Everything was great! My baby was spayed on Feb 24. The incision is stitched up so nice and clean , nice staff and the extra services was so nice ! Only reason I did not put 5 stars was because my cat peed in the carrier before it was given to me which means she rode the whole ride in pee. Wish they would of at least changed the newspaper out. Other than that it was wonderful.

Very thankful for Spay Now! Our regular vet quoted us over $2500 for surgery on our cat...a friend mentioned Spay Now so I reached out to them, and they did the surgery for $700! They took great care of him and even kept him overnight for observation at no additional cost. It's been almost 3 weeks since he had surgery, the incision is healing up nicely and he is able to bear weight on his leg again. Would recommend!

My experience at the animal surgery clinic in Maryland was straightforward and reassuring. Taking my cat in for a procedure for the first time, the staff guided me through the process meticulously, providing clear explanations every step of the way. The transparency in pricing was also commendable; I had already reviewed their website and knew what to expect, making the financial aspect stress-free. Overall, it was a positive experience knowing my pet was in capable hands with a clinic that values communication and transparency.

Spay Now saved my puppy’s tail and it was cost affordable. My vet wanted $1200 to amputate her tail and I didn’t even pay half of that at Spay Now. They had a follow up appointment and everything was perfect. The front desk staff was fantastic. They answered all my 87 questions and took the best care of my dog.

I was referred to Spay Now Laurel by an Emergency Vet. My cat (Jasper) had to get abdominal surgery after swallowing a cat toy. Spay Now took him in on short notice and at a much more affordable cost than the Emergency Vet. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. It has been 24 hours since Jasper's surgery and so far, he's recovering like a champ!

My experience with Spay Now has always been phenomenal! This is my third time here and each time I've been more and more impressed. I haven't been here since the pandemic. But parking the cars on the side was a brilliant idea especially since my dog isn't the best around other animals. But the staff has always been great and very helpful and understanding.

First time at there.but i am so happy to take my dog 🐕 to spaying. They did great job with her. Peoples are very professional i get there at 8;30 am and by 10;30am they call me to left me know that my dog was ready for pick-up i came little late but a soon i get there they bring my dog paper work and I was ready to go home 🏡. This place does not provide services for free. If you have strays that need spaying/neutering, go through a rescue to see if the rescue can help out with expenses and/or trapping. This info should save you from waiting forever to receive a return call. This place is great at spaying and neutering. That's about all I know. In and out. Older animals need bloodwork first. Don't call here for emergencies. If you call, you can only leave a message (as of 12/2022). Thankfully these past two - three months, they have gotten better at responding to voicemail. However, it still takes about 3 to 4 days for them to call back. At the beginning of the year, they never called back and I would have to try and catch them at their one hour window of picking up calls that is around noon. But end of this year, they don't even do that anymore. At least they return calls now. This place is very popular and is the only place around DMV that offers affordable spaying/neutering services + vaccines and removal of overgrowth skin mass. They are swamped with people always calling them. I always go there to schedule appointments because it's easier to wait in line to talk to them. I had a cat and three dogs fixed here. I plan to schedule two dogs for dental work. After spaying/neutering, dogs need a cone and cats don't need one. There is usually one-two ladies at front desk. One of them speaks very forwardly. I have conversed with her a few times and heard her interacting with other customers. Through my interaction, she does actually care. It's just the way she speaks that comes off as rude. Because of COVID, a lot vets are short staffed and a lot of people moved out of the vet career. So in all honesty, she does her job perfectly fine. Edit: grammer

Our furry family members are precious to us and we want to make sure they get the best care. Spay Now did not disappoint. From my first inquiry about their services, and they were very responsive and friendly, and answered all my questions. After my dog surgery, I had questions the next day. I emailed and received an answer very quickly from the veterinarian. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl. She is getting better every day.

Working through Laurel Cats, Spay Now has been assisting us in getting our feral cat community spayed/neutered. I’ve taken 2 cats there and have had positive results. The cats were returned in good health and the staff has been very friendly and caring. Great job!

Wonderful friendly staff. I have brought all 3 of my dogs here for dental cleaning several times.The wait is very long for a dental appointment but it's well worth it and the fee for the dental cleaning is quite reasonable when compared with other quality facilities. The staff is helpful and its evident how much they care for the pets entrusted to them. I recommend this facility and will continue to patronize it.

