First few times I have been here I had a good experience with getting my results and tested. This past time not so much. I got tested super easily but have yet to get any results and it has been 3 days. I was told 3 hours for my rapid test results. Nothing has been posted in my patient portal and they make it almost impossible to contact them. Left a message and still waiting for a reply…

The number of 5 star reviews is baffling. This place is a scam. They require you to pay your full detectable to receive and care. Even if you have a insurance copay for urgent care. Asked us to pay the remaining 200 dollars of our deductible plus 25 dollar copay for a antibiotics prescription. Went to a different urgent care provider payed only 25 dollar Absolute scam.

WORST PLACE EVER. Do not go here for anything, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The fact that the doctor looks up the identity of reviewers who voice their terrible experience at this establishment is MESSED UP. This prompts me to hide my identity due to unethical practices by this place. The doctor there is a very greedy man who only cares about how much money he can milk out of his patients. He does not care about the quality of care he provides, but only how much money he can make. Do NOT get a Covid test here. He will up charge you $75 EXTRA for a PCR test, he’ll force you to FaceTime him so he can charge your insurance for more money, and even if you don’t get your results he’ll charge your insurance for it. I literally had to dispute insurance claims due to the doctor charging me for services I NEVER RECIEVED. When I went there was only ONE worker outside with a line of cars. This place is so understaffed I feel bad for the staff who have to run around doing everything. Please save your money and do not come here! The doctor is greedy and unethical and is everything that is wrong with healthcare!

Just experienced the worse possible doctor visit of my life do not come here every again. have been coming here for the last year and half for Covid testing.. and up until now (5/12) I have had no issues until one day I decide to come in to be seen I loook absolutely horrible I do not feel good and they have me sitting here waiting for two hours.. because the thee two front desk girls don’t know anything and their “manager” boss is absent today. Finally they call my insurance and they let me be seen.. wait ANOTHER HOUR TO GET TESTED. still here waiting for what shouldve been a 30 min office visit. Absolutely hate this place now and will never ever come here again.

Physicians Now saw me within 2 hours of my looking for an appointment. Once I got there, they were very quick with registration, insurance, etc. and they tested me for Covid, Influenza A&B, and RSV while I was there - confirming I had influenza A and prescribing tamiflu - within 30 mins. As someone who is at higher risk, and needs this kind of urgent care, they were really helpful.

I have used this location multiple times for COVID tests and it has always been the best experience, not that having to take a COVID test is pleasant, but the team that works here is friendly, efficient and professional. The process is organized and streamlined and I have always been able to get an appointment and receive my results very quickly. Everyone that I have interacted with has always been so nice and friendly! I have used some other companies for testing and it has always been a hassle and more than once there have been problems with cancelled appointments, but not with Physicians Now. Also, the COVID testing is a drive-thru at Physicians Now, so no need to get out of your car. They even have same day PCR, which is a plus!

I have a best experience with the nurse practitioner and she was excellent and found out that my daughter has same birthday as her. She was very polite and understanding of what I needed to get refilled for my medicine and I wanted to thank her for being professional and taking care of me being a patient. Five stars .

Excellent, kind, prompt, and respectful staff. ⚠️Main building does not appear to be handicap accessible but I did not have enough time to throughly check⚠️ Lobby was clean and well maintained. The triage and exam rooms are a little cramped but doable. They were extremely patient with my daughter and myself. Even after my little trooper vomited in the lobby :’( Not to mention that I had no access issues with my service dog being there. After our visit was finished, I welcomed the staff to say “hello” seeing as they were very professional and appropriate with him. Thank you everyone at Physicians Now for the amazing care and respect 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best clinic in the county, maybe even the state of Maryland. I'm a very frequent patient here and I have never once felt that I have received less than exceptional medical care. Dr. Chinedum Olisemeka and Canaan Mekonnen, PAC are EXCEPTIONAL providers. Every single Medical Assistant on staff is personable, and skilled at what they do. I feel welcomed every time I step into the office, even when it's busy, or I can tell people are having a rough day. You have to understand the kind of pressure that healthcare workers are under these days. The kind of strength it takes to put all that aside and show up for your patients takes a lot of strength. Thank you for what you do, guys. Your facility, physicians, and medical assistant staff are a pillar of our community.

