I’ve
been
using
this
as
my
primary
VA
source
of
treatment
for
several
years
and
have
not
been
disappointed.
Everything
has
not
been
perfect,
but
on
balance
it
is
hard
for
me
to
complain.
In
fact,
most
of
the
things
that
were
sub-optimal
had
more
to
do
with
the
VA
system
itself
rather
than
the
care
provided
by
staff
at
this
facility.
Moreover,
I
find
it
to
be
consistent
with
my
experiences
using
non-VA
healthcare
providers.
The
staff
at
this
facility
actually
spend
time
listening
to
me
about
any
concerns
I
have
in
a
way
that
far
exceeds
my
private
sector
experiences.
The
staff
at
this
facility
are
very
liberal
with
seeking
further
diagnosis
of
issues
or
providing
wrap
around
services/additional
testing
…much
better
than
the
private
sector!
The
area
where
they
underperform,
in
my
opinion,
is
phone
and
internet
communication.
They
are
pretty
bad
at
those.
That
said,
the
entire
VA
stinks
in
that
realm.
Communication
related
to
scheduling
and
follow-up
can
be
horrendous.
Again,
that
is
more
of
a
VA
system
thing
than
something
unique
to
this
facility.
