Very bad customer service...I went to buy Betta fish and they made me wait so long .they are not even bothered to reply my questions like where is the Betta fish is kept and the price and all. Lot of people are coming to buy but that doesn't mean you ignore other people and insult them by not replying to there enquires. I not prefer going back there.

No customer service ...priority given to people who take fishes on a wholesale basis regularly and the walk in customers are treated like "help yourself if you want to !! Not going back again , not even sure if the owner or anyone from the management is going to do something about it. Had the same experience thrice which is why I decided to finally write a review about this people.

Comparatively better Betta - Male Fighter Fish Collection. Good colours and a moderate price. Definitely not the cheapest but considerably good. The staff can sometimes be clueless of what they have and what the prices are. They sell like crazy and most of the collection that you see today might not be available the very next day. The aquariums are pretty well kept. One downside is that the water hoses lying on the floor, carelessly, can cause people to trip and fall. And the Neon Blue Tetras are not for sale. 😂 They are just for the aesthetic of the shop. Can't sell them. Nope.

Very rude behaviour by the staff. Came driving a long way to get my wife some pet fish. They dont let anyone in saying not more than 1 person is allowed. They have 7 to 8 staff inside and theres no problem for that. Very disappointed with the shop.

Strictly not recommended. Bought 2 pairs of fishes and survived only 7 days!!! Even by taking care of them very carefully, they died. My kids broke down after witnessing a Black Molly dying of shock!!! Better go to some small shops if you love these small creatures.

Zero regards to covid protocol, the place's a big mess as usual! Do see their resident Rat poping up from Time to Time, staff seems to be oblivious to the infestation even if it's pointed out.
