Dr. Olive and our nurse, Kayla were delightful to work with during our visit. It's never fun to need to visit the urgent care, but they made us as comfortable as possible. We were seen quickly, everything was discussed with us in a way so we understood what was happening and when we could expect to receive follow up. Dr. Olive followed up with us the next day (earlier than promised) and again explained everything to help me understand next steps. A great experience overall!

HORRIBLE! NO PATIENT CARE AT ALL. Either I have a bad flu or COVID. Went around 5:00 on Monday. Two ladies went in before me, but the doors were locked though the posted hours say open 'til 8. There was someone inside but she ignored me, waving, knocking. I called, but voice-mail told me to hold for help then just went bleeep. The doors are peppered in signs but none said closed early, so I kept waiting, and knocking. Finally, a guy came to collect samples. They wouldn't let him in either. I saw he went around the building, so I followed him -- because there is a confusing sign that says please use other door. When I found the other door it said use the door I had been at. Finally that guy, who had gotten in, saw me and got some lady to come, and she told me they are closed. I said the sign says 8 pm and it wasn't even 5:30. She said they were "at capacity" whatever that means. She pointed to two paper sign on the door, claiming they notified of early closure. I may be sick, but I can still read, and neither said any such thing. Rude attitude and no care for the sick at this place.

The front desk was polite and helpful. The woman that walked me back to my room was so sweet and welcomed all of my questions while waiting for the doctor. Everyone was inviting and the doctor was awesome. I’d never been here and I thought that because the parking lot was empty maybe it was a sign to leave lol which was the complete opposite. My visit was short and thorough. I’d definitely go back if needed in the future!

I scheduled my visit for 830am today and arrived at 810. This was my 1st time here and the place is spacious and very clean. The front desk check in was quick. The doctor saw me promptly and was very nice! I was out by 9am. This place is #1 on my list! Excellent service!

This is my first time using this location and it was AMAZING. I was in and out within an hour. Starting from the front desk to the end of my visit it was Phenomenal. Also doctor name Schneller R was EXCELLENT. She treated me so well and actually listened to me. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone who needs urgent help in a decent amount of time. Patient First on laurel ft Meade rd sucks DO NOT go there if you need to be in and out. Please use this Adventist Health Care they are much much much much much better than Patient First.

I’m just leaving from this urgent care facility. The service was horrible. When I arrived you have a receptionist sitting at the front desk. She tells you to sign in at the patient kiosk. I asked her a question in regards to registration. She looked like I was describing her. And looked like she was ready to fall asleep. The so called physician assistant was not helpful at all. She walked in the room looked said a few words. And told me who she can refer me to. But I came to your facility. And you will bill my insurance company. This place needs to be over seen better. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this urgent care facility. They don’t care about anyone health. Just want to bill your insurance and be paid for doing nothing.

Please give your receptionist a raise! She was polite and provided overall excellent customer service. One of my highlights was when she asked me how to pronounce my name. Nobody ever asks. She followed up with "Well I wouldn't want get it wrong" That small gesture made me feel like I wasn't just another number walking through the door. The facility is clean and every person on staff I came in contact with was attentive and caring. I know urgent care is a grind, thank you for serving my community!

This was my first time at Patriot Urgent Care. I was greeted by helpful staff in a clean facility. The online check-in process was quick and seamless. I was placed in a room and vitals taken by a friendly nurse within 30 minutes as a walk-in, and then seen by a professional PA and back out the door with prescriptions in hand. Duration of visit was approximately 45 minutes. Great experience. Patriot will be my urgent care of choice in the future.

Went in three days ago with my 10 year old son. They weren't busy. Took us right back. I told them my son runing a fever ,sore throat, hard time breathing, he was weak, dizy,and nausea. Then I told him he had been exposed to RSV. They told me the don't do testing for RSV in house.they would have to send out for it. Wich they said theydid. they said flu and covid came back negative. They acted like I over reacted. It just a cold take some cough medicine he will be fine, said the doctor. Wait for the results he said. So for two day my son was getting worst fever wouldn't drop below 101 at his highest 103 he wouldn't eat. He didn't want to drink because of his sore throat. I got a call saying his covid test and flu were negative. what about the RSV test I ask the lady replied doctor never order a RSV test. I said what my son going to do? He is getting worst, what am I supposed to do? Lady then replied if it such a big deal why don't you take him to a hospital. Then hung up on me. At this point I am so mad. I can see red. I rushed my son to the hospital not only did he test positive for flu and RSV he had pneumonia and running a fever of 104. The doctor and the staff at this office dose not care about their patients. They lied to me. Made me feel like I was stupid for even bring him. I will never go back to them. Since they change there name and staff this has became one of the worst urgent cares ever.