Reading the other reviews it seems they're good for covid testing, but for other services I would go elsewhere. Website showed they had radiology capabilities, but they do not. They sent me next door to another company to take x-rays. I tried for a full week to get the results - they were not uploaded to my portal, they did not contact me, there was no way to contact them via the portal and phonecalls and voicemails went unanswered and unreturned for 4 days. The only phone line that seems to be manned is the billing department. When I finally got through to someone today, they passed on my test results without any identity verification, which I'm fairly sure is a HIPAA violation. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Made an appointment online for a Strep Test on Saturday. I get there and was told that I needed a PCR test as I had Covid symptoms and its going to be $175 then $120 for the visit out of pocket. I'm then told I need 3 Covid tests which costs $380+. I tell them I'm good and go home. I go to the minute clinic the next day, covered by insurance, and test positive for strep. I wouldn't have gone here normally, it's just that this had an appointment available on a Saturday afternoon.

I have been using Physicians Now every week since the end of September for Rapid Testing. Results always sent in decent time. I went for PCR test on 12/31 around 10:30am and as of today, 1/5 still have not received my results. As others have said, there is no way to get a hold of anyone in the office. Will have to start going else where now. Will definitely make sure my insurance company is aware that no results were provided.

DO NOT GO HERE. I booked an appt online and filled in all my information. I arrived before my schedule appt time and had to wait 30 minutes just to be checked in, where they then asked for information i already gave them online. They then gave me a bill (before being seen) for $165 dollars which included the visit and lab testing (again I had not even been seen so not sure how they could charge for a lab test they don’t know if I will be getting). This was on top of a $25 copay because I do have insurance so total would have been paying almost $200 out of pocket. Essentially when you go there you are expected to pay the entire rest of your deductible for the year as well as a copay. This is a scam. I have been to many urgent cares and only had to pay a $25 copay. I left here and went to another urgent care only 10 minutes away where I was only asked to pay the $25 copay and not the entire rest of my deductible for the year per usual for most urgent cares.

I have been using Physicians Now for covid testing since the very beginning of the pandemic. They have evolved tremendously over time, but even in the early stages, were one of the few clinics in the area who consistently had tests in inventory and turned results around timely. All four of us in my family travel often and work outside of our homes, and Physicians Now Urgent Care has been an incredibly convenient service we have been able to rely on for the past 2 years. The staff is great, scheduling online is easy, and if I've had any follow-up questions, Brandy has been extremely communicative and accommodating. Thank you, all! I really appreciate you and recommend you to everyone!

I can't say enough good things about Physician's Now(I have been going for the last 7 years.) From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff here is exceptional, from the front desk to the medical team. First and foremost, the wait times be 30 min but I was in and out much faster than I expected, which is crucial when you're not feeling your best. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients. The medical team here is top-notch. They listened attentively to my concerns, conducted a thorough examination, and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan in a clear and understandable manner. I felt like I was in capable hands the entire time. What truly sets this facility apart is their genuine care for patients. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. This level of compassion is hard to find. Overall, I highly recommend this urgent care facility. They combine efficiency, expertise, and compassion to provide outstanding healthcare services. I wouldn't hesitate to return here if I ever need urgent medical attention in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional care! 👏🏥🌟

Absolutely the worse experience, I unfortunately recommended my father to be seen here. The doctor misdiagnoses, the front desk charges incorrectly. After my father paid over $500, they said he didn’t pay and sent a bill multiple times. He has the receipt. I’ve requested a call from the office manager and of course have not received a call back. GO ELSEWHERE PLEASE. I’ve worked in the medical field over ten years, I’ve never experienced such poor care. I will 100% discontinue referring patients here.

I showed up, followed directions, paid monies and was sent to pharmacy where prescription never came after waiting for an hour. Urgent care closed, of course, and I went entire night with no medicine. Additionally, sick people waiting should not be forced to listen to personal phone conversations of staff. Management should offer better guidance. Bad visit.

