I'm so grateful to SGM for helping me get double eyelid surgery, zygoma reduction and double jaw surgery. It was a huge process and they were with me answering all my question for the past two years. In Dec. 2022, I contacted Seoul Guide Medical to get help with some skin treatments I wanted to have done in Korea. After the initial inquiry my consultant Wendy came back to me with a plan introducing 2 different clinics and different possible treatments. Having a couple of questions, I asked for a chat via phone or online but was turned down with the reason that, for non-surgical treatments, they’d recommend an in-house consultation with the doctor. Not being in Korea and actually having general questions that a consultant should be able to answer, I simply wrote everything in an email. Wendy friendly answered all of my questions at first, but after my third email, there was no more response. I sent another email 11 days later to see what was going on and received an answer with an apology for the delay. After another question, however, I was again ignored and haven’t received anything until today. Honestly speaking, yes, I asked a lot of questions, but having had bad experiences with skin treatments before, I wanted to make sure to do my research right. With all the promises on the homepage about "you will get an online consultation" and "we help you through the entire process from start to finish and beyond," I expected at little bit more. Ending up getting ignored twice… more than disappointing. Edit: After I wrote this review SGM's CEO contacted me directly and did not only apologise for what happened in my case but also explained in detail what measures they are going to take in order to not let something similar happen again. His response showed clearly that SGM does care about their patients, and I'm planning to give their services one more chance. I therefore updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars for the time being and will consider updating once more after I've received treatment.

Finally got my dream skin care treatment through Seoul Guide Medical. Traveled all the way to Seoul with my mom to go through the Collagen Boost Laser. Everytime I have ever wanted to do something for my skin, teeth and face I have come knocking. This company has cared for me so well that I had to write a review. I contacted them several months ago for a forehead lift, double eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty. They also helped me get skin care and dental work done. They gave me a long list of clinics to choose from for my surgeries and choose Iron Plastic Surgery. I met with the doctor and he knew his stuff. The clinic was so pretty and everyone was nice. I really swelled up after my treatment but they told me I would and even gave me a timeline for the swelling which calmed my nerves. The anti swelling treatments really helped as well. The technology they use to analyze you is out of this world. It's like you're in a scifi movie. It's been a month now and I can see everything getting better! For the skin treatment, I went to Theme Skin Clinic and had a couple of sessions that left my skin feeling clean and new. After I removed the bandages and dressings after surgery my skin was terrible. The lasers only left me red for a day and a bit and now my skin looks better than before. Lastly, I had pain in my lower teeth and they helped me go to a dental clinic. They have incredible xrays and other technology that I've never seen back home. I could literally see the hole in my tooth that was causing the damage and they created a crown for me in their lab. Everything was done in 1 day. Super fast! Thank you to the team for taking care of me. I met several of the SGM staff and even their boss who invited me for a game of billiards in their office. Superb!

Truly a wonderful plastic surgery journey that was made possible by Seoul Guide Medical. I have been a fan and constant subscriber of the Youtube channel and Instagram account. I emailed them to inquire about an online consultation for a Double Jaw Surgery. I sent them a bunch of photos of my face in different angles to be sure that the surgery that I want is the perfect surgery for my case. They found a clinic that would do my surgery. I booked a schedule and then flew to Seoul, Korea where I met Min. She assisted me with the directions, booking of accommodation and most importantly is with the translation. I contacted Seoul Guide Medical through the email address that they provided in their Youtube channel and Instagram account. I consulted them about what treatment I should get because I was having problems with sun spots, acne scares and wrinkles due to traveling a lot and being exposed to the sun most of the time. They recommend that I get Excel V laser treatment. I scheduled an appoint with them and then traveled to Korea for the facial treatment. I was greeted by Becky. She directed me and accompanied me to the clinic and served as my translator as well. The doctor examined my face thoroughly to see the underlying problems of skin other than I we saw on the surface. I went to the Excel V laser, it was very relaxing, not painful at all. It has been a week and I super love the results. Seoul guide medical has been great help in all the logistics including the airport pickup, hotel, hair salon and they have been very helpful in all the questions I have. Prior that, they have also sourced a few clinics for my consideration and base on my needs, they recommend the clinic suit my need. After the surgery, they also gave me the after care package, like the q tip, pumpkins porridge and juice and ice gel pad to ease the swelling process. I had a great experience with SGM. They were there every step of the way to help translate and answer any questions I had. I choose to use Seoul Medical Guide because the beauty industry in Korea is so saturated and I wanted to get good recommendations from a reputable organization to streamline my process of finding the right doctors for me as I do not speak Korean. I also have an extremely tight schedule which they were able to work with my needs and find a highly qualified doctor to do my surgery for me. And I actually got recommended quite a famous doctor in Korea which did give me peace of mind. When I inquired about other doctors on my own, they could not make my tight timeline so I was glad I could have Seoul Medical Guide help me with my schedule. Seoul Medical Guide was able to call me to give me an English consolation with someone who spoke fluent English to find out what my requests were. Afterwards they gave me a report of the procedures and what procedure process is like. During my pre-surgery consultation and surgery, the fluent English speaking consultant Steven was there to support me as I came alone. And after the procedure, I was given a gift of face masks, pumpkin porridage and pumpkin tea to help with the deswelling process which I really appreciate. For my surgery, I was happy with how calm and professional the process was. However one part of my phone consultation expereince that I was not completely satisfied about is when I asked about the subcision procedure for my acne scaring, the report I was given had many options for my acne scarring like lasers for example but not the actual subcision method I specifically asked about. I do know acne scaring has many different methods of treating them and after seeing the picture of my acne scarring, the professionals are giving their best recommendations for my case. However since I specifically asked about doing subcision, I wish they could have gone over it a little, even if it’s to explain that their suggestions would worked better than subcision which is why they did not recommend it. I also think if I asked more, I could have gotten the answer I was looking for but because I was preparing for my one surgery I already booked and I had a tight timeline, I just did not inquire more. But overall, I was very happy with my experience with SMG as I came to Korean alone and I enjoyed someone guiding me through this surgery journey. When I come back to Korea in the future, I will still reach out to SMG for my acne scarring treatment as well.

