We
are
a
family
of
6
and
we
have
been
fighting
lice
for
ages.
We've
tried
just
about
every
OTC
lice
treatment
-
"natural"
treatments,
harsh
chemicals,
$8
bottles
of
basically
salt
water,
etc.
Some
work
better
than
others,
but
all
of
them
involved
hours
of
combing
and
we
were
never
able
to
get
rid
of
them
completely.
I
finally
couldn't
stand
it
anymore
and
decided
to
call
in
the
professionals.
I
had
no
idea
which
one
to
choose,
so
I
checked
out
all
of
the
websites
for
the
ones
in
our
area.
The
first
thing
I
looked
for
was
guaranteed
results.
That
narrowed
it
down
to
two.
Then
I
looked
at
price.
Headlice
911
charges
by
the
head;
the
other
one
charges
by
the
hour.
I
calculated
how
much
it
would
cost.
assuming
everyone
in
the
family
had
lice,
which
was
easy
with
HeadLice911,
but
I
had
to
guesstimate
how
long
it
would
take
for
the
other
one.
I
was
almost
ready
to
go
with
the
other
company
because
it
seemed
less
expensive
when
I
saw
that
they
had
Better
Business
Bureau
complaints.
I
read
through
the
complaints
and
decided
that
it
was
a
company
I
didn't
want
to
use.
Then
I
looked
up
HeadLice911
and
there
were
zero
complaints.
I
contacted
HeadLice911
on
Saturday.
Annemieke
was
able
to
come
to
our
house
the
next
morning.
FTR,
the
website
doesn't
say
it,
but
she
said
in
the
Crofton
area,
they
do
all
in-home
treatments
now.
When
she
arrived,
she
had
everything
she
needed
and
since
it
was
a
nice
day,
she
asked
if
we
could
do
it
on
our
deck
because
the
outdoor
light
is
much
better.
We
started
on
the
deck
but
it
quickly
got
too
hot
in
the
sun,
so
we
went
into
the
yard
and
chased
the
shade
as
it
moved
around
the
yard.
She
was
very
thorough
and
spent
over
5
hours
with
us.
She
is
a
very
friendly,
interesting
person,
so
it
didn't
seem
like
it
was
as
long
as
it
was.
The
kids
sat
still
for
her
and
didn't
complain
a
bit,
which
is
the
complete
opposite
of
how
they
act
with
me.
It
is
expensive
-
all
of
the
lice
treatment
companies
are
-
but
when
I
think
of
all
the
time,
money
and
effort
I
spent
trying
to
fight
them
on
my
own
,
I
wish
I
had
called
HeadLice911
first.
It's
only
been
a
day
since
we
were
treated,
but
today
I
was
able
to
take
two
of
my
kids
for
much-needed
haircuts
without
having
to
worry
about
whether
they
would
find
lice.
I'm
still
paranoid
every
time
someone
scratches,
but
Annemieke
made
sure
to
remind
us
that
it's
the
allergic
reaction
to
the
lice
that
causes
the
itching,
and
not
the
lice
themselves
and
we
might
still
be
itchy
for
a
couple
of
days.
We
do
have
an
easy
(at
least
it
sounds
easy)
follow-up
treatment
plan,
just
to
be
absolutely
sure
there's
nothing
left.
I
hope
to
never
have
to
deal
with
lice
again,
but
if
they
ever
find
their
way
back
into
our
home,
I
will
call
HeadLice911
first!
