The doctors take time to listen to my questions and have given me tools to use at home to help me get back to my best self.

So here’s part of my experience, I first came to Multi-Specialty in 2018 and they were very kind and respectful during my healing process. That’s why I came back in 2022 for physical therapy because of how amazing they were! The genuine feeling to care for another is rare. Yes people may say “it’s their job” however, I’ve never got any bad vibes or negative energy from them EVER! I’ll be back to visit soon! I love and appreciate everyone in that office 🫶🏽

Began coming to Multi-Specialty after a car accident and cannot speak highly enough about their staff and services! I've received great care from Dr. Kim and Chelsea throughout my treatments, and Bekah and Melissa are always so friendly and helpful at the front desk.

My experience at therapy has been excellent. Overall I can say great customer service from the ladies at the front desk to the therapist in the back and doctor. The person who really stood out for me is Chelsea she has been a big help to my recovery. Her disposition,attention and attitude has been amazing from the moment I started. I feel like she really cares about my well-being. I really want her to get the recognition she deserves. Overall my experience has been great.

I've never been to a place where you go for treatment to get better and the nicest people in the office with the most upbeat disposition are the people who check you in but dare not go any further you'll never know what you're going to get Dr.Lyon and Dr.Kim are awesome beware of the roughness you receive if you have to do stim therapy your bound to receive any kind of treatment and I don't mean the good kind either.
