I've really never had a problem at this place but today the Latin women who took my order wS beyond rude. Yelled at me through the speaker and kept saying what. Then when I came to the window she took my money and slammed the window. I asked her for extra sauce and she denied it. I told her I never had a problem when asking for extra sauce. She said today we do because we on low budget. If you work in customer service I recommend you learn how to speak to people first.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They constantly mess the orders up and they STILL aren’t open inside…drive through only, so it’s always a ridiculously long wait for “fast” food. Here’s what we got tonight: ordered a cheese quesadilla. Well, instead we got a chicken quesadilla, with a few sprinkles of unmelted cheese, and a gallon of sauce…and not even cut. A HALF HOUR wait! And still screwed the order up. Never going back.

Was told we had to use the kiosk. First time having to use one. I was the only one inside the store. It took about 15 minutes to get my food. The manager I assume was taking food temperature. Just putting the probe into the food bins and not wiping it off before putting in another bin. Someone ordered after I was there. Sign said must have exact change. The girl did not and had to donate the extra. The food was not very good.

If you actually get out of your car and go inside please go in with low expectations. They have a new system of ordering and there is zero indication that you have to order at the kiosk if you stand at the register they will completely ignore the fact that you’re there. If you have a question then you’re outta luck. We finally were told by a fellow customer that we needed to order at the kiosk which we did. We wanted to pay cash so we waited yet again for some kind of service so we could pay and found out the order wouldn’t go into the queue until after we paid which took forever. All of this is going on inside while car after car is being serviced through the drive through. If you go inside you wait 25-30 minutes (which is what it ended up being for us) NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!

This location is overcharging for the items on their menu. This can only happen with the consent of the owners or high-level management. Deceptive, unethical and illegal. Beware. I ordered 2 items from their $2 menu and was charged an extra dollar. The tax can't possibly be that high, so I asked why I was being charged an extra dollar. I spoke to a manager who said that I had actually been charged $2.29 for each of the items on their $2 menu. They refunded me $.50, but I'm going to have difficulty trusting this location again.

Fast-food restaurants with little-to-no customer service is pretty much the norm now. Went inside to order and waited more than 20 minutes for our order (totaling 5 items) while the drive-thru vehicles kept wizzing through.

I moved here for about 3 years now. I will NEVER waste my money on this franchise again. My husband bought me a burrito grande and a taco supreme both asked for extra sour cream and extra cheese. How sad is it, that I have to order extra? Not only did I not get what I ordered but there was Zero sour cream and yet, again VERY little cheese. I had to throw both away. The burrito was inedible! I didn’t even try the taco supreme cause I had asked for flour. I received corn. I have eaten here five times, never has it been good or edible. Quite honestly it tasted like someone had drug my burrito on the ground. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Literally is the WORST TACO BELL EVER, all time!

Awful every time. It's a 50/50 shot if they're even open during lunch. Half the time they have an OPEN sign flashing and you park your car, take the effort to walk up to the door and there's a note with tiny lettering on it that says lobby closed. This happens quite often, the line is wrapped around the block and easily takes a half hour to get through the line. Don't go here for lunch it's a waste of time, use your time more wisely and go somewhere else.

Don't allow you to dine in. Got 3 tacos. Every single one of my taco shells were crushed. They need better management and employees

I work in Gardnerville/Minden all the time. I drive a vehicle that is way to big to fit through the drive thru at this location. The dine in is always closed for staffing issues. As I arrived today I found no one in the drive thru and was told I could not give an order to them at the door and they aren't allowed to take walk ups at the drive thru. I will not come back to this location as this is not a CDL friendly location and the inside is always closed. Been like this since around June 2022.

The bottom photo is the menu display of the double chalupa and the top photo is what I was served. I am NOT impressed! When these first appeared, in 2017, I ordered one and it looked EXACTLY like the menu photo. It was so stuffed I couldn't even pick ut up! First Taco Bell takes of some of their most fan fave items off and now THIS?! #Tacobellsucks

The food is fine. Actually one of the better taco bells I've been to but they are slow af. They never have the dining room open during lunch hours so you have to waste gas sitting in the drive thru. I order online to save time and it makes no difference. They need to do better

Ordered 2 chicken chalupa meal comes with one hard shell taco and a soda. The chalupa bread was dry and crunchy the tomatoeswere soft and bitter! Was unable to eat it, so I tried the hard shell taco, and it was worse, the shell was stale and tasted like old oil, the meat smelled like wet dog food. At least the soda was cold! The elderly lady in the window only stated my bill amount frowning the whole time never spoke other than that. The young man with her was full of positivity and energy seemed very sweet.

Most Taco bells run between three and four stars because it's American fast food with Mexican terminology. The Gardnerville Taco Bell is up there in food quality and the staff is so friendly and helpful and they're always happy to see you at the drive up window. Nice folks, even when way understaffed. When a lot of other places were closed during the plague, they did their best to stay open. I prefer going there versus any other fast food south of Carson City. They don't act like they're doing you a favor to sell you food like a certain Taco Bell down in Inyo County.

Service was great, large order and they got it done pretty quick. After eating food I remember why I don’t eat Taco Bell.

I'm so tired of getting an order here, and having to go back because they forgot something. One day the guy gave me like two dollars change, and owed me twelve bucks and change. I like the food, but it's the worse place around for service

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Drive thru only because they never unlock the doors and they're constantly getting your order wrong. Check your order before you leave the window and make sure it's right. The locals do this and that's why the drive thru line is always so long.