The Staff was very nice. However I am very upset with the treatment my daughter received. The doctor quickly looked at her ears and throat saying she was fine. We ended up in the ER the next day. My daughter has a double ear infection that was immediately spotted. Urgent care doesn't meant rushed service. Take your time with patients, we are trusting you.

How any one can give this facility anything less than a FIVE star rating is BEYOND ME!!! Dr. Olisaemeka and his staff at Physicians Now are truly one of the FRONT LINE heroes of the Covid-19 & Omicron pandemic!!! Period!! Rain, snow or shine...Monday or Sunday, they remained OPEN!!!!!! YOU tell me where else besides emergency care hospitals did that!!!! They were organized, flexible, accurate, KIND, available and affordable. I cannot say enough about this facility so if you don't know -- find out. Support facilities like this one...it is not easy...I imagine it is thankLESS--yet, Physicians Now found a way. I dare other facilities to care as much. Thank you doc...thank you to all of your staff.

They don’t actually take walk-ins. When you come into an empty office they make you go outside in your hot car to schedule an appointment online, then wait over an hour in your hot car. When the practice is LITERALLY empty. No thanks - I’ll take me and my good good insurance to another practice that actually cares about treating sick patients.

This was my first experience with My Physicians Now for me and my family. We were all able to get in the next day and even though one of us had an appointment hours after the others they were very accommodating and taking care of all of us at the same time. I will definitely come back if I need their assistance in the future.

Quick, easy, efficient and friendly! I made an appointment at 1030 am for a 12pm slot- super fast scheduling. I drove up to the parking lot- No line- all of the staff were super cautious and protective. The whole process from start to finish was 5 minutes. So incredibly simple, I would 100000000% recommend this to anyone who needs a covid test!

The service was great from the moment I checked in, to the minute I walked out. The front desk staff was courteous and welcoming. I checked in with little wait time before getting called back. Dr. Olisemeka went above and beyond with service to ensure I would be on the road to recovery. Not to mention how quickly I got results back. Thank you Dr. Olisemeka and thank you to your staff for all your hard work during tough times :)

Since when have you heard of severe abdominal pain being associated with COVID 19 and a cause for a telehealth visit? How can you accurately diagnose lower abdominal pain over the phone? I would give 0 stars if I could. If you’re scared to do the job of a doctor during these times, save patients the unnecessary stress and DON’T do it.

This has been our go-to testing site for Covid testing since the start of the pandemic after exposures and for travel. They are professional, prompt, and kind. Their protocols and procedures adapt with demand and necessary safety measures. Results have always arrived within the promised time frame, if not sooner. I appreciate having them so close to home and highly recommend.

I have been here two times now, and each has been a pleasant experience. Staff up front is always friendly and accommodating, as well as the clinical staff. Both times I have been here has been for a migraine accompanied by nausea/vomiting. They are one of the only urgent cares I have seen that can do IV's, as well as other means that you would normally only see in an emergency room. Each of my visits here, my saline IV took a while to finish, causing them to stay behind past their closing time; but they never once made me feel bad for that or treated me any differently which I greatly appreciate.

The positives were I did not have to wait long to be seen and my face-to-face encounters with people were positive. I went in for an xray and when radiology was not getting back quickly, they allowed me to go home and said they would call with results. I did not get a call the same day, which was ok because I had an appointment later in the evening and assumed it would wait until tomorrow. However, the next day, I still did not receive a call by middays. When I called to follow up, I was told they were “really busy” and would call me back. When it was close to the end of the next day, and I still didn’t receive a call, I called once more and received the same message with a frustrated tone from staff saying they were busy with other patients and would call back. They still did not call back. I had to follow up two days later and when I called they still claimed they were too busy to call but finally looked up my file and gave me my results. Overall, it was disappointing knowing they were taking more patients without following up with a previous patient who already had an appointment and was waiting for a 2 minute phone call.

