Great visit at optometry Diana was wonderful and professional and did a great job and so did Dr. Seth. I felt good after leaving that my eyes were in good condition and walked out with a new pair of glasses

Nice medium size center, with a good location. If you don't need a large "hub" center, this one near Sliver Spring / Calverton, MD. is a nice choice. Special mentions to: Dr. Vadlakonda- Internal Medicine, Shae in the lab, David Moses running the Pharmacy. Be healthy and thrive!

Made me wait over 40 minutes when I had an appointment and checked in 10 minutes early, and still never called me. They took 8 other people who came on after me. I had to go to desk and demand that my glasses were given to me. I am taking them to another location to get them fitted correctly. They also did not give cleaning cloth. Absolutely terrible service!!!

The radiology tech I saw for a mammogram was very rough and somewhat brash…. I really wish my insurance was through a different company. The staff (not physicians)are always rude and in a hurry especially when you have an appointment towards the end of the day. If they don’t like those appointment time slots, then don’t make them available for booking . I am sure they are trained to know that body language speaks louder than words…… if you don’t want to provide the service then let someone else who wants to, do it.

I’m thinking about switching from Kaiser. There are absolutely never any available appointments in a decent amount of time. They can never have your paperwork filled out in a decent amount of time. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’m disappointed in how they do things especially at this particular Kaiser.

A very sweet and very professional young lady by the name of Kira Romero helped me and my mother today at the pharmacy. She interpreted for my mother in Spanish everything that we needed to know about picking up her prescriptions. Not only did she exceed in great customer service, but she also made us feel like this is the only pharmacy to go to for all our future medication pick ups. She made us feel very happy with our visit to the Kaiser pharmacy at the silver spring location. Thank you Kira!

I used the optical department and loved my doctor. I received help with choosing frames, which was helpful since I was alone. The finished glasses only took 3 days!

Dr. Nair is professional and friendly, caring, and compassionate. He is dedicated to the work with his patients. I am very pleased to have him as my behavioral health specialist at the Silver Spring Center.

I came here for a dislocated jaw. While I was listing symptoms I mention discomfort in my ear. The doctor would only looked in my ear and kept insisting that he couldn't find any issue. I realized he wasn't going to help me a left the building without checking out. My doctor at shady Grove immediately found the issue and gave me a referral but my condition is much worse because I came to here first instead. If you want a doctor to get paid for wasting your time while your condition gets worse come here. Other wise I heard they're opening a new shady Grove close by.

Quick same day appointment. Prompt service. Dr. Gourdin is the best. She listens anf understands.

I had a video appointment with a Physiatrist yesterday and I must say it was a great experience. I can't remember the last time I saw a Physiatrist. She made me feel very comfortable, a warm feeling almost. When you feel comfortable you are able to freely express yourself honestly.

I was able to go right in and get my Covid vaccine. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Shruti shah the phlebotomist Is doing a fantastic job she’s kind and efficient. I’ve gotten my blood drawn from her multiple times, each time I’ve left with a great experience!

You’ll only see the defects of Kaiser when you’re sick or recovering from surgery not when you’re healthy. Avoid them if possible as an insurance company. It is difficult to get appropriate care…so much red tape. Very frustrating!

Stay away from Kaiser if you can. The worst. Never tried so hard to get a human on the phone. Impossible. I had an outside physician attempt to call and she couldn’t get passéd their automated system and gave up. Anyone in the medical field rolls their eyes when you mention Kaiser.

My therapist was thoughtful and easy to understand and talk to. She is very attentive.

On Nov 4 2022 I saw Dr Shitta-Bey for the first time ... although I had a phone appointment previously. Today she looked at the list of things I needed to discuss. Addressed things that had to be done that day and ordered them. Went to the lab for tests and Radiology for X-rays and pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy. She was very nice and looking forward to seeing her again. She was very thorough... Knowledgeable... patient ... polite and kind.... efficient and had a nice way of answering questions. Also planned testing on November 6 2022 for Cat Scan of the Abdomen and Pelvis which was already done at Kensington Kaiser.

I’ve been a Kaiser Permanente member for about 30 years. The care my wife and I have received is second to none. The Silver Spring facility is a wonderful family clinic setting. Folks are friendly and go the extra mile. I showed up two hours late for an appointment at Gaithersburg. Even though they could not accommodate me there they found an opening at Silver Spring. The doctors, nurses and staff were wonderful. The fitted me in and now I’ll be able to start my long drive to Minnesota tomorrow.

Friendly, welcoming, very professional doctors and support staff. Dr.Gourdin is an excellent doctor. She listens and her actions are always in my best interest. She responds to my concerns when I share them. I am quite pleased with the service which I have been receiving at KP.

I was having a tough time battling health and physical issues which eventually started to take on emotions and mental health. I was so grateful that Lyndsey was available for my appointment. She was exactly the person I needed to talk to. I admire her patience and understanding. She also referred me to MR Kevin Holmes. I don’t even know where to start . He is amazing and very inspiring. After speaking with both , I woke looking forward to a beautiful day. It’s has been a long time. I definitely recommend Silver Spring Office of Kaiser and the Behavioral Health team.

