will be highly appreciated if the management looks the above-mentioned necessary suggestions. Hope the management will take the above mentioned comments positively and I will definitely mark 5 star rating if appreciable changes happen. I rarely post negative reviews and will definitely update the review on next visit.

Writing this, as I am wasting my time waiting for the doctor at General Medicine OPD section for past 2 hours. It was informed by the telecaller that Ammu doctor's opd is from 9.30 am till 1 pm. Came by 10, now its 11.45 not a chance of getting the consultation for the next 30 minutes...Such a waste of time. Hospitals now have taken our health as granted! Nobody dares to ask about anything here. I wonder, why can't the reception staff speak truth here, when I called they could have told me the truth...I will plan accordingly. May be the hospital is treating every patients here to be patient.

We were told to get admission. We were told that the Patient and the bystander should have RTPCR TEST which will cost Rs. 500. When we reached there we were told that the time for RTPCR finished and we have to have TRUNAT TEST which will cost Rs. 1500 per person. This has been a way to make money for them. They won't let you know clearly about these. 👉 Please Keep out of reach of this so called 'hospital' if you want good treatment.

Very horrible experience! If there is a chance to give negative rating, I would do that. The doctors here are highly unprofessional and rude to their patients. It's not mine or my families first experience, but more than third time this is happening. The only reason why we still go here is because we have our cards there and it's near to our home...but now it's high time to change the hospital to visit. Every profession has its own dignity, nothing else is less. We are not there for any free service. Even if it is free also..I think doctor's should be polite and kind to their patients, atleast for the first consultation (paranjath anusarikatha patients aanel manasilakam..but ith athonnumalla)...... show some ethics to your profession..and don't just be money minded. Every visit she used to yell, why can't she talk normally. She should meet a psychiatrist before consulting patients.

Lakshmi hospital was recommended to me by a friend for treating for hernia for my father, from my first appointment with Dr C Balachandran, for surgery. Surgery and post surgery everything went very smoothly. The nurse's, admin team,insurance team were very helpful.A big thank you to the Lakshmi Hospital team.

A reasonably well maintained hospital, not as that of a private hospitals. Cardiology is the best here, senior Dr to all others are really well. I mean good behaviour, good treatment line and well mannered simple, soft spoken. PR is good if you go with a concern they are ready to help you out. So any issues there approach PR near billing counter.

One of the best hospital for pregnancy care. The Obstetrics and Gynaecology department is one of the best in the city, especially the doctors ,Dr. Sreelatha Warrior and Dr. Shyamala. They are well professional and provided great support. Also well caring and friendly nurses and good supporting staffs. The procedures were so comfortable. Had a great experience.

Very bad service at reception and even pediatrician Dr Thulasi she is not at all concerned about the patients. I bought my 9 month old baby and 5 year old kid both the staffs they are telling doctor want to go early we came in the reception 5.25 and there was no queue that two female staffs in the reception wasting time there and inside Dr Thulasi she rejected for treating by saying we didn't hear nurses calling our children's name .

Worst experience ever for my fathers final days. They left him without drip or nose feed, or pain killers (he had cancer) even after we begged them all night and all day. When my father needed a change of bed sheets, they refused it to us. Also, the palliative care (MICU) is very close to the covid ward and the nurses from the covid ward came in their PPE suit to the room in which my father was to speak with the palliative care nurse in my father's room. We requested a discharge soon after. I would advice anyone to never take their parents there and be scarred for life with their palliative treatment.

Reception counters should be more. Only 2 counters that too sometimes with only single staff. Every doctor's waiting area is congested as many are coming but no space to accommodate them. Actually hospital should improve in lots of areas.

The worst attitude nurses at pediatrics section I have ever seen. We know in the midst of covid there are many regulations we need to follow, but there are certain ways to convey that, not with an arrogant attitude.

Worst pediatrician!! Took my baby there yesterday night. Doctor had no interest to treat my baby and she is shouting us without any reason. I'm wondering how a doctor can treat people with such an attitude. Is this the way a doctor should behave to people? I'll not recommend anyone to this pediatrician. Gynaecology doctors are experienced exceptionally well , they have a very good team. But the service is very poor and not systematic. They give a token for consultation at 11 am and called at 1 pm, radiology department also like that.

