Had such a positive experience with Face Plus. I initially contacted them via email to enquire about the cosmetic surgery I wanted - upper and lower eyes. After an online consultation where I provided photos, Dr Park suggested a subbrow excision, lower blepharoplasty and under eye fat reposition. I was given the price this would cost and after transferring the deposit, I requested a surgery date for 7 weeks later. During the next couple of months I sent a few questions by email and they were always answered quickly. On arrival in Seoul I had a consultation appointment and the surgery the following day. All the staff were very friendly, including the translator - she especially put me at ease. Dr Park was very nice too and I felt confident I had chosen a great surgeon. After the surgery I visited twice more - once to have light therapy and have the dressing changed and the second time to have light therapy and the dressing & stitches removed. I saw Dr Park again and he was pleased with how everything was looking. Just a week after surgery, I am already pleased with the outcome. I'm so glad I made the decision to come to Korea and use Face Plus, I would definitely recommend them. If I require anything in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

It was a great experience from the start to the end. I arrived at Incheon Airport around 9pm Korean time. It was late, the chauffeur ( provided by the clinic) already there waiting for me to take me to my hotel. Amy the international advisor welcomes me on WhatsApp. She assured me where to go and we will meet up the next day and who will pick me up. I felt comfortable and save. Arrived at the clinic the next day, the clinic looks nice, professional and clean, the staffs were friendly and always have a translator next to me. Dr. Park was friendly, sincere and experienced. After looking at me, he explained what I needed and which options are better for me like as if he knew what I wanted. I agreed right away. I had a facelift, neck lift, upper and lower and fat graph done. The surgery was long but smooth. He kept me staying at the clinic over night with an attending nurse until I was ready to leave. The nurses whose cleaned and changed the dressing were gentle and polite. I got laser light treatment almost everyday to help my swelling goes down. I am thankful for that. Two more days I will be going home, my face already looks amazing and young. Dr. Park is a great plastic surgeon, he cares about his patients. He is experienced, kind, and genuine. He also guarantees his work, if you don't like what you see he will fix it again at no charge. Face Plus plastic surgery was recommeded from a Korean friend and they have a good history of performance on the web so I decided to have a go. I contacted FacePlus via WhatsApp and got a consultation on the same day. The team is friendly and professional in what they do, an open, honest discussion throught a interpreter Bonnie. I was introduced to the main doctor, Dr Jung Geun Park, a well regarded surgeon who gratuated from Seoul University. He recommeded a few enhancement for my face which I can do in one go or later. He explained and answered any concerns that I have on the selected procedures (upper + lower blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty) I decided to have a surgery on the next day. Bonnie organised my medicine chart and stayed with with me throught the opration bc Dr Park needed me to open and close my eyes/mouth for his design. After the surgery, I went to the clinic almost everyday for LED treatment which helps removing bruises on my face. Document provided for departures are medical certificate and medical tax refund (10%). Face Plus team Bonnie + Aida, two members who speak English were very helpful and attentive. “Face Plus“ what a name, so I googled and researched. I contacted by email and quick enough the answers are right away. Emailing back and forth for few months and I arrived in Seoul. I have to say everything was very good! I flew over from the Philippines after reading a lot and finding Face Plus Clinic. I previously had a lower eyelid procedure in Cebu which left a bit of a "hollow" area below, so I got fat transfer done along with another facial procedure requiring stitches. The staff was very friendly and professional; a translator is always on hand also and they're very nice ladies, too. The doctor was on hand and checked me out during each follow-up visting including my last after the check-up work from the nurses who are very good, too. It's located in a neighborhood of Seoul with a LOT of restaurants, convenience stores, and more, including a pharmacy really close by so it's a good location to go for getting a procedure done. Me and my mom are very satisfied with the service and surgery result. Especially to Elena, who did a great job taking care of us and translating the korean for us. We did the double eyelid surgery. I have some concerns before the surgery but the doctor and staff explained really well and easy to understand. After the surgery we got couple times of treatment to decrease the swollen. After 1 week the stitch was removed and the result is really looking good. The doctor even ask us to come again before flight to check our eyelid and we can contact them again if we have trouble in the future. ⭐❤

One of Doctor from those Plastic Surgery refuse doing my revision rhinoplasty because I think it is so complicated for them( I am not sure why Doctor refers to Face Plus Plastic Surgery). They told me come to Face Plus Plastic Surgery because Face Plus Plastic Surgeon they are specialist on revision Rhinoplasty, Doctor will take care of my case well. First, on the consultation date July 18th,2019 , I felt Doctor are very knowledgeable and he knew what I needed to make my face is more prettier. After having consultation, I have decided to choose Face Plus Plastic Surgery where I will have my revision rhinoplasty. I did not feel any worried or nervous at all when decided to have surgery with him because I trust Doctor who definitely can change my face. I visited Korea for eye surgery and did a lot of research before deciding on Face Plus and Dr. Park. I have no regrets and am so thankful I decided to choose Face Plus. Dr. Park’s demeanor and all the staff at his office were so caring, warm, and pleasant! He was very honest during the consultation and recommended I do a sub brow lift and lower blepharoplasty rather than double eyelid surgery. He recommended these procedures as he said they would make me look refreshed and 10 years younger rather than drastically “change my image”, which I did not want. He did an incredible job with the sutures and stitch work so that almost 2 weeks post surgery, you can barely see the incision lines both on top and under my eyes. My relatives and friends are asking me for Face Plus clinic’s information as they are just as impressed with Dr. Park’s work and my results. Also, the translators have been so kind and nice, and gave me a stuffed animal to hold when I got my stitches out and cleaned. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience! I will be returning and bringing my friends next year!