New doctor at Kaiser, Dr Saad, she was extremely professional, friendly and thorough. Thx Also had a shingles and booster shot - the nurse was also friendly and I barely felt the needles. Finally had some lab work… I am that person - the one who breaks out in sweats and hyperventilates when blood is drawn…. I literally felt nothing. You all are wonderful. Thx!

Attended the Radiology Department today. Excellent front desk reception. Technician was pleasant. In and out within 25 minutes. Integrated Care is the BEST!!

Angelica was absolutely AMAZING!!! I did not even feel the needle go in at all for my blood work! Ahe was kind and courteous and put me at ease since I have a needle phobia. She was amazing!!! I love Kaiser Silverspring!!!! Their OBGYN department is the best, especially Dr. Stubin.

Since I have been taking my parents to their recent appointments I have noticed how kind everyone has been to them. It’s a concern of mine of how they are treated and every appointment I have taken them thus far they have been treated with kindness and respect!!! I would like to send a BIG THANK YOU to Trish P in Internal Medicine at the Silver Spring location who is AMAZING!!!! While waiting for my parents to be seen I watch how she treats my parents and other clients that come into the office with kindness and respect and has much patience for everybody! I also would like to send a BIG THANK YOU to the lady who checks you in for a mammogram. I regret that I didn’t get her name because she is/was also AMAZING. She was kind and patient with my mom and other patients that came to her booth! I thank all of you for having amazing customer service and making your patients and those who are watching feel welcomed!!! Thank You!!!

I have been a member of Kaiser Permanente for 4 years and have overall enjoyed being a member. My psychiatrist, Dr Nair, is incredible! However, I need testing for a possible ADHD diagnosis and Kaiser Permanente does not cover testing for adult ADD. I cannot believe that they don't cover it. I might have to leave Kaiser Permanente now that open enrollment is coming up because ADD testing is not covered, even though I think Dr Nair is a wonderful doctor and dread to think of changing doctors.

I love Kaisers in every possible sense and this is the best insurance and health care that I ever had. Very easy to schedule appointments, her prescriptions and view all the history in one place via the website or the smartphone app. Today, I had a routine eye examination which was a breeze thanks to the nurse and Dr. Khushboo Seth.

My experiences here are usually. Great. But lately it has been a pain a nightmare. The last time i was here they had me confused with someone else. Im 37 weeks pregnant confusing a 37 weeks pregnant lady is a very serious and dangerous mistake. They where asking if i was going to take vaccinations! I already had. Thats how I noticed they had the wrong patient. Today 11/23. They have no receptionist. No kiosk working. I get to the appointment, They told me go to Gladys at radiology to check in. When i get there, she said “huh, you need to go to mammogram. I already told the manager there, im not checking people in! I told him this morning, i can’t believe they sent you here!!! Incredible. She finally checked me in. When i get back the nurse said. You appointment was at 10:40. Well I’ve been here for over 20 minutes trying to figure out their mess.!!! They need some organization. Once again im 37 weeks. I cant be walking around and getting upset. Because they don’t know what they are doing. Ps. Im still waiting and is 11:30am Now the OBGs thats a different story. Mr. Stubin is the best.

Kaiser is the best service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Dr. Vadlakonda is very understanding, provides detailed instructions, and discusses what meds you will be taking. She is a total professional.

This review for Pharmacy, my mother’s Doctor gave prescription and we went to pharmacy, pharmacist told us medicine will be ready day after only, i couldn’t go day after so i sent to my sister with insurance and she asked for medicine and pharmacist told her which medicine? unbelievable! who asked medicine name in pharmacy since there already in system and when we have given patients information! They didn’t give medicine and you know what They still claimed bills and we had to pay :(

The Receptionist, Marilyn— was so kind, patient and brought a sense of calm the office. The nurse, Deon was funny and aided in me being relax and the star of the show Dr. Abraham Hebert had been my doctor for many years! I love how attentive she is and her demeanor shows she cares about her patients!

Dr. Thornton-Davis is the absolute BEST OB/GYN I COULD EVER ASK FOR AND HER ENTIRE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT. Dr. Thornton-Davis and her staff welcome you with open arms and provide comfort during the most exciting time of your life. Ms. Marilyn at the front desk is such a great Secretary as she provides answers for many concerns such as labs or ways to inform the doctors.

I have been using Kaiser for about eight years now and Silver Spring has always been the best location. I had a great help. Her name is Marilyn. She’s very sweet and always makes sure you are okay. Feels like home here lol

Ms. Marylin from OBGYN was super nice she checked us in upstairs in Internal Medicine. She was pleasant and kind. She also said if we need any assistance at anytime we can come look for her in OBGYN

My visit today with Dr. Woreta at the Silver Spring Clinic is another reminder of how important Doctor to patient relationship is. He is both professional and personal; and represents Kaiser Permanente at it’s best.

My visit at Kaiser with Doctor Simegne was excellent. I had a great reception at the front desk followed by a wonderful nurse who took my vitals and a great conversation about my health and well-being with Doctor Simegne who examined me. Thank you!!!