Keep away. My father in law was admitted there and they absolutely mistreated him and left him with no care whatsoever. The doctor in charge behaved very vindictively with no consideration that he is treating a patient near the end of his life. When we asked for a discharge he made us wait a full day, denying care for the full day. Lack of empathy was horrendous. We constantly regret admitting him there and is a deeply emotionally painful experience.

Reasonably good small hospital . Situated in heart of town . Road to hospital is narrow . parking is difficult although they ahve parkings pace behind the hospitlal. . Good reception but crowded. Staff reasoanbly good. corridors are narrow . Some departments like physician good. very famus for gynaecology and paediatrics. cardiology good. certain facilities like mri not there . Cheaper when compared to other center... The staffs were helpful apart from outside the inside of the hospital it was clean and hygienic but there was no parking facilitily other than a paid parking area on the backside

Private hospital I think it's affordable for a middle class.

One of the best Multispeciality Hospital in Kochi. The Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department is one of the best in the state. Two children of mine was born in this hospital. The procedures were smooth and was comfortable for the mother, newborn and caregivers. Recently did tooth extraction in the Dental Department of the hospital.

Brought my niece who was suffering from high vomitting. At casuality they weren't willing to entertain before taking Op billing. At billing they were insisting on consulting paediatrician who will come around 1 hour later. At casuality they kept my niece waiting for around 20 mins until the slow and steady person finished the billing. Moreover even for the emergency visit we had to fill in a form which is bigger than a school admission form. Doctor prescribed injection. And injection was given only buying from Pharma which is again 10 mins later. Usually such emergency medicines would be available in the casuality department itself.

I had my second delivery in Lakshmi hospital in Feb 2023 and I must say that the services rendered by the doctors and nurses was exemplary. Dr. Sreelatha Warrier with her able team made me very comfortable during the entire journey of pregnancy and delivery. I felt I was in safe hands with dedicated nursing staff who gave plenty of physical and emotional support during delivery. My husband was also by my side till the last stage of labour. The delivery rooms were comfortable and post delivery care was excellent. I was given instructions on how to take care postpartum with exercises to be done each week by the physio team. All in all, every aspect of pregnancy, postpartum and new born health were taken care of. Five stars from me!

One among the best hospitals in Cochin for gynaecology and paediatrics. I had my baby born there and presently consulting for paediatrics as well. Both departments and staff were very helpful and going beyond expectations. Special kudos to the PRO Mr.Vinod who is such a gem and always open to take feedback and corrective actions. Only difficulty faced was with the parking spaces as we may have to depend on private spaces during peak hours of the day.Have a suggestion as well to increase the staffs at the reception area during peak hours to ensure hassle free movement for the patients

Though the infrastructure is old, well maintained and affordable for common man. We definitely need more hospitals like this that upholds tradition, values and ethics…! Highly recommended.

Bad staff, bad service beware of digital payment and bills

Very bad laboratory services. Lab technicians treating patients not nicely , if we ask any doubt or time of result issue no one ready to answer and there is no proper time to release results.No one has the responsibility whether asking over phone or in direct. 3 times I had bad experience from laboratory services. One day I gave GTT sample at 1.30pm , result I got at 8pm night and same issues I faced when I gave blood sample to check BHCG.

Went here for Coivd vaccination. For vaccination they use a separate building. It is a very neat and well arranged place. The medical staff are well mannered. There is a paid car parking near the hospital which is sufficient. The main hospital block is congested and looks old.

Very late for showing lab reports it take lots of time waste performance

Management needs to be bit prompt and need more staff for better patient management. Discharge process is slow. Canteen is good but scope for increasing menu items is there. The worst hospital i have ever visited in my entire life. They made my pregnancy a nightmare. This is the only hospital where the doctors shows you pictures of down syndrom babies and insists you to do labtests which costs hefty amounts. They also insisted me to do an abortion. For God's sake i changed the hospital.