Easy to schedule and get in. I was not able to “get an appointment “ with my primary care. I needed relief for “pressure/pain” in urinary tract. I was able to give a sample on site which was tested/ reviewed on site. A prescription was given to “ease” pain pressure somewhat until I could get an appointment with urologist, they forwarded results to my doctor. This was all easily done and saved a trip to the emergency room which was my next step that day. I would highly recommend Physicians Now to anyone needing immediate care

I returned from traveling and unfortunately contracted Covid19 on the way. I developed a cough and runny nose. It happened to be Thanksgiving, and almost all clinics were closed until next Monday. I had no choice but to choose Ungert Care, and to my surprise I got a diagnosis from a doctor very quickly.

I booked an appointment for a pre-op. Staff were very friendly and communicated well, but I waited over one hour in spite of having booked an appointment. The doctor was courteous, but the examination felt quite rushed. Not bad overall, but expected the doctor to be more attentive.

I made an appointment online and was seen promptly. I had a sore throat and so I wanted a strep test. Also got tested for flu and covid. Negative all around so that took a load off my mind. “Just” a cold.

Care was ok. Just went for covid test. Waited 40 minutes after appointment time to be seen. Receptionist seems too busy w phone to get patients processed efficiently. Doctor was good (the only reason for 3 stars) health tech - meh

This was my very first time at any Urgent Care. I had a tick bite and could not get an appt. with my primary care. I was expecting to find a waiting room full of crying children, anxious parents, and hassled staff. Instead there were just 2 people patiently waiting. Connie, the receptionist, was calm and attentive. Kelsey, the nurse was thorough and drew my blood. Canaan, the PA-C easily removed the tick. She was competent and professional. I was in and out in an hour. What a pleasant experience! Thank you!

The entire team is very friendly, compassionate highly trained, and professional. The DRS and PAs are very thorough and highly skilled in Emergency Care and other areas. People skills in particular are critical in being heard and feeling looked after and making sure you are not allergic to any medications. The most reassuring part and gives me a sense of safety. Always making sure if not feeling better check back and recommend follow-up appointments. It has been a life safer since the excessive amount of waiting in the ER has been eliminated where one can leave sicker than before you entered . I wish I could go there as my Primary Care. I feel always uplifted with the interaction of the entire team. Thank you for all your help over so many years.

Very bad service. The person at reception desk was not welcoming on her treatment. Maybe she was tired. The provider who came yo me mentioned that she would send a predcription to my pharmacy but it was never sent. Then they said I will be contact in an hour for tests results but after a couple of hours I called and one of the tests was not done so I had to go back to the clinic for the test. Again the perdon taking the sample said she will call me but I end up calling to know the result. It was my first time going there amd it was a very dissapointing experience. I don't think I would go back there.

I went to Physicians Now Urgent Care on a Saturday because my doctor wouldn't be able to see me until next Monday and what I thought I had wasn't so critical to go to a hospital or call 911. It didn't take them to long to see me, they were very professional and listened to me attentively. My appointment was not rushed, they took their time to make sure I felt comfortable. They did some test and prescribed me the appropriate medication.

I have been using PN urgent care for many years, and they have always impressed me with great quality care and customer services. From reception staff to the Dr/PA, the staff are super professional, and the resources are encompassing. My son was treated a few days ago, and I was there yesterday. The services are still impeccable, and we are both feeling better already. Thank PN. You are 5*

If I had an open wound that required immediate medical attention, and this urgent care happened to be the only one within an hour driving distance, I would opt to make the drive rather than subject myself to the dismal quality of care I experienced at this location a few days ago. Came in for a chest x-ray, and it took 2.5 hours to finally get it done. I left with assurance that the medications prescribed to me were being sent to my pharmacy. That was a LIE. I waited 3 hours before asking my pharmacy if they had received the scripts, and they had not. They were apparently never sent. I had to go back into the urgent care to demand a signed physical script. It took the doctor 30 minutes to sign 3 pieces of paper. If you care about your health and value quality of care, avoid this location like the black plague.

I was a little apprehensive about a visit to a health care facility, but once I checked-in and gave my insurance information, I could feel the pressure relaxing. Which was the reason I was there in the first place. The nurse was very helpful in explaining the minor procedure I had to undergo and it didn't hurt. Much. Check out was a snap and I had my prescription within two hours. Great experience!