The surgeon did a great job on my dog. He is alive and well. The staff was amazing and they answered every questions or any concerns I had with pure honesty. They might be two hours away from me, but they are worth the drive. Thank you so much I will be coming back!

Have used this clinic three times over many years for spay/neuter services. Although the wait can be long for an appointment (recommend getting on the list as soon as you get a new kitten or puppy!!), it’s well worth it. Highly professional and caring staff; clean facilities; great price. Thanks again!!

I am so thankful that the Pet ER of Columbia referred us to Spay Now. My cat ate a foot long string and needed an emergency linear foriegn body removal. If I would have had the surgery at the original place it would have cost us 5k due to it being a 24 hour clinic. Thankfully Spay Now was able to take us same day and did the surgery for $755!! Huge difference in cost which we appreciated after already spending several thousands in diagnostics. I mention the cost to show this place is affordable but also provides quality care! The surgery took less than an hour and Dr. Lewis called me immediately to let me know the surgery went well. I remember crying tears of relief and was so grateful for that call. I was able to email them questions after the surgery and Dr. Lewis (the surgeon) replied quickly, compassionately and gave pertinent information. I am so grateful for Dr. Lewis and her team for taking care of my furbaby and cannot recommend this place enough. This place is truly amazing. I can happily say my cat has fully recovered and we are a string free household now

This place is truly incredible. My cat swallowed a hair tie on a Thursday night, Friday we went to the emergency vet and got X-rays done and the emergency vet quoted us $5000 for the surgery to remove the hair tie. They also recommend Spay Now for a cheaper alternative and I’m so glad they did. I called Spay Now on Monday morning and they were able to get me in for surgery just a few hours later for only $755!!! These folks are true miracle workers and the lack of price certainly doesn’t seem to mean lack of care or attention. Everyone was extremely nice and thorough in explaining the process and aftercare information. If your pet needs surgery, Spay Now is truly an incredible organization full of miracle workers.

i will admit, i was a little sketched out at first based on the pricing, but they got my baby in 2 weeks after the initial call, fast forward to getting there, i was worried because there was a LINE just to get in, got checked in and left my girl midnight with them, a couple hours later they called, said the surgery went well and we could come get her soon! This place is AWESOME, fast, accurate and affordable. They actually care about the animals after discharge too, they told us if we had any issues to reach out, we had 2 issues within the last 3 days (not there fault at all!!!) we sent them an email and got a response back within the hour. I would recommend this place to any and everyone who needs an affordable option. They will take amazing care of your babies, the whole process was nothing but smooth sailing, and they dont have any “hidden fees” either!! Thank you so much team!! My buddy Zeus developed stones in his bladder. The fear was the stones would move to his urethra and block his ability to urinate. He required surgery to save his life. Spay Now performed a successful surgery and now my buddy is recovering just fine. The staff at Spay Now were GREAT! My dog was in need of a tail amputation and my vet wanted $1,000+, I got some recommendations from others and after calling many veterinary offices, most places wanted up to $2,000. Several people recommended spay now. I called on Monday and Tuesday he was in for surgery. $400!! And they are the kindest people and took great care of my baby. I’m already recommending them to anyone who asks about a affordable option for simple surgery.

I am so grateful for the low cost, high quality services that Spay Now provides. I had my toy breed dog spayed yesterday and everything went smoothly. The wait for check-in was not as long as I expected and the staff was friendly and helpful. Most important, my dog did very well. Her attitude and energy were brighter than I expected after anasthesia and her incision looks great. I have used Spay Now's surgical services in the past and I will do so again, if needed. My only complaint is that getting through by phone can require multiple attempts.

This is my second visit to Spay Now in Laurel. Dr. Lewis is awesome! Always answers my questions and has been so honest and upfront about cost estimates and needed treatments. The staff is so friendly, helpful and efficient. My fur baby did great with her spay last year and dental this year. The cost is much more affordable than my local vet. I am so glad they were recommended to me and I highly recommend them.

The ladies in the front were wonderful to deal with from beginning to end! They did an amazing job explaining everything very well and throughly. The doctor executed our dogs surgery flawlessly and took great care of him. Their team reassured us that he would be fed and taken care of overnight so we wouldn’t have to worry about anything happening. Their price is well below anywhere else we looked to get our dogs eye removed and we didn’t have to sacrifice the quality of anything for it. We will definitely return here for any of our needs in the future.