Very bad hospital and service. Not have proper response and doctors availability. I suffer and admited there. Four days there is no ent doctor facility. No power backup. Lost power 3hours no fan and light all. Nurses also behaving very roude. Really very fed-up this hospital.

Had a very bad experience in this Hospital. Took my 45days old baby who caught cold, there at 3am since she was having trouble to breathe. Filled their forms and then only they let us see a doctor. The doctor's response was the shocking one. She checked with stethoscope and said they dont have beds so cant arrange treatment. For god's sake or having some minimum professional ethics, she could have done initial treatment and then asked us to go to next place for treatment. She didnt do both. A hospital with no care for baby's life.

The best among even among the so called well known hospital.I am a nurse out of my experience as a patient in 4 hospital Lakshmi is the best I selected it 4 times and ever time I was happy with it.The doctor and nurse are on time when we need them .and also the other department's.I suggest as well as would suggest Lakshmi to others especially for delivery and NICU care.Out of 2 times experience

I would like to provide a review for the services I received at this facility. The overall experience was positive, with excellent services provided by a cooperative and attentive staff. The cleanliness of the facility was well-maintained, which added to the pleasant environment. Dr. Abraham George and his team were exceptional in their care and expertise. Their professionalism and training were evident throughout my visit. The nursing staff also deserves recognition for their kindness towards both patients and their relatives. I would like to express my gratitude to the USG team for their support and exceptional service. They were consistently polite and supportive, making my wife's experience more comfortable and reassuring. However, I would like to highlight a couple of areas that require improvement. Firstly, there is a need for better coordination within the team responsible for blood sample collection. During my visit, they missed a recommended test, which was disappointing. Addressing this issue and enhancing their coordination would greatly improve the overall service. Secondly, there is room for improvement in the reception team's ability to provide accurate directions. On occasion, they directed us incorrectly, causing difficulties for elderly individuals and those with limited resources. Clear and accurate directions, especially for those in vulnerable situations, are essential and should be a priority. Overall, the services provided were commendable, but I believe these areas of improvement should be addressed for an even better experience. Protocols followed properly for the vaccination

Did covid vaccination from lakshmi hospital couple of weeks back. And the process was very simple compared to other hospitals out there.i was able to complete the entire vaccine process within 45 minutes. Their coordination was really appreciated. And also our there was also a vaccination drive conducted at my company with the collaboration of lakshmi hospital and it was well organised drive

For emergency cases of babies don't go to the hospital.They don't consider baby health condition. They have their own priorities. We had very bad experience recently.

My delivery happened recently at Lakshmi Hospital. I had consulted Dr Sreelatha Warrier. She is a very capable Gynaecologist and I had a very pleasant experience with her. I had to go into an emergency c section. I was very worried and nervous at that time, but all my worries melted away when I heard Dr Sreelatha calling out my name in the operation theatre. She has been a healing presence for me throughout my time consulting at Lakshmi Hospital for my pregnancy. The hospital staff are also polite and helpful. The anasthesiologist was also very polite and played a big part in helping me maintain my composure before the c section. The prenatal classes by sister Ambily were very helpful. Sister Maya was also very helpful during the second day after my c section, when I was in a lot of pain.

We know the staffs and nurses are working to their best. But the way things are organized are at it's worst. They gave us token number 35 and let the number 45 consult the doctor first and when asked telling that your file is also there. Then what's the point in giving a token number!!!

Run for ur life ! Their dental care is the worst . Tooth extractions are done in an inhuman and traumatic way. My sister had done a tooth extraction from there few months back which was very painful and had severe headche as side effects. She recently got an xray from another dental clinic and found the remains of the tooth.if this was not found it , it could cause oral cancer. Never go to this place for dental care. If you had done any tooth extractions from here , then I would suggest please take another clinic x ray s and a proper second opinion.

Very bad experience at this hospital. They (doctors) are unnecessarily recommending lab tests and to see the report of the test they are asking to pay opd fees again even if some other person coming to show the report. And they are behaving very rudely. In simple words they are looting patients 👎
