I can't comment on their hair transplantation process and their quality as i decided not to choose them for the process. Here i wanted to list y i didn't opt them. So i have been planning to do HT for quite some time and as part of finding the best one suited for me, i have been visiting several clinics and this was my 4th. 1. there service was not at all satisfactory. Both the consulting doctor and the staff were a disappointment (i drove 3 hours to reach there (V Plant, Kochi), they talked with me for just 5 minutes, didn't explain much on anything , dint check my donor area or hair recipient area. They said they will whatsapp me all the details and that did happen only after a week {stating some lame reasons for the delay) 2.when they did contact, they were pressuring me for the procedure saying the surgeon (Amit agarkar) won't be in kochi for long and they were just giving me 3-4 days to decide on and the price dropped from 1,40,000 to 80,000 just like that 3.They even exaggerated the number of grafts i required (4000). I know because all the other clinics i visited gave me a similar number of around 3500.

I had a great experience right from the front office staff to all transplant assistants and doctors. I had my transplant during 2nd week of December 2022. The surgery was not at all painful as I was thinking. I had 2 day session and they provided accommodation in a nearby lodge.After the procedure they had routine follow up to check the progress of my hair. A good place to get your hair treatment done, I had PRP appointments there over a period of 4 months and it has been a hassle free journey,being an easily accessible place. The staff there have been wonderful, namely Haritha and Reshma, ever helpful and friendly during the process and being flexible for booking appointments, you can approach them for any doubts or questions you might have and they'll gladly help you out.
