    I have received two statements from my insurance company for care provided at this clinic. I have never been to this clinic. In fact, I'm not even a veteran. I am not surprised based on what I've read about the VA and family members negative experiences. I will be filing a complaint with the Inspector General for fraud.

    First time visit to aVA facility in a long time. Friendly staff... Doctor talks behind my back about why am I visiting, calling my visit “suspicious” and “weird” during a conversation with nurse. How about this, Checking on treatment options of injuries that happened while on active duty. Next time how about keeping your unprofessional opinions to yourself. Feels like nothing has changed since I first visited the VA healthcare system, same horrible experience. Hmm Wonder why it gets such horrible reviews

    By far the best clinic i have ever had! They truly care about patients and are expedient and courteous. They were seriously concerned with my well being when i moved (and while i was there), they made sure that i was fully in contact with the regional hospital i was moving to. Basically what I'm trying to say is; i will never have the pleasure to be treated this well again.

    It is impossible to make an appointment! Online links are broken. I get 404 Page not found errors every time I try. I tried on couple of different days. Calling the number provided, I either keep getting busy signal, connection lost while I'm waiting or I keep getting transferred until connection is lost or people just hang up on you! Seriously!? How one should go about it? Does coming physically to the location will help? Or will I be told to call to make an appointment? Whoever answers the phone can politely explain where you are getting transferred to and why, wait if you have any questions, instead of saying "hold on" and off you go to the void again!

    with all the horror stories that i heard about dealing with the VA and the VA health system, I am shocked to say the least about how great of treatment i have received from this VA clinic. I am being seeing here by Dr. Faraz, and i can't say enough how grateful i am to her and the entire staff. Every single time that i called or sent a message i was treat with utmost respect, and the issue i call about gets resolve immediately! I want to emphasize on the fact the ENTIRE staff members (answering the phone, replying to my messages) that i had encounter with are amazing. Thank you for the five stars service! please continue the same level of assistance! Thank you for serving those who serve

    Long wait for appointments, only to have Dr not put in referrals she said she would. Additionally, notes for my appointments are factually incorrect, often the exact opposite of what was discussed. Attempted to contact the Patient Advocate, with no return calls.

    Came in at 0915 for walk in lab hours ordered by my PCP. Checked in at front desk, very nice and courteous. Then waited for 45 minutes watching FOUR (4) others check in after me and get called back for their blood work. On the fifth I threw up my hands and asked the lab tech what the heck? Was told she is taking this patient then that one then me...so SIX (6) folks AFTER I checked in? On my way out I asked the dude if he had an appointment, he said no. Horrible, horrible, horrible operations in the lab. Spend your time driving to another clinic it will be faster.

    I’ve been using this as my primary VA source of treatment for several years and have not been disappointed. Everything has not been perfect, but on balance it is hard for me to complain. In fact, most of the things that were sub-optimal had more to do with the VA system itself rather than the care provided by staff at this facility. Moreover, I find it to be consistent with my experiences using non-VA healthcare providers. The staff at this facility actually spend time listening to me about any concerns I have in a way that far exceeds my private sector experiences. The staff at this facility are very liberal with seeking further diagnosis of issues or providing wrap around services/additional testing …much better than the private sector! The area where they underperform, in my opinion, is phone and internet communication. They are pretty bad at those. That said, the entire VA stinks in that realm. Communication related to scheduling and follow-up can be horrendous. Again, that is more of a VA system thing than something unique to this facility.

    Called last week and the lady over the phone said I could come in-person for a walk-in and I asked to make sure it was okay due to COVID-19 and she said YES! I drive there in person at the parking lot and call again hoping for directions to the building and a different lady over the phone said due to COVID-19 they were not allowing people to walk-in for a VHIC photo - which was contradictory information from what I had been told just the previous week! And this lady was rude and refused to accept the blame of her coworker who gave me false information. Wasted my time due to TERRIBLE RECEPTIONISTS!!!

    Very slow......Not accurate when putting things in your record. Reluctant to help with presumed disabilities active from VA....Refuses to help out with Ssdi or SSI as a 100 percent disabled vet unemployable.

    Front desk woman needs more customer service training. Very sarcastic and not helpful. Instead of making him feel stupid , how about you tell him you want to help so let me get someone else who can help you. He’s going to go to a civilian doctor instead and pay out of pocket than to deal with this location again.

    This is what VA clinics should be. Everything about it works for veterans and their families. My wife and I were fed up with the attitude and dislike of veterans at the Glen Burnie Clinic, changed to the Ft. Meade Clinic, and we could not be more pleased with the change. This clinic is very pro-active in reaching out to veterans and following up after a visit. The Ft. Meade Clinic is great! After months using the VA Health system in general and the VA Clinic specifically, my wife and I could not be more impressed or pleased. Everyone has been a professional and have provided the best possible medical care. This is world class health care!

    This was my first personal experience with care at a VA facility. I was seen on time, and Marie took my vitals and gathered all the initial information to get me into the system. Marie radiated joy and set the tone for the visit. She escorted me to the exam room, and Dr. Kent saw me in short order. Dr. Kent listened to my concerns and asked appropriate questions to devise a plan of care. I was impressed with every aspect of my visit and will definitely continue to use this VA facility for primary care.
