They did not show the expertise with children that I expected. We were there (with two kids) for an hour, but only about five minutes of that was with the dentist. So there was a lot of waiting around with antsy kids in a room filled with expensive equipment. The dentist offered minimal care to the autistic 6-year-old, and while I understand the difficulty of working with a non-compliant child, I expected her to have more tricks up her sleeve. On the plus side, the 8-year-old received a good cleaning.

The dentist seemed to be in a rush. My son had a cracked tooth and I read of her pulling the rest out she told us my son could just wiggle the rest out and get it out himself. Iā€™ve never experienced that before.

Listen!!!! My new favorite place. My son is SO doctor and dentist phobic and they did such a great job! I can not say enough how patient, professional and kid-friendly they were. I was so nervous and Dr. Michelle Stovall and her team were excellent. I could not be happier! If your child hates going to the dentist (or think they do) this is the place for you!!!

I am new to the area and took my son to another dental practice because of they were close and there ratings were high, big mistake! My son needed immediate dental care and after a month and a half, his surgery kept getting put off and he was in pain. I finally decided to inquire about another practice, my family member who is in the dental industry but to far away "Highly recommended Laurel Lake Pediatric Dentistry ." I called to set up my appointment and was greeted with a "I care as much as you do personality". After explaining the run around I've been going through after a month. I was given an appointment for the very next day as my son was in pain everyday and upon my initial appointment I was running a little late and they were closing within that half hour, Dr. Wilson waited and took my son right back, examined his mouth and immediately went to the front desk where the receptionist forwarded all my information right over to the surgery center, it was after hours mine you. The office staff was dedicated to getting my son relief. Dr. Wilson waited for a response and received one back a few minutes later. I was quickly informed that she could perform his surgery this coming Friday as long as his pediatrician gave me the ok. Long story short, the other office saw my son in pain, gave him some meds and sent me home, two days later I had to take him to the hospital, just to be told by the dental office he will feel better after the surgery, mind you it had already been a month and they quickly said we have to push the appointment for surgery out six whole weeks. That means my 5yr old would have to take moltrin everyday praying that works, that was the existent of it and everything stop from there! Thank God I found this office and I pray that it finds it way to your kids as well. I give them 10 plus stars. This will be my new dental office going forward.

The staff and doc were very friendly. I have twins and I honestly thought that I would have it hard cause only one parent can accompany to the back. But the staff made them feel comfortable and everything went smoothly.

We thoroughly enjoy and are well pleased with our experience with Dr. Stovall and her team. They are very professional, timely, and attentive to our daughter. I love how they engage her to ensure sheā€™s comfortable and communicate what theyā€™re doing directly to her. They listen very well, ask questions for clarity, and answer our questions thoroughly. She has been seeing Dr. Stovall since she was 6 months; it has been 2 years and the high quality of service has remained consistent (even through COVID). We love it here! šŸ˜Œ

They have a sanitary and professional office. The staff is welcoming and bilingual. I'm always pleased when I bring my children here. They communicate well what my children need to do to keep their teeth at their best

Our first visit to Laurel Lakes Pediatric Dentistry was just what every parent looks for in a health care provider: efficient, responsive, clean and caring. Thanks for taking such great care of my daughter!

We had a terrible experience with a lady (Mrs.Michelle Stovall)who claimed to be a doctor or dentist. She was the worst doctor we've ever encountered, and we strongly advise against taking your kids to her. Instead of focusing on treating the patient, she seemed more interested in making money. One day, I decided to visit this dental office for kids after the Covid-19 pandemic. After two weeks, she tried to schedule a surgery appointment without properly explaining the urgency or discussing the treatment options with us. It's important to note that if you're not familiar with the area, it's especially crucial to avoid her. Our experience with her was truly awful, and we strongly discourage seeking her services.

I took my children here for the first time came highly recommended from a coworker , my kids all complained that Dr.Wilson hurt them and was to ruff age range 3-17 all said the same , once I was informed the staff when the office called me sometime later to get an update on if i further scheduled the kids appointments I informed them what my kids stated and we will no longer be coming back and thank them . Today a month later Dr.Wilson called and I informed her what the kids stated she got upset, and I told her let me talk to the older girls because I know they were stating they have been in pain since she worked on them to see if they wanted to still proceed I told her I would call her right back , 5 min later I received a email from her stating sheā€™s discharged my kids from the practice . This is very sad an unfortunate way to handle business and patient complaint especially as a colored business . Furthermore it shows they donā€™t care about they patient relationship or care if your child complain you will be discharged .

Dr. Stovall is gentle, thorough, patient, and highly knowledgeable. The office is clean, kid-friendly, convenient, fully staffed, and efficient. My daughters have been patients for nearly six years. Undoubtedly, there are countless providers to choose from but Dr. Stovallā€™s UNMATCHED care fuels this picky momā€™s loyalty. Admittedly, my (now teenaged) daughters seem highly motivated by the awesome prizes that follow every visit! Lol.

