Apparently I ended up going to the most pathetic place to shop grocery it's horrible and super unhygienic if I say unhygienic I mean I have seen it dirty products and insects running every where on the floor as well as on the products I haven't seen a store like this before super unfriendly staffs who does not no what to do, at the billing counter after billing the staff didn't even bother to ask me wheather I would need a carry bag or not left my things like that on counter and proceeded with other billing after asking he gave the bag and charged 7rupees I gave 20 rupees he didn't gave me change agin I had to ask him for the change, another thing while entering i gave my shopping bag to the lady and she kept it somewhere and forgot I mean what the hell is going on. Would never ever come here for anything.

One of the best supermarket in kochi. Located in Oberon Mall Ground floor. You can park your car in the car parking area . You can buy groceries with discounts and also you will get buy one and get one offers. You can also buy apparel from this supermarket. Credit debit paytm is the mode of payment. For every 1500 and above purchase you will get 1 kg sugar for rupees 9. Save money and enjoy you grocery shopping.

Located at ground floor inside the oberon mall.. offers groceries at cheap offers . Crowded at weekends. Less space for the customers to walk around.. as things are kept stuffed . No other better household grocery buying option in Oberon mall..

Reliance Smart is the hypermarket located inside Oberon. You'll find all the house hold essentials, grocery items, bathroom essentials etc here. Lots of staff to help you with offers in most items at all times. There is also good parking available, hence it's a good place to shop.

There are so many items available in Reliance Hypermarket. We will get good discounts from Reliance too. That doesn't mean that staff should make customers wait. "Time is precious" not only for the staff, but also for the customers. 6 counters are there for billing at Reliance Hypermarket in Oberon Mall, but only 1-2 staff will be available to do billing service. There won't be any staff available at the other 4 counters. I had to wait at the counter many times. This has been happening from the beginning itself till today. Making the customers wait is not a good sign. My experiences are from non-peak hours.

Everything is good except, I am not sure why the management is allowing sales and marketing people like SBI Cards, Unisef, product marketing etc. Forcing people to buy one brand over the other through emotional marketing is not professional. Btw, we get everything there but the place is a bit unhygienic. Cockroaches and rats!

We can find most of the items in reliance hypermarket. Important thing its easy to access once you parked the hypermarket is very close to the parking ground so you can bring the items easily.also good thing is that they will refund the parking money if you purchase a minimum amount of items. We could able to find products in a reason Price range and the products varies from groceries,bakery,vegetables and some household items too in a discounted price. They provide discounts for every products and dome products we get in half price also buy 1 and get one offer is also there. Staffs are very friendly billing is also quick, weekends also no rush so we can do purchase peacefully. 🈹However, when you get discounts please make sure that you are checking on the expiry date because i got happy jam in discount price but when checked the expiry was too short.

One of the most unhygienic reliance store I have come across. 100s of cockroaches in every shelf. Any item you take from shelf, cockroaches will jump..... Yuckssds

Prices are cheaper. But sometimes feels a little doubtful about the quality especially of vegetables and fruits. Also their billing counter is a disaster. From my experience, their card machine was not working and had to go to another counter. UPI is accepted in only one counter. Also there are no sufficient staffing for support