I got in quickly. The history taking in registration went quickly. The staff was very personable and attentive. The doctor explained what she found. I prefer a doctor that is willing to say go home and get some rest instead of trying to get fancy shots or drugs or something. A simple country doctor with a lot of expertise behind them. That’s what I found at Patriot. Thanks guys. If I’m sick, I look forward to going back to you again.

I came to this urgent care and was out within 1 hour, the staff provided quality care quickly and were very professional. 10/10 Janneth and NP Olive in particular were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 experience I will be coming here again if needed.

I have been here many times when I cannot see my Doctor. Sometimes the wait time is long, sometimes it is short, depending on the time of day, and how many people are there. I appreciate how you can check online to see your expected wait time before you go. Staff is very friendly, caring and really listens to you to help facilitate an accurate diagnosis.Many times my visits have been quick and medicines called in right away. I definitely recommend this place for quality care.

I use to love this place it was my first choice before patient first always friendly docs and nurses always clean....today I come in and dirty rude receptionist and they took me into a room and it was never cleaned see pics this place has really gone down I will not be returning

Urgent Care Staff were considerate & professional; however, upon arrival, I used the restroom. It would have been helpful to have been asked by the receptionist or a note posted on the door as a reminder to "withhold from using bathroom until submitting urine specimen for lab work if possible." Having a shy bladder for 2-hours was my issue.

One lady had an appointment at 2 o’clock and it’s now almost five and hasn’t been seen. They also take forever to see patients and have no urgency for anything, isn’t this what this is, an urgent care? they do their own thing in the back while people have been waiting for hours. this is terrible service and they need to do better or just quit.

The Staff were amazing. Special thanks to my nurse. She was super nice, effective and efficient. The Physician was super cool. He was precise and I was out. Place is sparkling clean. There's parking too. Yes I highly recommend Patriot Urgent Care.

My overall experience was great. The women at the front desk were very polite and attentive. The doctor, herself, was amazing and answered all my questions. The nurses were great as well. Overall I have no complaint and would recommend them to anyone!

I came in for Covid testing. They confirmed I was positive. The nurse was skilled and took the sample quickly. The doctor was also excellent. He came in and explained my next steps. Everything took about 30 -40 minutes. I like this urgent care and I will return.

This is my preferred urgent care. I was diagnosed with covid here and I had a very positive experience. Last weekend I visited because I was having pain in my ear when I coughed or swallowed. The nursing attendant was awesome and very knowledgeable. The physician's assistant was also really good. It ended up that my ear had too much wax. The nurse flushed my ear with water and removed the wax. I then received a script for drops and I'm happy to say I don't have any more pain. I love this facility because you can book quickly, it's easy to check-in when you arrive, and the staff here are all friendly and excellent. I will continue to visit this location in Laurel for my urgent care needs.

I've been here multiple times in the past two months and service SUCKS. They open at 8am. Me and another person walked in and were the first people there. We both waited for two hours and never got seen. This happened the second time as well except I waited THREE hours. How am I the first person there and you're still making us wait THREE HOURS??

My visit was Thursday at 421pm From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by her eyes, because she didn’t have a mask on, but her voice was very welcoming. The young lady who brought me back to the examination room, was so graceful in giving me small talk that was engaging The MA was very thorough in her line of questioning which led to the practitioner He was also very thorough in his line of questioning Great bedside manner allowed me to speak, and answered with clarity This is my second visit to this location, and by far my best visit, and not to say that my first one wasn’t because it was a good visit this, however, was a great visit Thank you very much for being an option on Laurel

Repeat customer here, use this location when I can't get a same-day appointment with my primary doctor. Everyone is pleasant, efficient, helpful, and listens to what you describe. They ask thoughtful questions to gather more details for the doctors to consider/review. I used the appointment scheduler for the first time - great results! It made it easy to get checked in and be seen. I'll be back as needed!