  • 1/5 Guilherme M. 9 months ago on Google
They’re the worst Taco Bell ever, they don’t care about costumers and how long you’re gonna be waiting, without information about your order, giving wrong food ordered, and coming to you to say they don’t have steak, large cup or whatever. Whatever you do, don’t buy from this store, they have to do something, it’s horrible.

My husband and I arrived to pick up 2 door dash deliveries, I'm familiar with this location as a dasher and a regular customer, knowing the lobby is always locked we went through the drive through, as usual we stopped at the order screen/speaker and told the staff we were doordash and gave her Both order names and went to the window, we were given the 1st order but told the 2nd order wasn't ready and asked to wait out front, we did thinking someone would bring it out when done. We waited several minutes before deciding to go back to the window and check again, since we had already notifed staff and were told by said staff to wait out front I didnt think there would be a need to stop at the speaker again since they already knew we were there waiting. As we were waiting behind the only other car there to come up to the window the girl at the drive thru saw us and said turned saying something to an older guy on shift, turned out this was their manager Steven, as we pulled up we saw the order we'd been waiting for bagged and waiting on the warmer. Steven stomps over shoves open the window and proceeds to immediately go off on a rant at us yelling 'you guys have to stop at the speaker and tell us when youre here! you don't just drive straight up here! you need to stop at the speaker and tell us what you're picking up so we have time to get the order ready!", again the order was already ready and waiting, then walks away before we could explain or even say anything, and without giving us the order! The girl taking the orders, who told us to wait out front in the 1st place, handed it to us. Stevens behaviour was totally uncalled for and raising his voice to a customer is completely unacceptable! If you can't handle mobile orders And your drive through maybe just focus on drive thru til you get the hang of things.

Every time I go here my order is incorrect. Never fails. I ask for items to not be put on or I put additional items on and its all messed up. Horrible.

Chalupa shells were completely hard and stale and meat was old tasting. Crunch wrap was sloppily thrown together, not closed up. Half of it was cold. Some of the lettuce had a funky taste.

Ordered 4 chicken taco and 2 cheese roll up and got 2 taco supremes for $13.00. Tried to call 3 times and no one answers. Can’t go inside so I guess we eat what we got. Hope someone enjoyed our lunch!

Drive thru experience started out ok, other than I was 12th in line at 630pm and waited over 20 minutes to place my $38.00 order. The girl at the window was pleasant enough until I checked my bag, and was missing both ie: meaning (2) cinnamon twists, she asked what the problem was, I told her at that point A guy in a jacket came thru from outside past her, she handed him the receipt, he asked me what it was I wanted? I said my cinnamon twists please I ordered 2 didn't even get 1. He scanned my receipt and said you only paid for 1? The receipt showed 2 but in different places I was ordering for different people plus I added an extra dollar as a donation there was pen mark by 1 of the twist orders, I told the guy, I wasn't even given 1, he said ok whatever I will give you 2. He was TRYING to appease me. The girl was snarky and rude after that, very condescending. I wasn't given the sauce I asked for when I checked the bag, she said were out of hot, so I said mild, were out of mild!! Really? This is Taco 🔔 Bell? Are you sure? Not really, not in Gardnerville. Get with it.

Customer service sucked big time. Was rushed through my order and the person at the window seemed annoyed I was even there.

They need to do something about the late night guy. Our fiesta potatos had no cheese. And no fork to eat them with anyways. We didnt onr of our burrito, and 2 of the other 3 burritos were the wrong one. Very tired of the long waits for the wrong product at night. Day crew is wonderful. Whoever is working right now needs assistance or replaced.

The workers they mess up my order every time, you job isn’t that difficult a 2 year old could do a better job. I go in place an order in side the store and they screw it up all the time, when I order online and go pick it up. When ordering food for this establishment have extremely low expectations on your order being correct. They should hire people that actually care to do their job right

Not bad, not great. Even though there were few people inside, we had a long wait. But there were only three employees handling the drive through, cooking and covering the counter.

We all know Taco Bell, quick, cheap, and good. Drive-through line can get pretty backed up during lunch time.

It's Taco Bell however the good thing is you have Caucasian and other ethnicities but they all speak perfect English so you're not going to have an issue ordering.

Terrible experience with Angie, the manager! Yesterday afternoon I took my elderly parents for a late lunch after my dad's doctor appointment at the VA (across the street). My parents hadn't gone to this Taco Bell in a while because they don't take your order in person, just on the touch screen self-order thing. My parents won't use one of those but I figured I'd help them. My mother asked the young man at the register if they would take our order in person. He said we would have to use the touch screen but that he would help her use it. He was very nice and polite. Part way through showing my mother how to use it, the manager came out and chewed on the young man for helping us. She then looked at me and said, "if you don't want to use the touch screen, then you should have used the drive thru". I was shocked and said we could just leave and go somewhere else. She replied, "that's fine too" and stomped off! I asked the nice young man who that lady was and he said Angie. I later learned she's the manager! I will never go to this Taco Bell again. Unbelievable!

The food was OK, I had the Chipotle chalupa., 2 tacos. and a soda. The problem was I was at a Mexican food place and there were no tortillas to male a burrito. THAT is why I stopped there, to get a BURRITO! Obviously, poor managment.

  • 5/5 Brianna C. 2 years ago on Google
they had to “go vegan” for the night, not a problem at all! staff was super kind even with the set back of meats. tried a chalupa with rice instead and it was super good! big thanks to the two from tonight, made it a fast and easy experience.