The staff members are always nice and polite, the office is always very neat and there isnā€™t ever a long wait. Iā€™m always taking to the room really fast. Dr Wilson is extremely amazing! She always explains everything clearly. I have been taking my kids here for about 5 years now and they are like family ā¤ļø

Short wait time, fun rooms for kids and quick visit so they donā€™t get too antsy then get a reward at the end. Love getting the new tooth brush and tooth paste at the end.

I was recommended this location by a friend whose oldest child attends. This is the only dentist I have taken my children too and we have never had any issues. Staff is friendly, kind, and professional.

The office staff is very nice. The Dr we saw gave me good advice on how to stop the pacifier. She was also very nice. We had a great and easy visit for a 17 month old.

Our dentist was very professional, gave lots of feed back and she had an amazing personality, she was also very patient with my son. Building the trust with patients takes time. My child had a fit because having work done on his teeth its new to him and he's not use to it, im hoping the more we go he will get used to it. I admired how our dentist handled the situation made him feel comfortable. The staff is amazing even the front desk šŸ˜ very child friendly, kind caring and compassionate. The #1 thing I like about this office is everyone had a smile on their face, as if they were enjoying their jobs, which I love to see. I will truly be greatful šŸ™ thanks for caring for my children teeth ā¤ļø - kaylene Kesinger

I would definitely recommend this practice. Every part of the process was efficient, from scheduling to payment. The dentists here are great with little ones. They do an awesome job of explaining info to parents. Itā€™s a caring environment. I love it!

Iā€™ve been taking my son here since he was 1 years old and I canā€™t rave on Dr. Stovall, Dr.Wilson, and their clinical team enough. The office is ran very efficiently and they go the extra mile to make sure that you know that youā€™re a valued patient. I have never experienced long waiting times, the doctors always makes sure that my son learns to love working on his dental health, and the clinical support team ensures you get your next appointment scheduled and keeps you updated if anything changes. My son is now 3 and I will say that hands down this is our favorite doctor visit of them all. Thanks so much for all that you do!

Laurel Lakes Dentistry has very attentive and kind staff. The entire facility is clean with child friendly activities so at times it doesnā€™t even feel like your waiting. As scary as going to the Dentist may be; Laurel Lakes Dentistry always provides us with an exceptional time and my son leaves with a top notch cleaning & a toy! They even have these cool toothbrushes you can purchase for $5. We enjoy the knowledge that his Dentist Dr. Wilson shares to maintain his healthy gums and teeth. Our family would highly recommend Laurel Lakes Dentistry for your kids dental health. We are All SMILES šŸ¦·

Dr. A. Wilson is the absolute best dentist for my children. My 3 children who are now 18, 18, and 9 have been to 4 pediatric dentist and none compare to Dr. Wilson. They have been going to her for the last 4 years. She is patient, loving, and knowledgeable to say the least. It is nothing like having a pediatric doctor who understands how to treat children, how to respect children, and knows that children have emotions and feelings just as adults. If you are looking for an excellent pediatric dentist, look no further. Dr. A. Wilson is the absolute best. She really needs to do adult teeth!!!

My son has had bad experiences with the dentist due to many cavities. He had an appointment yesterday where he completely got upset, started crying, and the staff there worked hard to keep him calm & cleaned his teeth as quickly as possible. My daughter had her first appointment there yesterday as well, and she loved it. Everyone made her feel so comfortable, special & made her laugh during her cleaning.

I literally still havenā€™t got my results for my braces even though they said that they sent it to the insurance. It has been 7 months and the insurance said they didnā€™t receive any request. My brother already got his results back and he did his after me four months ago.

The Dentist herself was nice but the front desk had my babies (3under3)wait a little over an hour to be seen which is a ridiculous amount of time to keep babies from being fussy and behaved in an unknown environment. The Dentist gave a explanation that they didnā€™t tell her we were there, and they didnā€™t even have the decency to apologize for the extra long wait.

My first time visiting the facility , it was very clean and the staff was super friendly . Loved everything about the location and the dentist, she was was very attentive to all my concerns and questions ..... Update, I recently took th boys for some dental work and it was AMAZING !!! Dr. Stovall was super gentle and kind with the kids , she and her assistant did a wonderful and seamless job. They didn't miss a beat when it came to ensuring my sons were comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she really loves what she does and she's really good at it !!!

Scheduling is the worse. The front office will call to schedule an appointment and then call to reschedule. This has happened EVERY SINGLE time Iā€™ve had an appointment. I spoke to the staff about the issue and she apologized. She assured me this would be rectified. This morningā€¦get to the appointment on time only to be told that the doctor was running 25 minutes late!! People have jobs and children. Actual responsibilities that are based on scheduling!! I asked for my sonā€™s records so that I can take him elsewhere going forward.

I brung my son here during the ā€œCovid eraā€, when I booked his appointment they got his birthdate mixed up. So when we came in and they realized he was 3 instead of 4, they all grunted as if they were annoyed to have to deal with a younger child. Wouldnā€™t recommend, because as uncomfortable as you were to do your job, imagine how uncomfortable I was as a mom taking her child to his first dentist appointment having to interact with a dentist who was snappy, impatient and rude. Then they were rude to his dad because he didnā€™t hear them state that only one parent was allowed back. The whole appointment took about three minutes.