I am so glad I chose this practice to receive my procedure! It’s so easy to choose one of the more famous tourist/foreigner practices, but those operate like mills. This place is just the right amount of a personal, small practice experience. There is only one plastic surgeon, so you can trust that all of the reviews are of his artwork. He does not push any procedures that he does not think are necessary and his work is extremely natural so if you’re looking for a dramatic, doll-like look this is not the place. I inquired over WhatsApp and whoever manages that was responsive and informative. However, there was 1-2 miscommunications over pricing - so that was a little stressful. I spent a week in Seoul and the staff were extremely accommodating to my tight schedule. I have double eyelids already but they are uneven. I chose to get incisional bleph AKA double eyelid surgery on Monday, had a follow-up appointment on Wednesday (nurse cleaned and did a laser deswelling treatment) and had my final appointment on Saturday (as I am leaving on Sunday and they are closed on Sundays). The procedure was painless, obviously it’s a surgery so it’s natural to feel tense and fearful. The most painful part was the injection of local anesthesia, the scrub nurse was comforting and applied deep pressure to my arms as she knew I was scared and tense. All staff are extremely professional. A nurse removed my stitches and she gave me post-op instructions as well. There was always an interpreter for all of my appointments, my favorite interpreter was Cami. She was the nicest, most personable and friendliest out of all of them lol. Receptionists, patient coordinators and nurses were all wonderful. I would come back to this clinic for any future procedures. The only thing that I did not find comforting is after the surgery, Dr. Jung Keun Park said ‘surgery completed’ and I never once talked to him again. I am assuming it’s because of how busy they are, however I found this to not be as personable as I hoped. Again, staff made up for the lack thereof. I am writing this on the day my stitches are removed so will update if anything changes!

I had a really good experience from start to finish. All of the girls were very helpful, all the concerns were solved immediately. After the surgery the translator Elena stayed overnight at the clinic with me just in case I needed something. Nurse was on top of things, both of them didn’t even let me get up by myself to go to the bathroom to make sure I don’t accidentally fall. I had general anesthesia, it is always a concern how person feels right after. The surgery went well, I didn’t have any surprises and everything came out right and even. I highly recommend to come here.

I visited the clinic for an eye revision surgery. I must say that i had a really pleasant experience with Face Plus. It is my first time getting a surgery in Korea and i must say, this is the best experience as compared to other countries that i have gone for surgery in. The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and friendly, and i like how i was able to communicate in English with the doctor easily and comfortably (with the help of a staff). I first consulted Dr and he explained to me what the procedure will be like and what to expect realistically after surgery. I like that he was honest and helped managed my expectations. I did several anti-aging procedures at FacePlus clinic in November 2019. I am 37 years old and I really needed to refresh my appearance to look younger and less tired. It was only 3 days ago that I had gynecomastia surgery and it takes at least a few weeks to judge the results. It should be good. But of course, cosmetic surgery is scary. But a very good point was.... if I have unsatisfying or incomplete results, I was told I can have a free revision surgery. That is very comforting to know. The doctor was friendly looking. Elena was my translator and she was so helpful throughout this whole process and always very responsive to all my questions. The office is clean and beautiful and even had a recovery room for right after the surgery. I highly recommend and so excited to see my final results. But I can tell already it’s going to look good!! Very impressed with the service and the operation. All of the staff have very through attention to detail and Dr Park was excellent. I had liposuction to my double chin and liposuction/gland removal of my gynecomastia. I would be happy to reccomend and I would not hesitate to return.

I love that the provide translators to help tourists that do not speak Korean and the nurses are all very sweet too! I did the mini face lift and i am very happy with the results! The doctor, nurses, and staffs were really nice and gentle to me. My surgery was super smooth. It took less than 10 seconds for the general anesthesia to hit and I just woke up after. They helped me get my medicine and waited to call the taxi for me to get back to my lodging safely after. Overall, great communication and they set realistic expectations for what can safely be done as well. Highly recommended! :)

I had under eye fat repositioning with Dr. Park a couple of months ago and could not be happier with the results. I knew of this clinic through family and friends who have had a number of procedures done over the past decade. I had been struggling with looking tired because of the fat bulge under my eye but now look so much more refreshed. The front staff are courteous and prompt with answering questions and I always felt comfortable asking what I was concerned about. It took about two weeks to recover and for the swelling to go down. Two months later now, it looks really smooth under my eyes. In terms of pricing I think it is quite competitive as I compared it to another well known clinic specializing in international clients. I think it was about half of the price quoted by that other clinic (starts with “B”). The key also is that Dr. Park does all the procedures personally and checks in at check up. I would highly recommend this clinic and would revisit in the future for any future procedures.