This establishment is fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional. My dog always comes away fine and unharmed. You cannot get better vets who know how to clean dogs' teeth. My dog is great immediately following dental cleanings, her nails are trimmed--looks like excellent nail grinding--(impossible to do without two people and it's a chihuahua) and I highly recommend them. Excellent work! Clean environment.

The front staff is very friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable. They called me when my fur babies were ready for pick up and gave me post op care instructions. I called in October for spay and neuter and received both appts in December.

I have used Spay Now Laurel for 4 of my dogs and have been very pleased with their work and affordability. They are very knowledgeable and we’re amazingly kind to both me and my cat. They answered every question thoroughly and treated my fur baby like she was theirs. They did a great job with my coco. He had his neuter surgery done here, everything went well and it healed beautifully. I will note that they lost my dogs leash and give it to someone else. As compensation they refunded me for the e collar I purchased, so I’m satisfied.

This place this amazing! Not only did they do a fanatic job on our 13 year old lab, they saved us several thousands of dollars because our vet quoted much more for the exact same procedure. Just a warning that drop off took much longer than an expected but it was all worth it in the end!

This place was awesome! They accommodated us within 2 days for a surgery that my dog really needed and at a super affordable price. The staff is on time, courteous, organized, and they really take the time to get to know you and your pet. They give you so much information and make sure you know what’s going on before you leave your pet with them. My dog Chico is still in his 2 week recovery period for his bladder stone removal, but he’s doing fine, his sutures are dissolving nicely, and he’s starting to get back to his old self. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My dog's procedure went very well without complications. They explained what they did during the procedure as well as the care instructions for my dog when he got home. I would definitely recommend especially since their prices are so much more affordable than my local vet. The only draw back was the check-in process. There were so many cats/dogs waiting with their owners in the lobby area at one time. It was just a little chaotic and could be improved upon.

Very happy with my cat's dental with extractions done Oct 2022. Basic, no fuss services and friendly staff. Got a nice follow-up call to check on my cat the next morning. Super reasonable prices compared to regular veterinarians! Only drawback is the 3-months wait list, so plan ahead and schedule ahead!

This was a very good experience! I was really scared for my cat to go through his dental procedure, but spay now made me feel confident and calm about the process. They called me before they started working which I really liked. The veterinarian let me know in detail what was going on with his teeth and they helped them to their best ability.(which was taking all unhealthy teeth out. This was also very pocket friendly $550 for 6 teeth plus medicine. With all that being said they were awesome!

I found a feral kitten with open compound fractures in one of her arms. The surgery was too extensive for my vet to accomplish and they recommended Spay Now for affordable and fast care. Spay Now was able to take her in the following day for an emergency amputation and I was able to take her home the same day. She was also spayed and received all her shots for considerably cheaper than an emergency vet in my area. The little girl is now recovering at home and seems to be in good spirits. I am so happy Spay Now is here. My first experience with them was a few years ago some neighbor shot my cat and my vet listed the number of hoops we'd have to go through before they'd remove it. We were so stressed but spay now made the decision to have her leg removed EASY and AFFORDABLE! Three years later and she is a happy, fluffy, rabbit chasing, mouse catching kitty. Our second experience with them was just this week with a mass removal from our dog. Something again our same vet wanted us to jump through hoops for before they were willing to even advise what to do. I took our dog there and 20 minutes later to they came out with a detailed estimate and we knew to say yes. To give comparison I can't even walk in my vets door for less than $100 - no joke. Appointments here(at the time of this comment) is only $30 The staff is quick, friendly, caring more than any other staff I've ever encountered.

I can’t tell you how BLESSED I was to find Spay Now. I called so many vets trying to get My dog in for a colon blockage because she ate a small stuffed animal. I had my puppy spayed with Spay Now through her adoption rescue. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The process for completing the documentation ahead of time was convenient and easy. They opened on time and check in was fast. During surgery Dr. Lewis discovered that my baby had a rare genetic condition and called me right after the surgery to let me know and explain the condition. They also trimmed her nails and cleaned her ears. The staff called to let me know when she would be ready to go home and go over the post operative care. Pick up was easy and organized. I received a follow up email from Dr Lewis the next day asking how my puppy was doing and further explaining her condition. I am very pleased with Spay Now and their services!

My mini-schnauzer Vinny and I were in urgent need of having him get NONdissolvable bladder stones removed, so he needed a Cystotomy done. I live in Mass, and there were no vet clinics who would do the surgery. The response from many was that the surgeon was booked until April (I was frantically looking mid-February).