Seoul guide medical was really helpful throughout my process of finding a place to get my surgeries at. I expressed to them what I wanted to get done and they came to me with options for different locations and doctors to talk to. I liked that there wasn’t any pressure to go with them, and they even suggested I could speak to the clinics myself if I wanted to. Seoul Guide Medical was so helpful with my undereye surgery! I contacted them a couple months ago, and they promptly responded and shared several options with me. I decided to have a rhinoplasty after i returned from a leisure trip in Seoul. I was recommended by a friend to seek free consultation with them while in Seoul. The consultants are friendly and approachable. They replied to messages promptly. Arrangements were made from accommodation and pick ups and they guided me through my entire stay in Seoul during my surgery. I live in Toronto but am originally from Seoul. I came back for a conference and wanted to try skin care. I speak Korean but it was much easier to go through SGM. They took care of all my bookings and online consultation. Even though I didn’t need a translator, they took care of me every step of the way. This was impressive as I know clinic staff normally doesn’t provide detailed after care but SGM does. The staff is great and I am very thankful for the help!

Where to start? I’m so glad to have met the people who are part of Seoul Guide Medical, specifically Jin, Tony, and Becky. They made my experience in Korea a much more welcoming and assuring journey. Throughout the entire process and my numerous questions, concerns, etc. (including now, post-op) I was assured yet given honest and realistic opinions. My below review is lengthy but worth reading to get a personal account of what it’s like to go through this process: After landing in SK, at one point I expressed that I was anxious and felt that communication had decreased after I came. Everyone’s case is different but I was under the impression that I’d meet the team at their office in the process of going to consultations. While this isn’t necessarily the case or need for everyone who uses SGM, after I communicated this Tony, Jin, and the team were super gracious about it. They agreed to meet up, even though Tony had just come back from overseas. I met up with Jin and Tony at their main office. It’s actually really huge, and so is their full team. It is separate space from where they do consultations, etc. in the A-tower building so that it’s a less hectic environment for clients, which I found really thoughtful!). They were super personable and explained the philosophy behind SGM, as well as how they built it up, what their future plans are, etc. Basically, they went put of their way to het to know me while also sharing their own experiences, and this goes above and beyond what most people do in a business setting, let alone a personal setting! Before I left, Tony and Jin invited me to dinner and it was like catching up with friends. Again, so above and beyond what most would do. They’re a super down to earth bunch and I had no trouble talking, joking, and simply having a great time with them. I won’t forget the galaxy cake with pink alien goo at Billy Angel!!! I hope the next time I’m there we can choose a better flavor. Tony, Jin, and the folks at SGM are truly are committed to their work and clients, but extend that sincerity outside of strictly work settings. My experience with Seoul Guide Medical is definitely worth sharing. From the consultation online up until the consultation that I had with them personally was great. I was guided very well by Jin regarding the directions the moment that we arrived in Korea. Jin also helped me with the translation of Korean to English. Overall a good experience. From the initial communication via email and WhatsApp to the day of surgery, Tanya, Daniel and the team were very helpful and prompt in answering all my questions. Tanya was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable on the day of surgery. They even organised transportation service for me from the airport and to my hotel. Being in a foreign place, I had no problems understanding the procedure as Tanya's language skills were competent enough to translate them into English. I would recommend them.

I have been interested in getting plastic surgery for a while because I had a medical surgery done when I was five to remove a hemangioma from the tip of my nose, and ever since it has been slightly disfigured. I had double jaw surgery in korea with the help of Seoul Guide Medical. I found them to be reasonable and helpful for the most part. They answered questions I had prior to surgery and made sure that all my appointments were well co ordinated. The larger hospitals often have in house translators so they weren’t strictly needed each time I visited the hospital. Communication was generally good and if there were issues then they were helpful in sorting things out. Korea has an overwhelming amount of cosmetic surgery places to choose from so it’s helpful to have someone point you in the right direction.