It was nice to be able to make a appointment at a urgent care facility, we was taken back one time, the the waiting area was very nice and clean, the front desk lady was very professional and nice. We went back to see the doctor and was seen immediately the doctor and the nurse that was assisting was very knowledgeable and concerned. I would recommend Patriot, urgent care of Laurel to anyone.

The check in was fast and easy. Their estimated wait time was almost accurate. And the nurse (sorry that I forgot her name) was so amazing and caring and sweet!

I had to rush to Patirot for an emergency, they were kind enough to see me right away. They helped me through my medical issue with ease and quickly resolved it. This entire office is great with special attention to the customer's needs. Highly recommended.

Everyone was so nice and professional. The nurse that was helping me was so nice and helpful. Going to the doctors is not always a good thing. But will definitely look forward to visiting again if I need to.

I was able to see a better management system since last visit 6 months ago. The staff was friendly the nurse had bedside manners. The physician was quick he couldn’t do further testing on me since the facility doesn’t carry any type of imaging machine. But at least he offer me a solution to where to get it done.

The staff was friendly, informative, and polite ! My wait time was minimal in addition to the cleanliness, overall atmosphere and the children’s play room with a television with child friendly programming made the facility a stellar representation of what all Urgent Care facilities should replicate. Job well done.

Where do I begin? Overall, this was a terrible visit. I decided to come specifically to this urgent care facility, because the last time I went, I had a relatively positive experience. Unfortunately, this visit was not a professional or positive. Ultimately, I was there for almost 2 hours for a visit that could have been done in an hour. If there was going to be an extended wait time, I would’ve appreciated a heads up from someone at the front desk. This will be a long review, but I want to get into the nitty-gritty of everything. The issues started to arise when I was called back by a rather bratty nurse, who called me and two other patients. When I approached her, she told me that I had room number two and gave me directions to walk there by myself. I thought that was somewhat unprofessional. Once in the room, another nurse came in and took my vitals. She was fine. However, I was waiting in my room for over an hour and the doctor hadn’t come in. So I decided to pop out an ask the nurses for an approximation on the wait time. They all look shocked and confused and the same nurse who took my vitals, was then was cold and said I don’t know I can’t tell you. So I continue to wait, but I knew something wasn’t right. So I tried calling the front desk two times and on the third time I finally was able to speak with someone, who told me the doctor will be coming in about five minutes. When the doctor did come in, he was cold, distant, nor apologize for the wait. I then explained my issues to him. One of which he minimized and said he doesn’t see anything. The other he said he prescribe a prescription. Now he never told me that he be sending this prescription in electronically nor did he give me instructions on how to use this medication. Overall very unprofessional and will never go back.

Went with my son for a visit yesterday. Staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. The Physician assistant, RN, and PCT had great bedside manners. Urgent Center is very clean. This is our first time returning since the change in management. Will always recommend! Thank you.

I usually have great things to say about the place. Quick, efficient, and clean. But today I was highly disappointed. I am sick and am needing to be tested. According to the website it says that you guys close between 12-2 PM. I was under the impression that that meant you were closed from 12-2 for a lunch break which makes sense. Closing for the day does not. It causes you to lose business to other urgent cares in the area that ARE open. Do better please. I ended up having to go home because the other ones in the area have a 2-3 hour wait time. I have a feeling that some of those people are your usual patients. I had originally given three stars but now I've reduced it to 1. I was here before noon and you still were closed. This is the 2nd day in a row. I'm now having to wait elsewhere. If you need a demonstration of "high volume", I suggest you check out Patient First or these other clinics. THEY have a high patient volume and THEY aren't reneging on their service to the public that they're serving. THEY are stayng open. So at least I'll get help today. I might have to wait 3 hours (which I was willing to do with you) but now they'll get my money and everyone else's. SHAME ON YOU.

This was my first urgent care experience ever!! I can honestly the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a while. Friendly staff. Patient and genuine people. I was also in and out. Glad I found this place.

I was suffering from a severe hives breakout and did not know why. My insurance was not active and I couldn't see my PCP. The Patriot team happily assisted me with care and kindness. My triage nurse was great administering my meds and the doctor was patient and knowledgeable even without being experienced to my specific health history. Since then I have been able to see my PCP and I'm back to me again. I would happily allow the Patriot treat me again if I ever have or need an emergency treatment.
