I
recently
had
an
incredibly
disappointing
experience
at
the
Crocs
store
in
Lulu
Mall,
Kochi.
I
cannot
express
how
upset
I
am
with
the
rude
and
inappropriate
customer
service
I
received
during
my
visit.
Upon
entering
the
store,
we
were
expected
a
warm
welcome
and
assistance
from
the
staff,
but
instead,
we
were
met
with
a
team
of
employees
who
seemed
more
interested
in
talking
behind
customers'
backs
than
helping
them
find
the
right
products.
The
atmosphere
was
far
from
inviting,
and
the
lack
of
professionalism
was
evident.
When
I
approached
one
of
the
staff
members
for
assistance,
we
were
met
with
a
dismissive
attitude
and
a
complete
lack
of
interest
in
helping
me.
It
felt
like
my
presence
was
an
inconvenience
to
them.
Not
only
was
the
staff
unhelpful,
but
their
behavior
was
outright
rude.
It's
disheartening
to
encounter
such
a
lack
of
courtesy
and
respect
in
a
place
that
should
be
dedicated
to
customer
satisfaction.
Customer
service
is
a
fundamental
aspect
of
any
business,
and
I
expected
better
from
a
reputable
brand
like
Crocs.
This
experience
has
left
me
deeply
disappointed
and
frustrated.
I
hope
the
management
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
addresses
the
issues
in
their
customer
service
approach.
As
a
customer,
I
deserve
respect,
courtesy,
and
assistance
when
I
visit
a
store,
and
sadly,
I
received
none
of
these
during
my
time
at
the
Crocs
shop
in
Lulu
Mall,
Kochi.
