This is one of my favorite spots in Minden to eat for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend coming here. It is under new management and the new owner is helpful and cares about the customer. They have a wide variety of food besides pizzas. They have gluten free crust, cauliflower crust and a great menu of other entrees and appetizers. The lunch special is a great deal: you get a 2 topping mini pizza with a drink for under $10. Great place to go with a group of people to have a flavorful meal. A Disappointing Delight: One Star ⭐️ I am an ardent lover of pizzas, and as such, have visited many pizzerias in my time, but the experience at this particular restaurant left a deep scar on my pizza-loving soul. I feel compelled to share my less than satisfactory experience to guide other pizza enthusiasts. As soon as my party and I walked in, we were met with an eerie sense of disorganization. The staff seemed unaware of their duties, and the establishment was lacking the warm, welcoming environment you'd expect from a pizzeria. The biggest surprise, however, came when we witnessed some of the kitchen staff engaging in amorous displays, completely oblivious to their professional responsibilities. It was an unappetizing sight that left us feeling uncomfortable and questioning the restaurant's standards. We ordered four different pizzas, hoping for a delightful feast to lighten the atmosphere. However, our anticipation was quickly replaced by disappointment. Each pizza was undercooked, with the dough still doughy, and the toppings barely warmed, much less cooked. It was a significant letdown, especially considering the lofty promises of their menu. Determined not to let this ruin our evening, we politely asked for our pizzas to be reheated. But, the chaos of the kitchen seemed to swallow our request as we had to repeat it. The staff's attitude was far from cordial, bordering on dismissive. The second time, our request was met, but the quality of the pizzas hardly improved. The reheating process merely rendered them into an edible state, but far from the mouth-watering experience we had anticipated. Customer service was another area where this pizzeria faltered. Instead of being proactive and attentive, the staff was aloof and inattentive. We felt overlooked and uncared for. This lack of attention to customer needs is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. In conclusion, this pizzeria was a far cry from the culinary delight we had hoped it would be. We left with a bitter taste in our mouths, both literally and metaphorically. For a place that prides itself on serving the best pizza in town, the service, food quality, and overall experience were disappointingly lacking. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this establishment. The quest for the perfect pizza continues elsewhere.

Dirty & disgusting. The mushrooms on the combo pizza smelled old and were extra slimy. But more disgusting than the pizza was the restaurant. It was extremely dirty. I wiped the table down with my own sanitizing wipe upon arrival and it was black with dirt. Everything on the table (napkin holder, parmesan cheese, etc.) looked like it hadn't been wiped down in weeks. The bathroom was very dirty and it wasn't because the employees weren't aware... I went in right after an employee came out. When we arrived I overheard employees complaining about the person on the prior shift not cleaning anything, well, I didn't see any of the employees lift a finger to clean anything while I was there. And they had no quarters for the arcade games....I don't know how this place is even open.

If you want to wait for 2 hours and get the wrong order, or NO order.... this is the spot for you. We have lived in Gardnerville all of our lives, Graduated Douglas high 1989. We have given this place chance after chance.....the knots r good... Only one time in 2 years has the order been right. (6 orders) "Can't do a refund on a card until Monday sir..." "We aren't that busy, we can get your order to you in an hour...maybe a little longer.." Not even an apology.....just no order 2 hours after calling in an order..... Today was the last straw. Folks need to know.....skip it if you want to eat. Domino has really stepped up the game, roundtable is the best around ....

This place has improved so much since the new owner took over. The food is fresh and served warm which wasn't always the case before. The taste has also improved. It's our go to pizza spot now. We love that the brewery is right next door and both businesses work so we'll together! Pizza and beer?!? Yes please! Pizza factory stuff will deliver to the brewery if you let them know and brewery staff doesn't mind people bringing pizza over. Smart business! The breadsticks are soooo yummy! They no longer have video games, they replaced them with board games and other tabletop activities which I like better! I think the dining room could use more decore or ambiance but that's just my opinion.

The girl behind the counter was friendly. While waiting for our pizza I noticed that the floors were really dirty with food everywhere and the trash cans were extremely filthy like they hadn't been cleaned in a few days. I am a business owner and completely understand that sometimes we can get rushes of busy moments. However it was not busy at this time and there was only 1 other couple in there and the girl behind the counter was just standing there sipping her drink playing with her hair and chatting it up with the other employees. I would not be happy if I was the owner and happened to walk in and see the place in such disarray and my employees just standing around chatting it up.

Horrible sandwich. Burnt, very little sauce, flavorless. Steff meh.

It's just sad. A pizza place next to a really great little brewery. Could be a perfect match. Problem is this place is run by kids that seem to be in way over there head. Took over an hour to get our pizza. 1 pizza. Ordered wings to but they dropped them ,they said at about the hour and 20 min. mark. So sad. Love me some pizza and beer. Just saying.

This is probably the worst service I've received at a restaurant all year. Angela was too busy to take our order and walked away in the middle of me asking a question. The two young girls sat in the back talking about boys for 30 minutes while myself and 4 other people waited for our orders. When I asked about my order after waiting 30 minutes, I was told they had to make my order and it would be ready in 6 minutes. Well, here I sit 15 minutes later waiting for 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. Needless to say, I will never be back.

Not a bad pizza, but not the best one too. Waiting time a little too long.
