Had an 11 hour layover at ICN and wanted to make the most of my time. Seoul Cosmetic Surgery arranged a taxi pickup/dropoff at the airport for me, made my appointment, met me in person at the clinic to translate, and texted me multiple times to make sure I got all my procedures and back up the airport safely. I had the most amazing experience in Seoul thanks to Dean and Mona, and honestly can't thank them enough. From start to finish they were polite and professional, but also friendly and down to earth. I never felt like just a client with them, and by the end of my trip I was crying after seeing them in person for the last time. I feel like I made the most wonderful friends, even before I departed we were talking regularly so it felt like we'd already met. As for my stay, if something could have gone wrong with the things I'd organised myself, you can bet it did. But each time Mona and Dean were there to resolve it for me. One of the things I had tried to sort myself was a hotel, unfortunately it didn't work out, but Mona had me whisked away to the most beautiful place I've ever stayed, which made recovery and my whole stay so much better. My advice for anyone thinking of going to Seoul for surgery is to listen to Dean and Mona, they know the area so well and won't get fooled by pretty website photos. During consultations I had the help of both Dean and Mona, so even though there are English translators I had them with me for support, to ask questions I hadn't even thought of, and to make sure I was 100% happy before confirming. I was even able to add on something I hadn't thought of in the initial consultation form (teeth whitening) thanks to Dean knowing where to go to have it done the day I mentioned it (please don't do that to them, I'm just saying how professional, efficient, and knowledgeable they are) With the nature of ordering online in Korea, I was very grateful to have Dean and Mona. For those that don't know, even something as simple as ordering food requires Korean ID, so I was very relieved food could be ordered with their help. The only downsides of using SCS for me, are that I now miss my new friends, and want to move to Seoul.
